While "Selling Sunset" star Jason Oppenheim and Jessica Vargas are no longer together, they did NOT break up over a disagreement about starting a family ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the former couple tell us ... the breakup had nothing to do with kids.

According to our sources, there was no single important reason for the split, but rather "a combination of small but eventually relevant compatibility issues" which led them toward friendship instead of marriage.

Congrats are in order to a pair of "Love Is Blind" Season 10 couples ... because they made it all the way down the aisle and got hitched.

It's been about a week since Megan Thee Stallion threw Klay Thompson an epic birthday bash ... and now the 4x NBA champ is repaying the favor to his boo, with the rapper thanking her man for a beautiful bday trip, and a new Bentley!

Her Instagram recap also featured a blue Bentley with a blue ribbon -- which she has said is her favorite color. Fans online speculated that Thompson bought her the new whip, and TMZ Sports confirmed with a source that he did indeed purchase the luxury vehicle.

It's been a fun few weeks for the couple, who just recently got back from celebrating the current Dallas Mavericks guard's 36th birthday -- and based on the pics, Thompson seemed to be loving every second.

James Van Der Beek passed away Feb. 11 ... but not before professing his love for his wife Kimberly one last time.

According to People, the couple renewed their vows from bed just days before James' death.
