Just one day after giving birth, supermom Uma Thurman was already out and about in public holding her newborn daughter at a cafe in upstate New York.

With her one-day-old bundle of joy safely in her arms, the 42-year-old was spotted at Press and Blend in Woodstock, New York. We're told Uma is a regular at the shop and ordered cold pressed juices. A new mom needs her nourishment!

On Sunday, Uma gave birth to her first child -- whose name has yet to be announced -- with boyfriend Arpad Busson. She has two children with ex-husband Ethan Hawke, while Arpad has two children from his previous relationship with supermodel Elle Macpherson.

Lindsay Lohan is telling friends she was absolutely shocked when she learned her father knocked up Kate Major ... and immediately began to wonder how the bona fide deadbeat dad will pay for yet ANOTHER child.

Sources close to the actress tell TMZ ... Lindsay is saying she's very confused by the situation and disappointed that she has yet to receive a call from Michael Lohan to discuss his brand new fetus.

We broke the story ... MiLo just got the news his GF is with child. We're told she's in her first trimester.

Lindsay has expressed some serious concern about how her mother will react to the news ... considering Dina has dragged Michael to court numerous times over the years for failing to pay tons of money in child support.

There's going to be a new addition to the Lohan litter -- but fear not ... it's not Lindsay who's preggers. TMZ has learned Lindsay's gonna have another sibling, courtesy of Kate Major and Michael Lohan.

According to our sources, Kate is in her first trimester. But get this ... the restraining order she had against MiLo was lifted only a few weeks ago ... so the act of conception was illegal.

Our sources say Michael has not told Lindsay or any of his other children the happy news yet. So Lindsay, we're pleased to inform you you're gonna have a brother or sister to whom you can teach the ropes.

Kris Humphries can breathe a sigh of relief -- his ex-girlfriend Myla Sinanaj insists she's NOT PREGNANT ... her belly's just naturally round.

Myla was out in Jersey earlier today, where a photog asked her straight -- are you pregnant or not? Myla responded, "I am definitely not pregnant."

What Myla DOESN'T explain is why she texted her lawyer Friday night that she WAS pregnant -- and why she told numerous other people, including Kris, that she was expecting.

Myla's latest version is that people just started talking and, "Of course, me not being a size zero kept it going."

Kris Humphries believes he's the next Kim Kardashian -- as in, dude believes he wields the power to make someone famous with the snap of his finger ... and last night, he tried to prove it.

Humphries was leaving AV nightclub in Hollywood around 2 AM ... when we asked him about the baby mama drama in his life. But Kris wasn't in the mood to discuss parenthood ... instead, he promised to "blow up" our photog (in a good way) by taking his pic and posting it to Twitter.

Kris -- who was very nice BTW -- took our guy's pic and was ready to tweet at him ... but there was one really big problem ... you can't tweet at a guy who doesn't have a Twitter. Bummer.

Kris Humphries' ex-girlfriend Myla Sinanaj just tweeted this photo, writing, "Loook No Babyy bump!" ... which raises several important questions:

-- Is she pregnant, or isn't she?
-- Did she have an abortion?
-- Was she ever pregnant?
-- Did Kris ask her to tweet (She wants back with him)?
-- Why did she tell her lawyer, Joe Tacopina, she's pregnant?

Myla added, "Yes I'm a thick curvy girl ... All natural I'm comfortable in my skin."

So many questions ... so let's start with #1 ...

It's no accident Myla Sinanaj says she's pregnant with Kris Humphries' baby -- sources close to Myla tell TMZ ... the two had unprotected sex all the time.

According to sources close to both Kris and Myla, Humphries was nonchalant when it came to using condoms. We're told if there wasn't one handy ... Kris had no problem going about his business.

As TMZ first reported, Kris isn't 100% sure he's the baby daddy, but Myla maintains she hasn't been with anyone else since she started seeing Kris.

