9:31 AM PT -- TMZ has learned that Sean Charles Dunn was actually a trial attorney for the DOJ and has since been let go.

A Washington, D.C. man clearly thinks the deployment of federal agents on the streets is a bunch of baloney ... a move that doesn't cut the mustard -- and, he used a delicious projectile to make his feelings obvious.

New video has surfaced online from earlier this week ... showing a man in the nation's capital screaming in the face of a federal law enforcement officer.

Check out the clip ... the citizen's clearly blowing up at the guy -- but, the Customs and Border Protection agent doesn't move a muscle until he's hit in the chest with a ham-maker.

7:53 AM PT -- While Jon Jones' leaving the scene of an accident case was dismissed on Wednesday, it turns out the UFC superstar is still facing charges related to the incident.

Bernalillo County prosecutors tell TMZ Sports ... "The officer filed the complaint in Metro Court twice, which generated a duplicate case." Only the duplicate has been dismissed.

The second case, though, remains ongoing. He's actually facing two charges there -- one count of leaving the scene of an accident, and one count of use of telephone to terrify, intimidate, threaten, harass, annoy or offend.

Jones is due for a hearing next month.

Big win in court this week for Jon Jones ... the UFC star's leaving the scene of an accident charge was dismissed.

Bryan Kohberger was on the phone with his mom less than two hours after killing four University of Idaho students and investigators say the timing shreds his alibi.

Digital forensics expert Heather Barnhart told PEOPLE, Kohberger called his mom at 6:17 AM on November 13, 2022 -- shortly after getting back to his Washington State University apartment after carrying out the gruesome murders of Madison Mogen, Kaylee Goncalves, Xana Kernodle and Ethan Chapin.

According to Barnhart, he tried calling his mom at 6:13 AM, then called his dad when she didn't pick up. Kohberger and his mom talked for 36 minutes, and at 8:03 AM, Kohberger rang her again for 54 minutes right around when prosecutors say he drove back toward the crime scene.

Sean "Diddy" Combs is not going home to his family for at least another 7 weeks ... so, they're going to him.

The Bad Boy founder's family dropped by to see him Tuesday at MDC Brooklyn, where Diddy is being held until his October 3 sentencing.

Photos and videos show Diddy's loved ones arriving and leaving the jail where the mogul's been confined since his September 2024 arrest ... and he got to see 3 of his 7 kids.

Sha'Carri Richardson clearly didn't have much remorse in the immediate aftermath of shoving Christian Coleman into a wall ... as new police video shows she not only lied about the incident to cops, but repeatedly called her Team USA star boyfriend "a coward."

The frenetic scene unfolded on July 27 at the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport ... just minutes after Richardson was seen getting physical with Coleman during a dispute near a security checkpoint.

Port of Seattle Police Department body camera footage shows multiple officers arriving at the site to question Richardson and Coleman about the altercation ... which seemed to bother the Olympic gold medalist.

An all-out brawl broke out at a Florida lake -- and it was so brutal that two people were knocked unconscious before police rounded up the suspects and tossed them in the pokey!

Sebastian Telfair is now behind bars ... TMZ Sports has learned the former NBA star has officially begun his prison sentence.

Records show the 40-year-old reported to Fort Dix FCI in New Jersey, where he's expected to remain for the next six months.

A judge, as you know, ordered Telfair earlier this summer to the time in a cell ... after he violated the conditions of his supervised release in his healthcare fraud case.

Jhayco was arrested in Florida after police say they found cocaine and marijuana during a traffic stop ... TMZ has confirmed.

According to the arrest report, obtained by TMZ, officers spotted the singer's car going 5 MPH before it stopped in the middle of the road for over a minute, prompting the traffic stop. The cop says he smelled marijuana coming from the car and noticed white powder on Jhayco's pants and nose.

When asked for his license, the singer allegedly fumbled through his wallet and phone, and a records check showed none on file. A search of the car turned up two black pouches with about 14 grams of suspected cannabis, while Jhayco allegedly had multiple baggies of suspected cocaine totaling around 2 grams.

Huge update in the T-Hood murder case down in Georgia -- cops have identified their top suspect ... and he is the son of "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" stars Kirk and Rasheeda Frost.

TMZ obtained the incident report from the rapper's slaying ... and the Gwinnett County Police Department says their primary murder suspect is Ky Lasheed Frost. T-Hood's mom also told TMZ ... the alleged killer is the son of Kirk and Rasheeda.

As we reported ... T-Hood was shot at his Georgia home Friday, and he later died.

Chicago rapper King Yella was far from a "drink champ" during his latest interview ... when the camera captured him taking a complete nose dive after his liquor intake took its toll!!!

Interviewer Cam Capone was 2 hours into his sit-down and was attempting to show Yella the video from the story we broke of Tory Lanez getting stabbed, as the rapper hooted and hollered about "clout chasers."

Yella began the interview with a fairly full bottle of Crown Royal, but by the 2-hour mark, the bottle had dwindled down to a few swigs remaining.

Sean Kingston's begging the judge in his federal wire fraud case for some home cooking ... as in, the singer wants to serve his prison sentence from the comfort of home.

Kingston and his attorney filed docs Tuesday asking the court to give him 2 to 2.5 years when he's sentenced this Friday, Aug. 15. They acknowledge official guidelines call for a sentence of 5 to 6 years, but they're hoping for a discount due to the fact Sean's never done time before, and has done a bunch of good deeds in his community.

According to the docs, Sean's organized toy drives, fed the unhoused and gathered clothing for the needy. They include several photos of him performing the charitable work. As his lawyer put it, "He did not just donate money, he rolled up his sleeves and served countless dinners to those in need."

Sebastian Telfair tells TMZ Sports he wants Donald Trump to help him avoid a lengthy stay behind bars this year.

The former NBA star is scheduled to report to prison on Tuesday ... after he violated the conditions of his supervised release in his healthcare fraud case -- but he's hoping No. 45/47 can get him out of it.

Telfair said he believes the whole situation is "definitely some bulls***" ... and he's confident if POTUS hears his story, he can avoid the six-month prison sentence he's about to begin serving in a matter of hours.

Big break in the Brad Pitt house break-in case -- LAPD's finest arrested the suspects who they believe burglarized the actor's L.A. home ... this according to a new report.

NBC LA reports the suspects believed to be part of the burglary crew that allegedly broke into Brad's home back in June were arrested Thursday, after cops say they tried breaking into a different home.

Bryan Kohberger left behind a devastating murder scene after killing four University of Idaho students ... and, police have released some of the harrowing images.

The Moscow Police Department dropped a series of photos that likely would've come out during trial had Kohberger not pled guilty ... with the first capturing a pair of handprints pressed into a window back in November 2022.

The two prints are tinged with frost ... standing out starkly from the rest of the crystal clear glass. Unclear if they were made on the inside or outside of the building.
