A creepy new Ring video shows an alleged gunman breaking into a car owned by Mama June's late daughter Anna "Chickadee" Cardwell's widower ... before allegedly firing a shot at the house with a child inside.

In the clip obtained by TMZ ... the armed individual -- who concealed his face with a gray hoodie -- can be seen emerging from the shadows before hopping inside a vehicle on the property.

The person then walks off camera before a car alarm starts blaring -- causing the trespasser to run off into the night.

Kaia Gerber is being comforted by friends amid the tragic death of her brother, Presley Gerber ... and influencer Jake Shane is among those offering support.

Shane was photographed arriving at Kaia's Los Angeles home Tuesday evening, just days after Presley died.

Antonio Brown's in his Godfather era ... the former NFL superstar is set to take a plea deal in his attempted murder case after prosecutors "made him an offer he couldn't refuse," according to AB's lawyer!

Brown will be in a Miami-Dade courthouse next week, where attorney Mark Eiglarsh says he'll take a deal that will dramatically reduce the second-degree attempted murder charge ... and will allow him to avoid prison altogether.

Instead, AB -- who was facing up to 3 decades behind bars (with a 20-year mandatory minimum) -- will get probation, according to Eiglarsh.

Hayden Panettiere had a history of abusing nitrous oxide … according to what officials say her boyfriend, Brian Hickerson, told them after she died from a drug overdose.

In the coroner's report, obtained by TMZ, investigators say they sat down with Brian -- whose name is redacted in the report -- and claim he told them she had a long history of drug, alcohol, and nitrous oxide abuse.

Investigators say Brian also informed them that Hayden had recently gotten out of a drug rehab center in Malibu ... just a few weeks before she overdosed.

Harvey Weinstein has been sentenced to 15 years in prison after a jury convicted him again during his retrial in New York last year.
