A tiny dog's nightmare played out in full view of surveillance cameras ... and what Florida deputies say happened next is hard to watch.

According to a Hillsborough County arrest affidavit, obtained by TMZ, 33-year-old Imania Davis was seen carrying a small Maltese -- weighing roughly 5 pounds -- by the scruff of its neck before things turned violent.

You can see the video for yourself ... the woman throws the dog onto the asphalt multiple times before kicking the defenseless pup on the ground.

Chris Brown's baby mama drama is still going strong, it seems. He and Diamond Brown appear to be trashing each other on social media in the wake of her paternity suit.

On her Instagram story Monday, Diamond re-posted a video of TikToker William Last KRM lip-syncing to "Do You Ever Get Tired" -- an A.I.-generated song from King Willonius, who also generated the infamous "BBL Drizzy" sample.

The lyrics go ... "I got a question 'cause I really need to know, do you ever get tired of being a bitch-ass n****?"

An hour later, CB shared a story of his own, writing ... "Once you're an opp, this s*** don't stop!" The text appears alongside the lyrics of Crime Mob's "Knuck If You Buck."

The protester who tried to crash the Met Gala didn't get very far ... because New York's Finest surrounded the dude in a showing that put the Jets and Giants to shame.

We've got new video from the scary moment outside the venue Monday ... it starts when the protester shows photographers a sign calling out Amazon for refusing to negotiate a union contract with employees at JFK8, an Amazon warehouse on Staten Island. Warehouse workers voted to unionize in 2022 ... but the company has refused to recognize the movement and has been accused of employing union-busting tactics.

The sign also alleges this protester spent five days in an Israeli prison for espousing these views.

Lindsie Chrisley's ex-boyfriend David Landsman is begging the court for his own temporary restraining order against her -- days after she got one against him ... TMZ has learned.

In his petition, obtained by TMZ, David presents a much different version of events on what went down on April 10, the day he was arrested for assault.

David said they had a verbal fight, which led to her packing her things. He claims he told her not to contact him, which led to her allegedly punching him in the face.

A rainy-day excuse from JPMorgan Chase exec Lorna Hajdini turned into something way more loaded -- at least according to new details in the bombshell lawsuit filed by a former employee.

According to the complaint, obtained by TMZ and formally entered Monday on the docket, the ex-JPMorgan banker -- identified as John Doe -- points to a pair of May 2024 exchanges he claims set everything in motion.

He says, after he declined drinks because of the weather, Lorna, his supervisor, pivoted ... inviting him into her Uber and allegedly dropping a one-liner: "Come with me ... I don’t like the rain, but I do like getting wet."

He claims that wasn't the first time she hit him with a "wet" reference ... alleging the harassment started when they began working together earlier that month -- and Hajdini made her first move on him.

A tense moment unfolded just outside fashion’s biggest night when an unidentified person made a run for the Met Gala red carpet ... but their red carpet debut was stopped instantly.

Video circulating online shows the individual darting toward the entrance where celebs were arriving, but before they get close, security and NYPD officers rush in and put the sprint to a stop. Multiple guards and officers pile on, taking the person to the ground in seconds.

The clip captures the heavy response, with authorities quickly surrounding and restraining the individual as the situation is brought under control.

M.I.A. isn't backing down after getting the boot from Kid Cudi's tour ... in fact, she's doubling down and telling critics to chill out and stop "dividing" people.

The singer fired off a message on X Monday, urging people not to fuel division and pointing out she isn't eligible to vote in the U.S., while arguing millions of Latino voters supported Trump ... questioning whether critics plan to "hate them all."

She added that people should think for themselves instead of following rumors and said she's praying for more awareness and unity.

Blake Lively said under oath she never asked anyone to destroy raw footage from "It Ends with Us" ... but an email from an executive at Sony indicates that might not be true.

Here's the deal ... during Lively's deposition in the case on July 31, 2025 last year, she was questioned about whether she had asked "anyone from Sony to destroy the dailies."

DK Metcalf is in the clear following his Dec. 2025 fan altercation -- at least criminally, 'cause officials announced Friday they will not pursue charges.

