Sources extremely close to Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries tell TMZ ... Kris is full of B.S. when he says he didn't cash in on their wedding -- they say he's already profited handsomely and his greed is now being exposed.

TMZ broke the story ... Kris claims all the the money he and Kim made from the wedding and surrounding events went into a joint bank account and he hasn't taken a penny. But our sources say ... not true.

According to sources, Kris -- who raked in a million bucks from the wedding and somewhere between $250,000 and $300,000 for his appearances on the reality show -- HAS withdrawn some of his loot ... but he spent a big chunk of the withdrawal on the wedding and Kim's ring.

Sources close to the ex-couple tell us, the money Kris made on the realty show was transferred directly into one of his business accounts ... separate from Kim.

Our sources say the joint account is now frozen until a judge decides who gets what, but bottom line ... Kris is bellyaching about money he has never been denied.

"Basketball Wives" star Kenya Bell is finding out ... a marriage just can't hold up when you attack your husband with a box cutter -- because the guy just filed for divorce.

Former NBA'er Charlie Bell filed the papers in Michigan Court -- claiming there was a breakdown in the marriage (no duh).

Kenya -- presumably separated from Charlie at the time -- was famously arrested in May 2011, after allegedly breaking into the couple's home and attacking Charlie with a box cutter in front of their children.

Kenya was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and domestic violence -- but struck a plea deal in which she avoided jail time ... pleading guilty to misdemeanor domestic violence.

Calls to Kenya were not returned.

Usher says there is noooooooo way he is going to foot the bill so his ex-wife Tameka can pay for her legal battle against him ... this according to new documents filed in their ongoing custody case.

As TMZ first reported, Tameka wants Usher to write a check for $50,000 to cover her costs as the two trade legal shots in their fight for custody of their two children.

Usher finds that request absurd ... saying in court docs filed earlier this month that Tameka has consistently defied court orders and filed frivolous motions, like the one trying to force him to take a drug test.

Usher claims he's already forked over 25k for her attorneys and has shouldered the brunt of the financial associated with this case, especially when it comes to their kids.

Bottom line ... Usher feels Tameka's actions "directly harm the best interests of the minor children. Clearly, such actions should not be tolerated, much less rewarded."

Sources close to Kris Humphries say he has no beef with the story we posted yesterday -- that he made a bundle off of his wedding to Kim Kardashian -- but according to Kris' camp ... the bballer hasn't seen a penny and Kim has it all.

We're told before they were hitched ... Kim and Kris opened a joint account in which they deposited all the money they made from the wedding and other ventures. Our sources say Kris did indeed get money for selling wedding photos and appearing on the Kardashian reality show ... but they say all that money went into the joint account and Kris never got any of it.

Here's what's perplexing. Since it was a joint account, Kris would have as much access to the money as Kim. But sources connected to Kris say he's never attempted to withdraw any of it.

As we reported yesterday ... Kris wants millions from Kim as part of the divorce settlement, even though they were together in marriage for only 72 days.

Sources close to Kris tell us ... he doesn't even care about the money -- all he wants is an annulment.

Problem for Kris is .... in order to get an annulment, he has to prove the marriage was fraudulent, and that's going to be tough.

Kris' lawyer had no comment.

Kris Humphries is secretly demanding $7 MILLION from Kim Kardashian to walk away from their marriage ... TMZ has learned.

Sources directly connected to Kris tell TMZ ... the bballer -- through his Minnesota lawyer -- has given Kim an ultimatum ... either pay up, or endure an ugly, public trial.

Our sources say Kris and his lawyer have been told to pound sand, and with good reason.

For starters, even if there wasn't a prenup, the marriage lasted a grand total of 72 days, so the community property wouldn't be in the universe of $7 mil.

Second, there was an iron-clad prenup, which provided that Kim owes Kris zilch.

Third, Kris actually MADE MONEY from the marriage. Sources tell us ... Kris raked in around $1 mil from the wedding and the TV special that showcased the nuptials. And Kris made off like a bandit because Kim ended up using a portion of what she got to pay for the ring.

In addition, we're told Kris made somewhere between $250,000 and $300,000 from the Kardashian reality show.

Dennis Quaid and his wife Kimberly Buffington-Quaid are working out a divorce settlement ... according to their rep, but contrary to the rep's statement that everything is going hunky dory, there are clear signs of conflict in the docs.

TMZ broke the story that the couple is getting divorced. As you see from the docs, filed in Austin, Texas, Dennis and Kimberly used initials to mask their identity. Dennis used W.D. -- his name is Dennis William Quaid. Kimberly Buffington used B.K.

As for the conflicts, Kimberly asked for support in her filing, but Dennis in his response, asks that Kimberly "take nothing."

