George Floyd's family and friends are appalled Tony Hinchcliffe was invited back for a Netflix roast and they're blaming Kevin Hart for allegedly giving Tony the green light to do another joke about George ... a joke they didn't find funny in the slightest.

Travis Cains, a spokesman for The Gianna and George Floyd Foundation, tells TMZ … Kevin condoning Tony's joke is "sad for the culture."

Tony was among the comedians roasting Kevin, and during his set he proclaimed ... "The Black community is so proud of you… right now George Floyd is looking up at us all laughing so hard he can't breathe."

'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star Dorit Kemsley allegedly used one of their kids in an attempt to have her ex, PK Kemsley, cough up money for a spring break trip ... TMZ has learned.

In new divorce docs, PK alleges Dorit has involved their children in their "financial disputes."

He says ... "While I was attempting to address financial issues with [Dorit], she enlisted our [kid] to send text messages to me requesting money for [Dorit's] personal expenses, including a trip she wanted to take with the children."

'Real Housewives' star Jennifer Fessler is not messing around when it comes to Ciara Miller's claim that she slept with West Wilson ... implying she's ready to sue Miller.

Here's the deal ... on Friday, Miller took to Threads to respond to Fessler calling Wilson a "golden retriever" and adding he didn't mean any harm when he started shacking up with Amanda Batula -- he just wants to have a good time.

While fans expressed outrage at Fessler's comments, Miller claimed she was only saying it because "they slept together too" -- a serious accusations given Fessler's been married for more than 25 years.

1:15 PM PST -- CBS has released the full interview that Spencer Pratt had called into question. They additionally flagged that neither Karen Bass or Nithya Raman had any part in editing the piece.

Spencer is clearly much happier since his full story has been posted, tweeting ... "A new era of responsible journalism! Thank you to CBS for posting our full interview so the voters can hear from their next Mayor!"

Spencer Pratt has told CBS to go running for "The Hills" after accusing them of turning his recent interview with them into a hit piece.

The reality TV villain took to X on Saturday to flame CBS for allegedly turning over the footage from his interview at his scorched Pacific Palisades lot to Karen Bass' PR team so they could turn his campaign into a political "sideshow." He also didn't forget to troll Karen for her response to 2025's Pacific Palisades fires.

Spencer has also sworn off CBS for this ... saying they won't hear a peep from him if he serves as L.A.'s mayor for 8 years -- he's just gotta win back-to-back elections first, of course.

Betty Broderick -- the woman who fatally shot her ex-husband and his new wife back in 1989 -- died in the ICU Friday following a number of health issues, TMZ has learned.

Betty's son, Daniel Broderick, tells TMZ ... she had a number of septic infections -- including one infection that she had years ago and came back. Plus, she had a serious fall at the Californian Institute for Women where she was locked away about 3 weeks ago ... which resulted in broken ribs.

Daniel says Betty ended up in the ICU at a hospital off the prison grounds. She was on life support at the end of her life and unable to communicate.

Dana White is the opposite of frightened leading up to the HEATED UFC 328 main event matchup between Khamzat Chimaev and Sean Strickland, telling TMZ Sports ... "It's exciting!"

"It doesn't scare me," the UFC honcho said Friday in Manhattan, referencing all the insane trash talk leading up to Saturday's fight card.

"It's been a minute since I've had a fight that's had this much heat on it. Ya know, it's exciting."

Turkish content creator Ayşegül Eraslan was being blackmailed over sexually explicit photos and was being threatened before she was found dead in her home ... at least according to her family.

Eraslan's family attorney, Hasan Yilmaz, claims the fam has evidence backing their blackmail allegations, which he says he's turned over to authorities ... local outlet Sözcü reports.

The fashion influencer was found dead inside her home in Turkey back in March ... a couple days after getting back from a trip to Egypt.

Addison Rae's dad, Monty Lopez, accused his estranged wife of having a gun during a recent altercation, but now she's firing back and flatly denying the claim.

Kaitlyn Lopez tells TMZ ... she did not threaten anyone with a weapon as she speaks out publicly for the first time amid the escalating drama between the currently estranged couple.

'Blacklist' actress Adele Heather Taylor and the estate of her late estranged husband, Roberto Orcí, are officially calling a truce in their explosive legal war ... because the NBC star has settled her sexual assault lawsuit against the late "Star Trek" screenwriter's estate.

According to new court docs, obtained by TMZ ... attorneys for Orcí's estate filed a notice of settlement Wednesday in court ... signaling the entire case has been resolved before it ever reached trial. The filing notes the settlement is conditional -- dismissal of the case is expected by the end of the year once certain terms are satisfied.

As we previously reported ... Adele countersued Orci for at least $17M after he accused her of domestic violence in a lawsuit filed before his death in February 2025. Adele claimed she was actually the victim throughout their relationship ... accusing Orcí of sexual assault, physical abuse, violent threats, and emotional torment.

Miles Bridges was granted a temporary restraining order against his ex, Mychelle Johnson, after claiming she showed up to his NBA game to cause trouble ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, a North Carolina judge signed off on Miles’ request to keep Mychelle at least 500 yards from him, his home, and the Charlotte Hornets facilities.

The judge instructed Mychelle not to harass the NBA star or his girlfriend, Shara, and not to cyberstalk Miles.

9:40 AM PT -- Justin Baldoni's attorney Bryan Freedman tells TMZ ... “Let’s be clear, this is a win and total victory for the Wayfarer parties. The court had already dismissed 10 of Ms. Lively’s 13 claims, including every sexual harassment claim, every defamation claim, and all claims against the individual defendants. Ms. Lively voluntarily dismissed the rest. In our view, they settled because they knew they were going to lose in court. All that remains is a pending request for fees based on a very narrow issue that has been with the court since September 2025.” 

Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni's "It Ends With Us" legal war isn't over yet, after all ... she just filed docs seeking money from him under a California law, and Justin's already agreed to abide by whatever the judge decides on the matter.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Blake's attorneys say part of the settlement they hammered out this week, allows her to keep alive one remaining claim against Baldoni and co. for having filed a defamation suit against her.

Remember ... Baldoni filed that suit after Blake filed her sexual harassment complaint against him. In the new docs, her lawyers say California law entitles her to attorneys' fees, and compensatory and punitive damages.

Ultimately, the judge dismissed Justin's defamation suit, which allowed her to use the Cali law to seek these damages. There won't be a jury trial, though ... the judge will decide whether, and how much, Justin's side has to pay.

Sources with knowledge tell TMZ ... there was a lot of behind-the-scenes drama in the Lively camp in the days before a settlement was reached. We're told Blake brought in a new law firm -- Sussman Godfrey. The firm is a litigation powerhouse ... among their legal victories -- a $425 million verdict against Google, a $1.6 billion judgment against the Baha Mar casino resort, and a $1.5 billion in an A.I. copyright settlement.

It would seem the point of bringing the firm in would be to litigate the case, but the opposite happened. The settlement statement did not even include an apology from Justin.
