Kim Porter is definitely Team Matt Barnes -- telling TMZ Sports it's NEVER okay to bang your friend's ex-wife ... "especially if you're ball players!"

Diddy's baby mama was leaving Mastro's in Bev Hills when we asked about the Barnes vs. Derek Fisher situation ... something she has a VERY strong opinion about.

Call her Ronda the Merciful -- 'cause the UFC superstar says she's down to let Justin Bieber off the hook for dissing her sister at Cannes ... as long as she gets permission from one key person.

Rousey arrived back in L.A. to get back to training for her big fight against Holly Holm -- when we asked about the 2014 incident when Bieber blew off her 16-year-old sister who asked for a picture at a media event.

"If my little sister forgave him, I could," Ronda said.

Rousey has previously said her sister was so hurt by the incident, she STOPPED BEING A BELIEBER!

So, how can Bieber get Rousey's sister to forgive him? Maybe start with a picture ...

TMZ Sports just shot the first video of Derek Fisher out in public since his big fight with Matt Barnes over the weekend -- but take a close look ... he doesn't appear to look any worse for wear.

Matt Barnes will NOT be charged with a crime for allegedly attacking Derek Fisher over the weekend ... the Redondo Beach Police Department tells TMZ Sports.

Jalen Rose thinks Stephen A. Smith made a HUGE mistake calling out Kevin Durant ... 'cause in a battle between media dude and former league MVP dude ... media dude will always lose.

Rose sat down with Charlamagne Tha God on "The Breakfast Club" when he talked about fellow ESPN staffer Stephen A. Smith essentially threatening Durant on-air after KD called him out about his reporting.

Jalen seemed to agree with everyone who found it crazy that a member of the media would wage a personal war against a superstar ... telling the gang if it were him, he would have let the whole thing go.

Just days after threatening Kevin Durant on national television, ESPN star Stephen A. Smith tells TMZ Sports things are somehow cool between him and the basketball player.

Smith was leaving the SiriusXM radio studio in NYC when we asked if there's been any movement in their relationship since the epic, "You really wanna start something with ME?" moment on Monday.

"Kevin Durant and I are just fine," Smith said ... "Just fine."

That may be ... but probably don't expect to see these two getting beers together anytime soon.

Not many people have the balls to threaten Rob Gronkowski -- but TNA star Robbie E is going after the NFL star -- claiming Gronk stole his wrestling nickname and now he's gotta pay!!!

Robbie says he's frickin' livid over a wrestling-style promo Gronk made this week in which he calls himself, "Robbie G" -- accusing Rob of the worst thing anyone can be accused of ... blatant rip-offery.

"I never thought an NFL player from the New England Patriots Rob Gronkowski would have to try and steal my name bro," Robbie says.

"So here's the deal ... I'm gonna beat you worse than the Dallas Cowboys are gonna beat you bro."

Robbie says he's already locked up the perfect place for the two to throw down -- TNA's Impact Wrestling.

NBA star Matt Barnes drove 95 miles from Santa Barbara to L.A. to pick a fight with Derek Fisher this weekend ... after he learned Fish has been dating his estranged wife ... so says the NY Post.

Justin Bieber snubbed the WRONG WOMAN ... refusing to take a picture with Ronda Rousey's little sister -- so says Ronda who claims Bieber was super rude about the rejection.

Ronda says it all went down at the Cannes Film Festival in 2014 -- where Ronda and her 16-year-old sister say they saw Bieber at a media event and approached him for a photo.

Ronda tells Cosmopolitan.com she thought Bieber would be open to the pic since they were all at a media event and "everyone's taking pictures today."

"Empire" star Jussie Smollett is keeping it as real as his TV mama Cookie does ... saying he's NOT hookin' up with Michael Sam ... despite the fact they've been spending A LOT of time together recently.

50 Cent just learned why it's important to get the full story ... after he shared a homophobic post about "Empire" ... but he didn't read the whole thing.

A rep for 50 tells TMZ the rapper reposted a photo to his Instagram making fun at the show's decline in ratings ... but he missed the part about the drop in ratings being due to the show's "gay stuff."

50's rep says he deleted the post once he saw the homophobic comments attached to it. The rep says the comments were "not a reflection of his views at all."