The Wayne County Prosecutor's Office released a statement to local media explaining the decision ... saying the fan in question did not appear injured, nor did he seek any medical attention after the incident at the Detroit Lions vs. Pittsburgh Steelers game on Dec. 21.

They added the spectator, Ryan Kennedy, left his seat with a Metcalf jersey in hopes of getting an autograph ... and when he leaned over the front railing, he said something to the receiver.

An elderly driver in Georgia pulled a smug mug shot last week ... after allegedly hitting some cyclists with his SUV ... and part of the road-rage incident was caught on camera.

Jerry Wayne Ross literally smiled as he was booked by Cherokee County Sheriff's officials after his alleged bout of road rage banged up one biker in particular pretty badly.

According to FOX 5 Atlanta ... the 72-year-old Ross had been driving behind North Georgia Cycling Association riders on their group outing, allegedly honking and following them for 2 minutes -- before allegedly clipping a couple of them with his Honda Pilot.

Howard Stern is firing back at the ex-employee who claimed the shock jock created a hostile work environment.

On Wednesday, Stern filed to dismiss former assistant Leslie Kuhn's lawsuit, calling it a "shakedown" and "transparent sham" ... according to court docs obtained by multiple outlets.

In his motion, HS claims she's after a "hush-money payment," saying in the motion ... "The reason Kuhn filed this lawsuit was to pressure the Stern Parties into making an outlandish payment to make her go away."

CM Punk was lucky he wasn't arrested last week at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino in Vegas ... a second fan has accused the WWE legend of shoving him in his chest, according to new 911 audio. 

TMZ just obtained the audio recording from the April 20 incident in the MGM lobby, where Punk lost his s*** at a couple fans who got too close to him and his WWE pal Bayley ... this 911 call is from a separate person on that day ... we showed you video of a different WWE fan who snapped a photo of Bayley, pissing off Punk ... and Punk went ballistic, slapping a cell phone out of his hand and shooting him a killer look. Well apparently, there was another dust-up.  

In this new audio, you hear a fan who was waiting to see the WWE stars ... the caller is speaking Spanish to a female dispatcher with the help of an interpreter -- and he clearly identifies "CM Punk" as the aggressor. He says he was hoping for an autograph ... the alleged victim claims in Spanish that CM Punk put his hands on him and "violently assaulted" him when he got close to the wrestler.

6:49 PM PT -- Lorna's lawyers tells TMZ ... “Lorna categorically denies the allegations. She never engaged in any inappropriate conduct with this individual of any kind and has never even been to the location where the alleged sexual assault supposedly took place."

A spokesperson for JPMorgan tells TMZ ... "Following our investigation, we don’t believe there’s any merit to these claims. While numerous employees cooperated with the investigation, the complainant refused to participate and has declined to provide facts that would be central to support his allegations."

A JPMorgan Chase senior VP says his female boss made his life a living hell, ordering him to have sex with her and threatening to destroy his career when he wouldn't ... this according to a new lawsuit.

The plaintiff -- identified only as John Doe -- filed the suit Monday against Lorna Hajdini, executive director of JPMorgan Chase's Leveraged Finance division. Daily Mail was the first to report on the case.

Doe claims Hajdini used her power to pressure him into having "non-consensual and humiliating sex acts" ... even though he says he's married and pled with her to stop.

He says Hajdini also confessed she repeatedly slipped him "roofies" -- the date rape drug -- while at one point forcing him to have sex as she scolded him and made him cry.

An anti-human trafficking activist went looking for answers on Jeffrey Epstein's island … and ended up hogtied, duct-taped and slapped with a criminal charge.

Benjamin Owen -- founder of Memphis-based nonprofit We Fight Monsters -- was arrested for trespassing after authorities say he and a group made their way onto Little St. James in the U.S. Virgin Islands last Saturday. But the arrest is only half the story … because what cops say they found is raising serious eyebrows.

Officers were called to the island for a reported kidnapping and assault. When they arrived, they say they found Owen restrained with duct tape across his body and face … rocking pants labeled with his organization’s name -- not exactly your typical trespassing bust!
