According to a Hillsborough County arrest affidavit, obtained by TMZ, 33-year-old Imania Davis was seen carrying a small Maltese -- weighing roughly 5 pounds -- by the scruff of its neck before things turned violent.

We've got new video from the scary moment outside the venue Monday ... it starts when the protester shows photographers a sign calling out Amazon for refusing to negotiate a union contract with employees at JFK8, an Amazon warehouse on Staten Island. Warehouse workers voted to unionize in 2022 ... but the company has refused to recognize the movement and has been accused of employing union-busting tactics.

The sign also alleges this protester spent five days in an Israeli prison for espousing these views.

He claims that wasn't the first time she hit him with a "wet" reference ... alleging the harassment started when they began working together earlier that month -- and Hajdini made her first move on him.

"We are confident that justice will also prevail in the civil claim involving Mr. Kennedy. As Mr. Metcalf’s counterclaim in the civil case makes clear, Mr. Kennedy’s hate-fueled conduct has no place anywhere, and especially not in professional sports."

DK Metcalf is in the clear following his Dec. 2025 fan altercation -- at least criminally, 'cause officials announced Friday they will not pursue charges.

The Wayne County Prosecutor's Office released a statement to local media explaining the decision ... saying the fan in question did not appear injured, nor did he seek any medical attention after the incident at the Detroit Lions vs. Pittsburgh Steelers game on Dec. 21.

They added the spectator, Ryan Kennedy, left his seat with a Metcalf jersey in hopes of getting an autograph ... and when he leaned over the front railing, he said something to the receiver.

A spokesperson for JPMorgan tells TMZ ... "Following our investigation, we don’t believe there’s any merit to these claims. While numerous employees cooperated with the investigation, the complainant refused to participate and has declined to provide facts that would be central to support his allegations."

A JPMorgan Chase senior VP says his female boss made his life a living hell, ordering him to have sex with her and threatening to destroy his career when he wouldn't ... this according to a new lawsuit.

The plaintiff -- identified only as John Doe -- filed the suit Monday against Lorna Hajdini, executive director of JPMorgan Chase's Leveraged Finance division. Daily Mail was the first to report on the case.

Doe claims Hajdini used her power to pressure him into having "non-consensual and humiliating sex acts" ... even though he says he's married and pled with her to stop.

He says Hajdini also confessed she repeatedly slipped him "roofies" -- the date rape drug -- while at one point forcing him to have sex as she scolded him and made him cry.

An anti-human trafficking activist went looking for answers on Jeffrey Epstein's island … and ended up hogtied, duct-taped and slapped with a criminal charge.

Benjamin Owen -- founder of Memphis-based nonprofit We Fight Monsters -- was arrested for trespassing after authorities say he and a group made their way onto Little St. James in the U.S. Virgin Islands last Saturday. But the arrest is only half the story … because what cops say they found is raising serious eyebrows.

Officers were called to the island for a reported kidnapping and assault. When they arrived, they say they found Owen restrained with duct tape across his body and face … rocking pants labeled with his organization’s name -- not exactly your typical trespassing bust!
