Kimora Lee Simmons has no plans to give estranged husband Tim Leissner primary custody of their son ... 'cause TMZ has learned a court filing suggesting otherwise was simply a clerical error.

A source with direct knowledge tells TMZ ... Kimora has enjoyed full custody of 11-year-old Wolfe since the couple separated in 2020, and nothing has changed on her end.

We're told Kim's response to Tim's divorce petition, which checked the box for Tim to have primary legal and physical custody, was incorrect and appears to have been the result of a clerical error.

Kimora Lee Simmons looks like she wants her estranged husband Tim Leissner to have primary custody of their son ... which is interesting, because Tim asked for joint custody when he pulled the plug on their marriage.

Kimora just filed her response to Tim's divorce petition ... and while she agrees "that "irreconcilable differences" led to their split ... she splits from Tim on the issue of legal and physical custody of 11-year-old Wolfe.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Kimora checked the box for Tim to have primary legal and physical custody ... even though Tim asked for joint legal and physical custody in his original petition.

Kimora is also asking to terminate the court's ability to award any support to Tim, and she also checked the box to request that spousal support be paid to her. She also wants him on the hook for her legal fees stemming from the divorce process.

"The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City" stars Angie Katsanevas and Shawn Trujillo are throwing in the towel on their marriage.

According to Page Six, multiple sources say Angie and Shawn have separated after 27 years as husband and wife.

Some social media accounts are claiming infidelity is to blame, but TMZ has learned that's NOT true. A source with direct knowledge tells us ... reports that there was an affair have no merit.

It's unclear when exactly Angie and Shawn separated, but it's worth noting Angie didn't celebrate their anniversary on Instagram last month.

Jessie J and Chanan Colman are broken up ... and apparently have been for some time ... according to the singer.

The Grammy nominee announced on social media Monday that she and the basketball player split "some time ago " ... with Jessie calling it a "sad and difficult situation."

It's unclear how long they've been broken up, but Jessie says their priority has been their 3-year-old son, Sky. She says they're working on being the best co-parents they can be.

In the clip, "The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" star appears visibly upset as Dakota records the interaction. Throughout the video, Taylor repeatedly asks ... "Why are you doing this?" and "Why are you filming me?"

Dakota, the father of one of Taylor's children, responds ... "Now you can get caught," before referencing what he alleges were previous instances in which Taylor had physically assaulted him -- as he hold their child in his arms.

In the song "Bizarre," the pop icon sounds like she's throwing several jabs at Sean -- they were married for 3 years in the '80s -- seemingly saying the Oscar-winner was "threatened by her" level of fame and that he couldn't handle sharing the spotlight with with her ... among other insults about resentment.

To be clear ... Madonna doesn't use Sean's name ... but the lyrics "movie star, deep blue eyes," along with other obvious hints, sure make it sounds like she is singing about Spicoli.

Addison Rae's getting dragged into a nasty court battle involving her dad, Monty Lopez, and his estranged wife ... he's asking a judge to step in and stop his ex from posting about his famous daughter amid their bitter split ...TMZ has learned. 

In new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Monty claims Kaitlyn Lopez violated a temporary protective order he obtained against her earlier this year ... alleging she's reached out to him multiple times, despite being ordered not to do so.

The bigger issue for Monty ... he says Kaitlyn "continues to post my daughter and my family on multiple occasions" ... and he claims his ex has posted photos of Addison on her Instagram story and added Addison's songs to her social media posts. 

NBA star Lonzo Ball is calling bull on how LaVar Ball says his split went down with his wife Tina ... Lonzo says his mom was darn near forced to leave.

Lonzo was on the 'Ball in the Family Podcast' Wednesday when he spoke out on his parents' split ... pushing back on his father's claims that Tina initiated the split.

The eldest Ball brother seems to indicate that couldn't be further from the truth, saying his mom was "damn near forced to leave."

Madelyn Cline and influencer Henry Smith have called it quits after just four months of dating ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the former couple tell TMZ ... Madelyn and Henry remain friendly and the split is amicable.
