3:35 PM PT -- L.A. DA Nathan Hochman issued a press release confirming that Lil Nas X injured 3 police officers and faces up to 5 years in state prison if convicted on the charges.

Lil Nas X is back on the street ... but he's not walking home naked down Ventura Blvd. ... he's riding around in a Jeep dressed in his blue jail jumpsuit after posting bail.

The "Old Town Road" rapper was just freed on $75,000 bond and we got him leaving a county jail in Van Nuys ... and he was in no mood to talk to our photog.

Nas beelined it for a white Jeep that was parked waiting for him ... climbing in the back seat and driving off as paparazzi chased after him.

Lil Nas X's dad tells TMZ Hip Hop his world-famous son is doing well mentally ... despite being charged with 4 felonies after his now infamous naked adventure in L.A.

Robert Stafford was rushed by reporters in DTLA where he told us his son was focused on getting the help he needed, yet denied he was suffering from drug abuse.

As you know, Lil Nas X was taken to the hospital for a suspected OD, but was eventually transported to the Van Nuys Jail after officers say he injured 3 of them while dressed in absolutely nothing.

Lil Nas X is now facing years in prison ... because the L.A. County District Attorney has charged him with 4 felonies ... including battery with injury on a police officer.

TMZ broke the story ... the "Old Town Road" rapper was naked on Ventura Blvd. in the San Fernando Valley when cops were called. They say when they confronted him, he charged the officers ... and presumably injured at least 3 of them -- hence the 3 felony charges.

Nas was also hit with a felony charge of resisting an executive officer -- i.e., a cop.

The Menendez brothers' story has plenty of folks divided on their feelings about Erik and Lyle's crimes ... but at the end of the day, the two have always had each other.

The siblings were both sent to prison way back in the day for the 1989 murders of their parents, although renewed interest in their case -- and a boost in popularity from a Netflix series -- means the their case was reviewed.

In May 2025, a judge resentenced the brothers to 50 years to life from life in prison without parole ... making them immediately eligible for parole.

However, during their highly anticipated parole hearings in August, their pleas for freedom were denied. It's not the end for them, though ... they have 3 years until their paroles are reviewed again, which can be expedited if they exemplify good behavior.

Until then, they'll continue being incarcerated at the Richard J. Donovan Correctional Facility in San Diego, California.

Norman Reedus and Helena Christensen's son Mingus is being ordered to stay the hell away from the woman who told cops he roughed her up ... TMZ has learned.

According to law enforcement sources, the woman is getting court-ordered protection against Mingus.

Furthermore, a complaint obtained by TMZ says the woman told police officers Mingus used "both of his hands to apply pressure to her neck by forcefully squeezing it."

Norman Reedus and Helena Christensen's son Mingus has been slapped with additional charges following his arrest for allegedly roughing up a female Saturday.

The troubled model appeared in Manhattan Criminal Court Saturday evening ... and he was charged with reckless physical injury, aggravated harassment and second-degree harassment, court records show.

As we reported ... he was originally busted Saturday for alleged third-degree assault and obstruction of breathing after officers were called to a Manhattan apartment for an assault in progress on a 33-year-old woman.

He pleaded not guilty to all charges.

Lil Nas X isn't looking to put on a show for his cellmates in jail ... choosing instead to keep a low profile and be on his best behavior behind bars, TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... police haven't had any issues with Lil Nas since he arrived at the jail in Van Nuys this week. We're told the "Old Town Road" rapper hasn't tried to put on any shows or sung for those also at the jail ... though, it's not like he'd have much on an audience.

Cops were on Calese Carron Crowder like flies on a turd after the alleged butt sniffer was seemingly up to his old bum sniffing antics in SoCal this week, TMZ has learned.

Burbank police confirm to TMZ ... they have arrested 38-year-old Crowder after he was accused of sniffing someone's rear end -- an act he's been booked for on more than one occasion.

Cops say the incident occurred on Wednesday night at a store in Burbank, California.

The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department is feeling certain Emmanuel Haro was not kidnapped from the parking lot of a Big 5 ... leading to the arrest of parents, Jake and Rebecca Haro, for suspicion of murder.

Authorities released an update following the Haro couple's arrest on Friday, where they noted that the investigation already included numerous interviews, several searches, and the collection of digital and electronic evidence -- which is why they've since determined that Rebecca's claim her son was snatched from the parking lot of the sporting good store in Yucaipa, California ... "did not occur."

Remember, we reported that authorities believed Emmanuel to be deceased ... but that they were still searching for his remains. So far, no update has come through on whether investigators have located the missing 7-month-old's remains.

Authorities now believe baby Emmanuel is deceased, and the search for his remains is still ongoing.

Bryan Kohberger left a trail of 4 bodies in the wake of his grisly murder spree ... and TMZ has now obtained new photos of the eerie crime scene.

Idaho State Police released a mountain of photos taken by investigators inside and outside the murder house in Moscow, ID, where Madison Mogen, Kaylee Goncalves, Xana Kernodle, and Ethan Chapin were butchered by Kohberger with a k-bar knife. Besides Chapin, the rest of the victims lived inside the house, but all 4 attended the University of Idaho.

In the crime scene photos, you see footprints outside the home, handprints on windows, bloody trash, and a rogue knife on a beer pong table.

Lil Nas X is still behind bars after his arrest early Thursday morning ... and now we know he's not getting out until at least Monday.

Authorities tell TMZ ... since the "Old Town Road" singer was arrested on suspicion of battery on a police officer, he needs to go before a judge to have his bail set ... and that ain't going to happen until Monday. Seems there are plenty of others in front of him also looking to bail out ... and Nas ain't cuttin' the line.

We're told this particular charge is an automatic appearance ... and he can't be issued a citation and released, like most misdemeanors ... 'cause "cited out" only applies to nonviolent offenses -- and Nas allegedly charged at police.

The man cops say went viral for knocking out a woman during a Rüfüs Du Sol concert is getting the book thrown at him -- he's been arrested on felony charges, TMZ has learned.

Pasadena PD tells TMZ ... Julio Cesar Lopez Zavala was arrested Thursday and booked for felony battery with great bodily injury, felony assault with great bodily injury and misdemeanor battery ... all for the vicious brawl that went down last week at the Rose Bowl concert.

You'll recall, a man -- who cops say is Zavala -- was recorded beating a woman unconscious on August 16 ... as Rüfüs Du Sol had everyone else in the stadium enjoying the beat.

The attorney representing Jaylen Brown's father, Marselles Brown, said in a courtroom minutes ago his client was acting in self-defense during that violent parking lot dispute in Las Vegas on Wednesday.

The lawyer, Arnold Weinstock, told News3LV Marselles only got physical with Cross Tupuola after the youth football coach had pistol-whipped him.

"Everything I know," the attorney said, "and I've known Mr. Brown for quite some time, I do not believe that he initiated anything, and he is telling me that everything that occurred was him trying to defend himself after he was struck."