And BTW ... sources close to Kim Kardashian tell TMZ she's laughing over the whole thing. We're told she finds it funny that Kris wants an annulment because he's a good Christian boy, yet he knocked up some other girl while he's still married.

The family of Kris Humphries heard he might be a daddy the same way you did -- in the media -- and they are hoping it turns out he is not the father of Myla Sinanaj's baby ... TMZ has learned.

According to our sources, Kris never told his family Myla might be pregnant, even though he had discussed the possibility with her for weeks. We're told Kris' family was disappointed that he kept it a secret from them and they had to read about it like everyone else.

We're told Kris has spoken with his family since the news broke, but he spoke only vaguely about the situation and gave them no details.

According to our sources, Kris' family will love the child unconditionally if it turns out to be his ... but they are privately hoping it isn't.

Kris Humphries' freshly pregnant ex-girlfriend has lost her lawyer, dropped her lawsuit and is about to sign a confidentiality agreement with Kris -- the guy who tried to get her prosecuted ... because she wants to be back with him in the worst way ... TMZ has learned.

Our sources tell us Myla Sinanaj, who now says she is 3-months pregnant with Kris' kid, has decided not to go forward with a lawsuit she planned on filing against Kris with the help of her high-powered lawyer, Joe Tacopina. We're told Tacopina has already drafted the suit, claiming Kris defamed Myla by alleging she tried to extort him. We're told Myla has decided NOT to sue Kris.

To the contrary, as we reported, Myla has been in constant contact with Kris over the last few weeks, and he has been pressing her to sign a confidentiality agreement. And get this ... she's willing to sign and he hasn't offered her a dime. We're told she plans to sign in a matter of days.

Myla is telling friends she thinks there's a "good chance" she and Kris will get back together. Either that, or he's using her ... dangling a carrot so she'll shut up for good.

BTW, when we first broke the story last month that Kris was Myla's boyfriend, he changed all of his numbers so she couldn't contact him ... that is UNTIL she hired attorney Tacopina. Then he got back in touch real quickly. Now they're in touch all the time.

Kris Humphries finally got the news from ex-GF Myla Sinnaj -- the news TMZ broke -- that's she says she's 3 months pregnant and claims he's the dad -- but sources close to Kris tell us ... he's not convinced he's the daddy.

In case you missed Thursday night's episode of "Snooki & Jwoww" -- the Snookster unveiled her highly-anticipated ultrasound ... and Snooki's name is listed as "Nicole LaValle."

But Snooki sources tell TMZ, the ultrasound is WRONG -- because Snooki's real name is still legally "Nicole Polizzi." The doctor's office simply entered the wrong name by accident.

And for all you conspiracy theorists -- the source adds, "Snooki is 100% not married ... yet."

Kris Humphries is going to be a daddy -- at least that's what his ex-girlfriend says. Now if someone can just explain the birds and the bees to Kris ... he might be able to react to the news.

Increased appetite ... it's one of the clearest signs of pregnancy -- and earlier today, Kris Humphries' ex-girlfriend Myla Sinanaj finally got some relief ... dropping by a Five Guys in New Jersey ... with her new baby bump-looking belly.

It's pretty funny -- considering Kris' dad reportedly owns several Five Guys locations.

On her way out, we asked Myla about her alleged pregnancy -- but she didn't say a word.

Sources directly connected with Myla tell us Myla confirmed Monday that she's 3 months pregnant and says Kris is definitely the father.

This could be used in Kris' divorce with Kim Kardashian, because Kris has claimed he was devastated by the break-up and suffered emotionally. This development further cements the fact that Kris moved on quickly.

We're told Myla plans to have the baby but wants to raise it alone, because she believes Kris has betrayed her by talking crap about their relationship.

But here's the rub ... We're told for the past 3 weeks, Kris and Myla have been communicating regularly.

Oh yeah, here's the other rub -- she hasn't told Kris yet.