50 has been beefing with the show for a while now ... mostly because he says it's inferior to his show "Power." It doesn't help that "Empire" singled him out during the season 2 premiere episode.

Tyson Beckford says he doesn't have beef with Chris Brown anymore because the way he sees it, Brown is just plain nuts and nowhere near his level of fame.

Beckford hosted a party in Atlantic City over the weekend and took a passive aggressive approach at squashing their beef. The two exchanged threats back in May after Beckford posted a pic with Brown's ex, Karrueche Tran.

Beckford's reason for waving the white flag now -- "At 38,000 ft, I can't hear what you're saying on the sidewalk."

He didn't stop there ... "When you're someone who's at my level and you realize someone else is not really all there, you just say, 'You know what, I'm just gonna let you slide because I realize you're not all there.'"

Someone call Vince McMahon ... because Stephen A. Smith just went on a WWE-style smacktalk rant directed at Kevin Durant ... in which he essentially threatens to dig up dirt that will DESTROY the NBA star!!

It's pretty crazy ... Smith went on ESPN's "First Take" to respond to comments made by Durant -- in which KD called BS on one of Smith's NBA reports about him. Durant called Smith a liar and claimed neither he nor anyone in his inner circle has ever talked to Smith.

Smith clearly didn't take too kindly to the statement ... and UNLOADED this morning:

"I sit here today incredibly offended by the personal attack that this man has put against me," Smith said.

"What I would like to ask Kevin Durant and some of the brothers who talk behind my back in the NBA who probably put him up to something stupid like this ... Do you really want me to come out of this seat and go back on the scene? Do you really wanna see me in an NBA arena?"

"Because I can assure you I'll find out more in 10 minutes than I can get from 50 phone calls .... I have proven it."

"I am a black man on national television with a big mouth and I will still stand up today here and I'll put my resume spanning 22 years plus up against anyone in this industry."

"We really wanna go here? We really wanna start something with ME???? You sure about that??? I just want people to think about that."

Drake, Nicki Minaj and Tyga say they got screwed by Birdman just like Lil Wayne did ... at least that's what Lil Wayne claims in new legal docs.

Lil Wayne now claims in his bitter lawsuit against Birdman and Cash Money, he has letters from Drake and Tyga's people claiming they got stiffed out of a fortune. And Nicki's people say in a separate letter her producers also got shortchanged by Young Money, and Wayne says it's Cash Money's responsibility to pay producers.

As you know, Lil Wayne runs Young Money, whose stable of artists include Drake, Nicki and Tyga. Cash Money is the parent company of Young Money, and Birdman is the big boss.

The allegations of Cash Money's financial shenanigans are massive. Young Money claims it was supposed to get a big chunk of a $100 million advance from Universal -- an advance that went directly to Cash Money -- and they're still waiting.

But Cash Money says Wayne and company are full of it. They gave him a $20 million advance for Young Money in 2012, another $12 million for Wayne's solo album and another $70 million in advances, royalties, marketing and recording costs for various Young Money artists.

Amber Rose made one thing very clear at her Slut Walk event in LA on Saturday ... mention Kim and Kanye, get the boot.

In a letter given to everyone on the red carpet, Rose asked she only get questions about the walk and her personal endeavors. One paragraph specifically states that anyone who brings up Yeezus and Kim will be kicked out.

It's interesting given Kanye's history with Rose ... the two have gone back and forth with disses since their split in 2010 but it looks like Rose wants to completely phase Yeezy out.

However ... Amber's mom was still holding a sign that read, "F**k yo 30 showers!" ... referring to Ye's infamous interview where he said Kim made him take 30 showers just to rid him of Amber Rose.

Robin Williams' widow has settled her lawsuit against the comedian's children, in a dispute that got intensely personal and hurtful.

Susan Schneider Williams, his 3rd wife, claimed the kids tried to screw her out of money she needed to live. The bad blood centered around Robin's estate in Tiburon, CA. His will provided that Susan got the house and expenses to maintain it, but his estate had the power to dole out the dollars, and she says the estate harbored a grudge against her and denied her what she needed.

Susan and the kids also fought over Robin's awards, watch collection, an expensive bike collection, photos and other cherished possessions.

Susan has now dropped her claims against the estate so the matter is now settled. The terms of the settlement are confidential.
