David Hasselhoff has fans worried after he was recently spotted using a walker and looking thinner than his beefy "Baywatch" prime ... but he is doing just fine, TMZ is told.

A source close to the Hoff tells us ... pictures of DH using the walker were of him leaving physical therapy ... which the poor guy needs after having both a knee and a hip replacement.

We're told he's still active ... exercising and hiking -- so fans can relax and stop spiraling with speculation.

Jermaine Jackson could be facing a massive payout to his rape accuser -- without ever stepping foot in court.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, the Jackson family singer could be on the hook for $6.5 million after Rita Butler Barrett -- the woman accusing him of rape -- asked a Los Angeles judge to enter a default judgment ... claiming Jermaine has essentially ghosted the case.

In the filing, Rita's attorneys say they were unable to track Jermaine down -- and had to get court approval to serve him through legal notices published in the Los Angeles Times after traditional methods allegedly failed. Court records show a judge approved service by publication in 2025 ... and notices ran for four consecutive weeks in August and September.

Michael Jackson was shooting a potential reality TV show that was scrapped after his Neverland ranch was raided in 2003, and TMZ has the footage ... which includes him talking about a female fan's boobs. 

The late pop star's friend and producer Marc Schaffel tells TMZ he shot a ton of video of Michael from 2000 to 2003, including lots of his day-to-day life.

Marc tells TMZ that he is going to be shopping the footage around to streaming services as a positive three-part docu-series. 

Natasha Lyonne is brushing off that plane drama the only way she knows how -- hanging with Anderson .Paak!

'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star Drew Sidora dropped a bombshell abuse claim about her estranged husband, Ralph Pittman, as part of their bitter divorce ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ ... Drew made the case for the judge presiding over the divorce to reconsider the decision ordering the reality star to vacate the Georgia home she shares with Ralph by the end of next month. Drew told the court she didn't have the funds to move and would be homeless, unless the decision was reversed.

As TMZ first reported, a judge awarded Ralph primary custody of their two kids after a recent hearing in which Ralph blamed Drew for one of their kids having excessive tardiness from school.

Drew said she previously submitted evidence, "a video in which [Ralph] could be heard severely beating the parties' son." She said Ralph admitted to the beating in 2024 ... but denied it at the hearing in March 2026.

Snooki is getting brutally honest about her health scare ... admitting she was “terrified” after learning she had stage one cervical cancer and now needs a hysterectomy to keep it from coming back.

The "Jersey Shore" alum opened up in an emotional Thursday interview with ABC News’ Lara Spencer … revealing the diagnosis sent her into full panic mode.

“I was terrified,” Snooki said. “I was hysterically crying in my car -- like what am I gonna do? I have three kids. I gotta do my will. I haven't done my will yet.” She added she immediately started spiraling over worst-case scenarios involving her family.
