David Geffen's divorce is getting nasty ... because his estranged husband is suing him for breach of contract and airing a bunch of alleged dirty laundry.

Geffen's ex, David Andrew Armstrong (AKA Donovan Michaels) beelined it to court Tuesday and filed an explosive lawsuit against the entertainment mogul ... claiming the 82-year-old billionaire was "masquerading as a white knight while hiding behind wealth, philanthropy and fame."

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Armstrong claims they first met on the website Seekingarrangements.com ... he says Geffen paid him $10,000 for sex on the first night, then began treating him as "a living social experiment."

In a fiery social media post, she calls 47 a "criminal con man sexual abusing liar out to harm our nation to serve himself" who despises that she speaks out against him.

While he called her a threat to America, O'Donnell labeled him a "a dangerous old soulless man with dementia who lacks empathy compassion and basic humanity."

She also reposted a pic on IG ... calling Trump a "F***ing infestation."

President Donald Trump is ready to wash his hands -- and America's -- clean of Rosie O’Donnell ... 'cause he's threatening to revoke her citizenship status.

In a seemingly unprompted post on his Truth Social platform Saturday morning, the prez shared a post declaring he's giving "serious consideration to taking away her Citizenship" because she's "not in the best interests of our Great Country."

He added ... "She is a Threat to Humanity, and should remain in the wonderful Country of Ireland, if they want her. GOD BLESS AMERICA!"

He did not specify how the actress and television host is a threat to all of humanity. Notably, a president is not able to revoke the citizenship of "persons born or naturalized in the United States," per the 14th Amendment to the Constitution.

Blake Lively wants a judge to set the location for her next legal skirmish with Justin Baldoni ... and she's not in favor of making it a public spectacle, as Justin's people proposed.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Blake is asking the judge to order her upcoming deposition to take place at her lawyer's office.

Justin's lawyer, Bryan Freedman, has suggested live streaming Blake's depo from the World's Most Famous Arena ... Madison Square Garden ... but Blake's making it clear here she's not on board with the farfetched plan.
