All Elite Wrestling star PAC died from bronchial asthma ... TMZ has confirmed.

The Cook County Medical Examiner's Office determined the British wrestler's cause of death following an investigation ... and officially ruled his death natural. The California Post was the first to report the news.

As we reported, AEW announced Pac's death last month ... which was a shock, considering he'd wrestled and appeared throughout the company's pay-per-view show the night before in Chicago.

The British wrestler -- whose real name was Benjamin Satterley -- had competed the night before his passing at AEW's All Out, challenging Andrade El Idolo for the AEW National Championship.

PAC made a name for himself in the ring ... thanks to his signature flying moves.

AEW star PAC's sudden death is still short on answers, and a newly obtained response from the city isn't filling in all the blanks ... TMZ has learned.

PAC -- real name Benjamin Satterley -- was found unresponsive inside his car in a CAVA restaurant parking lot in Des Plaines, Illinois, on Sept. 27 ... just hours after wrestling in Chicago.

As TMZ previously reported, customers spotted the 40-year-old inside the vehicle around 4 PM and called 911.

Wrestling legend Chris Jericho is taking AEW to the high seas ... announcing the first-ever live episode of “AEW Collision” from a cruise ship.

Jericho revealed the historic news during an exclusive appearance on TMZ’s “Inside the Ring” podcast ... telling us the special broadcast will take place during the seventh annual Chris Jericho’s Rock ‘N’ Wrestling Rager at Sea.

“We are, for the first time ever, doing a live episode of ‘Collision’ from the boat itself,” Jericho said.

The live episode will take place Saturday, November 7 ... with “Collision” airing directly from the Norwegian Jewel while the ship is docked before departing for Bimini.

Jericho says pulling off the broadcast required figuring out the satellite connection, Wi-Fi, generators and thousands of feet of cable needed to produce a live AEW show from a cruise ship.

“Lots of logistics, lots of bells and whistles, lots of things we had to figure out,” he said. “But we made it work. And it’s the first time ever.”

AEW has continued pushing the boundaries with its event locations ... from Fairway to Hell at the SoFi Center’s indoor golf venue to Brawl in the Ballpark at Target Field in Minnesota, and now the first-ever live “Collision” from a cruise ship.

Jericho says fans can expect an all-star lineup ... because the wrestlers appearing on “Collision” will already be on the ship.

“Whoever Tony books that night for ‘Collision’ will be on the boat,” he said. “The cruise is going to start off with an actual all-star ‘Collision’ lineup.”

The cruise lineup already includes Kofi and Austin Creed, Jeff and Matt Hardy, Ted DiBiase, Carlito, Shotzi Blackheart, Harley Cameron and more.

The event will also feature Fozzy, Brad Williams, MicroMania, live podcasts, paranormal experiences and men’s and women’s Oceanic tournaments.

Jericho also revealed this year’s cruise will pay tribute to PAC ... the longtime AEW star and former WWE wrestler who performed as Neville. PAC, whose real name was Benjamin Satterley, passed away at 40 this past weekend.

Jericho says the cruise has become a one-of-a-kind experience ... and revealed he even has a patent for the way the wrestling ring is secured to the ship’s deck.

The boat is already 81% full ... but tickets are still available for the November 7-11 sailing from Miami to Bimini.

AEW CEO Tony Khan is clearly grieving the loss of his friend PAC ... because he got choked up while paying tribute to the late wrestler.

Tony took the mic before filming for a "Ring of Honor" event in Jacksonville, Florida, Monday ... and he talked about how wonderful PAC was when he was alive.

Tony calls him Ben because his real name was Benjamin Satterley ... and Tony says he was an "absolutely fantastic wrestler" and, more importantly, "an absolutely fantastic human being."

12:56 PM PT -- The Cook County Medical Examiner tells TMZ ... Cause and manner of death are pending additional testing which could take several weeks. An autopsy was performed today.

AEW star PAC was found unresponsive inside a car outside an Illinois restaurant shortly before he was pronounced dead.

The wrestler -- real name Benjamin Satterley -- was discovered in a vehicle in the parking lot of a CAVA in Des Plaines around 4 PM Sunday, according to dispatch audio obtained by the California Post.

First responders were told they had a "slumper" in a car and could not confirm whether the 40-year-old was breathing.

All Elite Wrestling announced PAC's death Sunday night, remembering the British wrestler -- real name Benjamin Satterley -- for his innovative high-flying moves and incredible in-ring ability.

PAC competed Saturday at AEW's All Out pay-per-view in Chicago, challenging Andrade El Idolo for the AEW National Championship.

Wrestler Malakai Black had just won the PROGRESS Wrestling Men's World Championship ... but he quickly made the moment about his late friend Andy "The Butcher" Williams.

Black got emotional in the ring Sunday in Manchester, England ... telling fans he'd learned about Williams' death shortly before the match.

He said Andy was one of his best friends and admitted he was "hysterical backstage" for several minutes ... before somehow pulling himself together and competing.

