Kevin Federline is wishing his ex-wife Britney Spears the best after her DUI arrest ... and he hopes she'll makes some changes in her life.

K-Fed's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, tells TMZ ... "Kevin hopes for the best for Britney and if help is necessary, he hopes that she will neither resist it or those who are attempting to work with her."

Kevin's lawyer says they've spoken since Britney's Wednesday night arrest and says they don't know more than what's been reported in the media, but adds ... "The concern is whether this is just a one off or a one more."

2:15 PM PT -- Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Sports Dillon Brooks' DUI arrest was not related to alcohol.

Phoenix Suns player Dillon Brooks was busted for DUI Friday morning, TMZ Sports has learned.

Authorities tell us ... the small forward was pulled over in Scottsdale around 1 AM for traffic violations. After an investigation, Brooks was placed under arrest for suspicion of driving under the influence.

He was taken to Scottsdale City jail and processed ... and was released from custody around 3:30 AM.

WNBA star Arike Ogunbowale went from celebrating her Unrivaled championship to posing for a mugshot -- the hooper was arrested after allegedly punching a security guard at a Miami nightclub on Thursday.

TMZ Sports obtained the complaint ... officers were notified of a physical altercation that broke out inside E11EVEN. When approaching the rear exit of the club, the officer stated a large crowd was being escorted out by security.

The officer made contact with the alleged victim ... who claimed he was attempting to escort 29-year-old Ogunbowale out of the club due to an unrelated altercation -- when she punched him in the face with a closed fist, causing him to fall to the ground.

Britney Spears’ first husband Jason Alexander is rushing to her defense after her DUI arrest ... calling people out for jumping to conclusions when the full story isn’t even out yet.

In an IG Reel, Jason -- who was famously married to the singer for just 55 hours before their annulment in 2004 -- pointed out her reported 0.06 blood-alcohol level is actually below the legal BAC limit in most states. He also said it’s possible any substances in her system could’ve been legally prescribed medication, which would change the narrative entirely.

Jason doubled down, saying it’s unfair for the internet to run with "drunk driving" speculation before the facts are confirmed ... adding rumors spread fast and people end up judged before the truth is even clear.

Sam Asghari is breaking his silence on his ex-wife Britney Spears’ DUI arrest ... though he made it pretty clear he wasn’t exactly eager to go there, saying his focus right now is on the escalating situation in Iran.

Misty Roberts -- the disgraced former Louisiana mayor -- is extending her 15 minutes of infamy by posing for a new mug shot Thursday after she registered as a sex offender.

As you can see, Roberts was in no mood to smile as her picture was snapped during the process of registering as a sex offender in Beauregard Parish, LA, which includes DeRidder -- a small city of about 10,000 people -- where Misty was mayor until the scandal broke.

On Tuesday, Roberts she was convicted at trial of two felonies -- carnal knowledge of a juvenile and indecent behavior of a juvenile. She was also required to register as a sex offender with the state.

Britney Spears’ ex-husband Kevin Federline was hit with a lawsuit over an allegedly unpaid credit card bill just weeks before the pop star’s arrest ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, K-Fed was sued by Bank of America on February 19 in Hawaii.

The bank alleges the one-time DJ owes $12,186.64 ... but has failed to pay up on the bill.

The suit said Kevin opened his account in December 2024 …. which would be one month after Britney made her last child support payment to him for their sons, Jayden and Sean.

The BMW Britney Spears was driving when she was arrested on suspicion of DUI last night has been picked up from the impound lot, TMZ has learned.

TMZ obtained photos of the car being driven -- not by Britney -- from the lot after it was held overnight.

We broke the story ... Britney was pulled over by California Highway Patrol officers around 9:30 PM Wednesday in Westlake Village, California, not far from her home. We're told she was alone in the car when officers initiated the stop.

The men’s basketball program at California State University, Bakersfield is at the center of a wild scandal ... after a former player-turned-coach was accused of running a multi-state pimping operation while working for the school.

Authorities say Kevin Mays -- an ex-player for the Roadrunners who later joined the staff as a temporary assistant coach -- is facing 11 criminal and misdemeanor charges, including felony pimping, after an investigation triggered by a shocking anonymous email.

According to reports, then-head coach Rod Barnes received a message in August titled “IMPORTANT MESSAGE 911 911” claiming Mays had been “trafficking a girl since May” across several states. The sender warned in all caps, “FIX IT OR THE WHOLE STAFF WILL FALL.”

Myles Garrett's speeding ticket could've been worse -- TMZ Sports has obtained the police bodycam footage from his ninth speeding ticket (at least) in Ohio since 2017 -- with the officer citing him for a lesser speed.

In the video, Garrett is polite with the officer as she takes his information after stopping him in the northbound lane of I-71 in Wayne County. The officer even jokes with him that at one point she thought he was about to take off on her.

"Nah, not on you," Garrett said.

Britney Spears was arrested in Ventura County, California Wednesday night for a DUI, law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

The pop superstar was handcuffed by the California Highway Patrol around 9:30 PM last night, and she was booked by the sheriff's department around 3 AM. She was released from jail around 6 AM today, according to inmate records.

Britney was by herself when cops pulled her over in Westlake Village, not far from her home. She was taken to a hospital immediately after she was pulled over, TMZ has learned.

CHP officers transported her there to draw her blood ... according to multiple sources close to Brit. She did not sustain any injuries, and the hospital visit was purely to determine her blood alcohol content.

TMZ has reached out to her team for comment.

The woman Sherrone Moore allegedly had an affair with during his time as the head coach of the Michigan football team is no longer with the program ... TMZ Sports has learned.

A spokesman for the university athletic department tells us that Paige Shiver's contract expired and was not renewed.

Moore was fired by the Wolverines for cause in December 2025 after an investigation determined he had an "inappropriate relationship with a staff member." It was later revealed the woman, eventually identified as Shiver, went to school officials with evidence of their relationship after it ended.

Michael Harris -- the new mayor of a small Louisiana city -- tells TMZ his predecessor, Misty Roberts, shocked the population when allegations of her having sex with a teenage boy at a drunken pool party broke.

According to Harris ... his prior impression of Misty is that she was a good wife, mother and person ... but that image was completely shattered by her arrest and subsequent conviction for having carnal knowledge of a juvenile -- a term often used interchangeably with statutory rape.

He said, "I'll use the word disappointment ... the majority of people in town are disappointed. Leadership should have higher standards."