The Range Rover comment is especially telling -- "The parties shall cooperate with one another in using the Range Rover motor vehicle currently in B.K.'s possession."

Dennis Quaid's wife has filed for divorce from the actor ... TMZ has learned.

According to the divorce petition filed by Kimberly Buffington-Quaid and obtained by TMZ, "The marriage has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities ... that destroys the legitimate ends of the marriage relationship and prevents any reasonable expectation of reconciliation."

Kimberly is asking for spousal support and attorney's fees.

There is a temporary custody order in place, which provides that both Dennis and Kimberly each get time with their kids. The order only covers last weekend, but presumably they will get an updated order soon. The kids cannot be taken out of state or removed from school without an agreement by both parties or an order by the judge.

The temporary order also gives Kimberly possession of their main residence and the Mercedes. He gets the Cadillac Escalade and a condo.

And get this. The temporary order says, "The parties shall cooperate with one another in using the Range Rover..."

Kimberly is asking that all of their community assets be fairly divided. In Dennis' answer to Kimberly's petition, he says he wants her to get nothing.

Both Kimberly and Dennis are ordered not to say anything "vulgar, profane, obscene or indecent" to each other.

Dennis married Kimberly Buffington-Quaid in 2004 -- and together, they've been through a lot. In 2007, TMZ broke the story that their twins almost died shortly after birth because the medical staff at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A. gave them a massive overdose of the drug Heparin.

The twins are now 4 years old.

It's Dennis' third marriage. He divorced Meg Ryan in 2001 ... and actress P.J. Soles in 1983.

9:48 AM PST -- Kimberly's rep has released a statement ... saying, "We can confirm that Kimberly Quaid has filed for divorce."

The statement continues, "Contrary to what has been reported, a satisfactory settlement is being worked out for both parties. We will not be providing any further information on this private matter."

Dennis and Kimberly narrowly avoided a legal disaster in 2009 ... when they left a restaurant, seemingly drunk, and Dennis got behind the wheel of his car. Fortunately, a cop advised Dennis to get out of the vehicle before he pulled away ... and the couple got a cab home instead.

Kris Humphries has filed legal documents in his divorce case appointing himself as his own lawyer ... TMZ has learned.

Kris -- who makes $8 mil a year with the New Jersey Nets -- wanted his Minnesota business lawyer to rep him in the Kim Kardashian divorce. But in California, an out-of-state lawyer must have a local attorney by his side. So Kris hired a Los Angeles lawyer.

But we found out the L.A. lawyer has withdrawn from the case, so the Minnesota lawyer doesn't have a sponsor anymore. Translation: Mr. Minnesota is persona non grata in court.

As if that's not bad enough for Kris ... guess who he's squaring off with in court? That would be disso-queen Laura Wasser, one of the most powerful divorce lawyers in Hollywood with a celeb roster that includes Britney Spears, Maria Shriver, Jennifer Aniston, Angelina Jolie, Ryan Reynolds, Kiefer Sutherland, Stevie Wonder ... get the picture.

Bottom line -- Kris has no chance on this court ...

The wife of "CSI" creator Anthony Zuiker claims her estranged hubby is hoarding money from the show ... and she wants to make something else clear -- she's not the only one who lets her kids shoot rifles!

Jennifer Zuiker is responding in legal docs to Anthony's claim that she's the poster child for greed, asking for spousal support when she rakes in nearly half a mil a month -- and that's net!

But in new legal docs Jennifer claims she's getting zilch and hasn't gotten any "CSI" profits since separating from Anthony.

As for the whole gun thing ... Anthony claimed Jennifer is a bad mom, and his arsenal of evidence includes a trip to the desert with her 11-year-old son where she let him shoot TV sets with a rifle.

Jennifer now says she told Anthony in advance she was going to take the boy to the desert to shoot and he didn't object. Further, she says 2 of her boys have been shooting with family members for years (see pic below -- it's unclear if it's a real gun or a BB gun).

Pilar Sanders wants to have a little sit-down with Deion's alleged mistresses -- to PROVE he was an unfaithful husband -- but according to Pilar, Deion is trying to thwart her efforts ... by attempting to bribe one of his jumpoffs to keep quiet.

Pilar has filed a motion in court -- obtained by TMZ -- demanding sanctions against Deion in their ongoing divorce proceedings, claiming the former NFL star has been tampering with witnesses ... in this case, a 20-year-old model Deion allegedly slept with last summer named Aleea Stanton.

According to Pilar, Deion attempted to bribe Aleea to keep her mouth shut about their tryst -- so now, Pilar wants the court to punish him for his unsavory tactics.

Pilar also claims Deion orchestrated that infamous standoff between her and Deion's aunt Laura last month -- to steal an audio recording device that contained damning evidence against the NFL star.

