We're told the ground rules in the ongoing custody dispute are that either parent must get permission if the kids are goin' on camera. We're told Charlie feels it's exploitive and will draw a clear line in the sand, objecting to any appearance by three-year-old Sam and two-year-old Lola.

Roughly two weeks after Eddie Murphy and Tracey Edmonds ceremoniously tied the knot on a tropical island, the two have split!

Murphy's rep issued the following statement to TMZ:

"After much consideration and discussion, we have jointly decided that we will forego having a legal ceremony as it is not necessary to define our relationship further.

It's all over between Jennifer Lopez and her manager, music biz legend Irving Azoff. Our Azoff sources tell TMZ he just fired J.Lo for being "unprofessional" and for allowing hubby Marc Anthony to "constantly meddle."

The mama-to-be got a letter from Azoff last week, we're told, detailing "in blunt terms" why he was ditching her as a client after less than a year. There was also a "heated phone call" last week between Jenny's handlers and Azoff.

But Lopez's rep tells TMZ stories of a bitter split are completely untrue. The rep says "she let him go on Friday with no drama." As for the letter? Jen's camp has no knowledge of it.

The judgment of divorce was entered in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Thursday, and dissolved the marriage of petitioner Heather R. Sweet (aka Dita) and one Brian H. Warner (aka Marilyn Manson). They did, however, reserve the right to work on the final terms of the agreement.

The end of the year is spelling the end of the line -- for some long-ish celeb marriages.

Sean Penn and Robin Wright Penn are splitting up after 11 years, they announced yesterday, to People. Their rep, Mara Buxbaum, confirms that the couple, who have two teenage children, will be parting ways, though no details were immediately available.

The pair met in the early 1990s and were married in 1996. They starred together in 1998's "Hurlyburly" and 1997's "She's So Lovely."

It's getting all serious between Chace Crawford and Carrie Underwood -- she's already meeting the parents!

Us reports that Carrie was at Thanksgiving with Chace's folks in Dallas, and the verdict? "His whole family loves her," a friend of the couple says. "They are really perfect for each other." The pair started dating in July, but didn't go public until October ... and she's already spent part of the Crawford fam's Xmas vacation with them.

Brendan Fraser, star of "The Mummy" movies, is splitting from his wife of nine years, Afton Smith, his rep said in a statement.

"They continue to maintain a close and caring friendship," said Fraser's publicist Ina Treciokas. Fraser and his wife have three children, and have been married since 1998.

Giles also says there were times when the two "didn't get out of bed for days." Wonder how much ol' Riley was paid for this sloppy post-pillow talk?! The bigmouthed hump also says that LiLo has an "addictive personality," but he thinks she truly does want to stay off drugs. Sources close to Ed and Val tell TMZ that the divorce was amicable; they still get together with each other (and their new squeezes) -- and they're both devoted to raising their 16-year-old son, Wolfgang.

Bertinelli originally filed in December of 2005. The two had been married since 1981! Their son is currently on tour with dad's band.

It's been a crappy couple of weeks for Eddie -- just 10 days ago, a water main burst near his home, sending thousands of gallons of water into his front yard.

In 2006, Anderson filed for divorce from Kid Rock right around Thanksgiving. For Pam, the holidays are all about giving!

The couple were married in a Las Vegas ceremony October 6. The bride wore a white denim dress (natch). Pam's been married three times -- from 1995 to 1998 to rocker Tommy Lee, and for just over three months to rapper Kid Rock. This marriage lasted just 72 days!

This was also the third marriage for Rick -- who was previously hitched to actresses E.G. Daily (the voice of Babe the Pig) and "90210" hall of famer Shannen Doherty.

In the documents, filed Friday in L.A. County Superior Court and obtained by TMZ, Pamela is asking for spousal support, and that attorneys fees be paid by him.

CelebTV first broke the news of the split. A rep for Pam had no comment.