8:40 AM PT -- AEW has released a statement saying ... "All Elite Wrestling is saddened to learn of the passing of Andy Williams, aka The Butcher. A trailblazing musician with ETID and Atomic Rule, Williams made a successful transition into the world of professional wrestling and was incredibly respected by his peers both in and out of the ring. Our condolences go out to Williams’ family, friends and fans."

8:31 AM PT -- TMZ has obtained dispatch audio from Andy 'The Butcher' Williams' mid-match collapse.

Andy Williams -- a former AEW wrestler known as "The Butcher," died Saturday after experiencing a medical emergency during a tag team match in Pennsylvania, according to authorities.

The Allegheny County Medical Examiner's Office tells TMZ ... Williams passed away Saturday night following his health crisis at Mr. Small's Theater in Millvale, PA. The Butcher and his partner, The Blade, were battling TME during the Enjoy Wrestling event, leading to its prompt cancellation.  

A rep for Enjoy Wrestling posted a statement on X, saying that Andy collapsed at the end of his match, and doctors rushed to his aid, giving him CPR before an ambulance arrived to take him to the hospital. The rep also said everyone was sent home, while thanking all the people who gave assistance to Andy. 

Andy "The Butcher" Williams was looking toward the future just hours before his sudden death ... hyping new music, an upcoming tour and major plans for his band.

The AEW star and Atomic Rule guitarist appeared in a video posted Saturday to the band's social media account ... telling fans the group had just wrapped a productive week writing and recording demos in Pittsburgh.

Andy was clearly fired up about what they'd cooked up ... showing off the band's setup and gear before declaring Atomic Rule was coming to "smash" fans.

Dispatch audio from an incident involving Andy Williams, the pro wrestler known as The Butcher, reveals a male wrestler "hit his head" during a match ... listen to the frantic response.

In one dispatch call, obtained by TMZ, an emergency operator reports a wrestler was injured during a match at Mr. Smalls Funhouse Theatre in Millvale and had hit his head on a ring post.

A second call to the same venue requested “emergent lifting assistance,” with the dispatcher noting police and EMS were already on scene.

The New Level -- Kofi and Austin Creed -- made their debut Sunday night at AEW All In, and the team is already high on their new boss ... Tony Khan.

Kofi -- formerly known as Kofi Kingston -- and Austin Creed -- formerly known as Xavier Woods -- joined the TMZ “Inside the Ring” podcast to discuss their new home ... after spending more than a decade in WWE.

The 12-time tag team champions made their shocking debut at Wembley Stadium alongside Swerve Strickland ... and the trio immediately captured the AEW World Trios Championships.

“There’s a lot of things in there that are very wrestler-friendly ... in terms of being able to go out and do what it is that you want to do, there’s not really a lot of restrictions,” the duo told us.

AEW star Ricochet is facing a ton of backlash this week ... after he told a woman he's "glad" she's battling multiple sclerosis ... leading the wrestler to share his regret over the statement.

The exchange went down on March 16 ... when the woman appeared to be criticizing the former WWE talent's acting abilities.

Ricochet then apparently went to her page and read her bio -- which shared a motivational line about her experience with the chronic autoimmune disease -- because his response made a reference to it.

Ronda Rousey is just full of surprises these days -- weeks after announcing her return to MMA after nearly a decade away -- she made a shocking appearance in the ring with All Elite Wrestling.

It all went down in Los Angeles on Sunday during AEW Revolution. Following the match between "Timeless" Toni Storm and Marina Shafir ... the 39-year-old emerged from the crowd and stepped into the squared circle, and called Storm down to the middle of the ring.

Rousey -- wearing a "Rowdy" Roddy Piper jacket -- and Storm were separated before they could come to blows. She then exited the arena with Shafir, one of her best friends, flipping off the crowd as they did.

A bunch of AEW fans in Las Vegas made it crystal clear Wednesday night that they aren't happy with immigration enforcement operations going on around the country … letting out a very loud "F*** ICE" chant moments before the show's main.

It all went down at the Pearl Concert Theater at the Palms Casino Resort in Sin City, where Brody King took on AEW World Champion MJF for a chance to earn a title opportunity against the champ next week in Australia.

But before things got underway, fans let out a chant that was hard to mistake — with MJF looking around the arena as it happened.

AEW Star MJF made his surprise return to the ring Wednesday night across the pond in England ... and not only did it shake up the championship scene -- but it also sent the internet ablaze when he compared a wrestler to Diddy.

The former AEW World Champion looked like he hadn't lost a step in the three months he was away from the company ... and unfortunately for Swerve Strickland, he found himself right in his crosshairs.

"You really remind me a lot of this famous musician," MJF said. "You guys have a lot in common. You both call yourself moguls, you both rock chains, you both rock way too much baby oil and you're both dogsh*t rappers."

It was at that moment that the crowd realized where he was going.