As a result, Pilar is also asking the court for sanctions against Deion for intentional destruction of evidence and corruption.

In addition to the sanctions, Pilar filed documents requesting to take depositions of several other people -- including another alleged mistress by the name of Tracey Edmonds, coincidentally an ex of Eddie Murphy.

Tracey tells TMZ, "I am shocked to learn that Pilar Sanders is trying to drag me and my employees through her pre-nuptual dispute. I cannot understand why she continues to create public issues out of her private life issues and feel very sorry for their children."

Tracey adds, "For the record, Deion Sanders and I first met at the top of this year, after he filed for divorce, when he and his partner reached out to me to produce a project of his."

Christie Brinkley and Peter Cook are once again engaged in a bitter court battle with Brinkley asking a judge to fine Cook $140,000 for sending her abusive emails.

Brinkley claims Cook has violated a court order not to harass her, the NY Daily News reports. The paper says a judge decided Cook would be fined $5,000 any time he violates the order ... which Brinkley says has happened a whopping 28 times.

Brinkley is also asking for an additional $32,000 in educational costs for their two children.

Cook reportedly has asked a judge for the same fines against Brinkley ... to the tune of $200,000.

Seattle Seahawks sack-machine Chris Clemons is now officially divorced from his wife -- but TMZ has learned, it'll cost him $500,000 ... AND a Land Rover.

Clemons' wife Veranetta filed for divorce in 2010 on grounds of adultery -- claiming Chris admitted to having casual sex with several women in 2009 ... and would often disappear to Atlantic City at all hours of the night, returning home the next afternoon.

Veranetta also claims Chris -- who led the Seahawks in sacks in 2010 and 2011 -- was "physically, emotionally, and financially abusive" toward her during their relationship.

Clemons shot back, denying the allegations -- but insisting he wanted a divorce too.

As part of the divorce, Veranetta demanded exclusive use of the couple's Georgia mansion -- as well as one of their cars ... the Land Rover or the Bentley. On top of that, Veranetta wanted $10,000 a month in alimony for 5 years.

The wife of the creator of "CSI" is in terrible financial straits ... forced to live on a meager $443,528 a month, and is demanding spousal and child support.

Anthony Zuiker has filed new legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- in response to Jennifer's demand for support, in which he scoffs at her claims, noting that she told the court she ONLY needs $158,000 a month to live, and her monthly cut from the show exceeds that amount by a whopping $285,000.

And get this ... the couple raked in more than $74 million in "CSI" profits since 2008. Their average yearly income is more than $17.8 mil.

One final thing. In the legal docs, Anthony is objecting to the renewal of their youngest son's passport, on grounds it's dangerous for him to travel with Jennifer. According to the docs, Jennifer exhibited "shockingly poor judgment" during her travels with their 3 kids, allegedly leaving them alone with the nanny for days while traveling in Europe.

But the best "poor judgment" allegation ... Anthony claims Jennifer encouraged and allowed the 11-year-old boy to shoot a "real hand gun" at televisions she and her friends had dragged into the Nevada desert.

The former couple hit up The Ivy in Santa Monica for a lunch date Tuesday ... and after the meal, they walked over to a nearby furniture store and checked out some of the goods.

Arnold's probably a couch expert by now ... considering he probably slept on one for a while after Maria found out he had a love child with the former maid.

As TMZ previously reported, Maria has been extremely conflicted about going through with the divorce because of her strong religious beliefs ... and we're told she's flip-flopped on the whole divorce thing many times.

L.A. Kings goal scorer Dustin Penner's aspiring actress wife has filed for divorce ... and TMZ has learned it's her SECOND failed marriage to a pro hockey player.

Her name's Jessica Welch -- don't bother looking up her IMDb profile -- and she was married to former NHL star Richard Zednik from 2005-2009 ... the guy who accidentally got his throat slit with a skate in 2008. The couple had one daughter together.

Two years later in 2011, Jessica married Dustin -- who won the Stanley Cup with the Anaheim Ducks in 2007.

Now, Jessica has filed for divorce AGAIN in L.A. County Superior Court -- citing "irreconcilable differences." Dustin and Jessica have no children together.

Krista Allen is KO-ing her marriage to the guy who KO'd Jesse Metcalfe in the most epic Hollywood fight video ever ... TMZ has learned.

Allen -- who starred as the hot lesbian in "Anger Management" and the busty elevator girl in "Liar Liar" -- has filed for divorce from Mams Taylor ... a British rapper who dabbles in MMA.

According to the divorce docs filed in L.A. County Superior Court, the two married in October 2010 ... but separated in August 2011 ... less than a year after they tied the knot.

In the docs, Krista blames the split on irreconcilable differences. They have no children together.

Fun fact -- Krista famously dated George Clooney around 2002.
