Sean Kingston's sitting in county lockup, awaiting extradition to Florida ... after cops nabbed him Thursday night, and TMZ got footage of authorities meeting him moments after his concert on a military base.

Check out the clip ... you see officers leading Sean to an RV, right after he stepped off the stage. While they don't immediately cuff him -- his hands are free in the video -- we know he was subsequently arrested, and cops did note that he went peacefully.

Eyewitnesses tell TMZ ... the video was taken around 4 PM Thursday at Fort Irwin, the base in the Mojave Desert where SK was performing.

Sean Kingston is behind bars in Southern California, an arrest that came hours after cops raided his home in Florida and arrested his mother.

The singer was arrested Thursday evening on the base of Fort Irwin -- out in the middle of California's Mojave Desert -- and cops say he will be booked into the San Bernardino County Jail.

Cops say Sean had performed a show on the base, and afterward he cooperated as the base police took him into custody on a Broward County Sheriff's Office arrest warrant for fraud and theft charges. The arrest bookends a busy day for Sean and his family with law enforcement.

The raid on Sean Kingston's house came after months of investigation ... and, new photos show one of the items cops went looking to find -- a massive LED screen.

Attorney Dennis Card -- who's representing a company suing Sean for allegedly not paying for a $150k home entertainment system -- says he was present when the raid went down and took photos of technicians slowly dismantling the system.

Check out the pics ... you can see the front of the huge screen's totally stripped down, one panel at a time. In other shots you can see custom sports jerseys framed on the wall, as well as a pic from outside the home.

12:12 PM PT -- Sean Kingston just addressed the raid on his IG Story writing, "People love negative energy! I am good and so is my mother!.. my lawyers are handling everything as we speak🙏🏽🙏🏽."

Sean Kingston is in the crosshairs of a criminal investigation ... and the hard evidence is that his house was just raided.

The Broward Sheriff’s Office raided Kingston's residence in Southwest Ranches, FL Thursday morning. We're told his mother, Janice Turner, was arrested at the house during the raid and is facing multiple charges, including fraud and theft. Sean wasn't home at the time.

Reality TV star Kathryn Dennis had a total meltdown after she was pulled over for drunk driving in South Carolina ... and her dramatic tear-filled arrest was all caught on video.

The former "Southern Charm" star was not so charming during her leading role in this police dashcam footage obtained by TMZ. Cops raced to the scene Monday following her 3-car collision in Goose Creek, SC.

The man who arrested Scottie Scheffler outside the PGA Championship in Kentucky last week violated policy during his encounter with the golfer, officials announced Thursday.

At a news conference packed with media members, Louisville Metro Police Department chief Jacquelyn Gwinn-Villaroel said Bryan Gillis did not turn on his body-worn camera as he had his run-in with Scheffler on May 17 -- a huge no-no.

She stated Gillis has been reprimanded for the act. The city's mayor, Craig Greenberg, also admonished the officer at the newser for his actions.

Scottie Scheffler's arrest was apparently not off limits for his colleagues ... 'cause Xander Schauffele just admitted a bunch of PGA Tour stars roasted the world's best golfer for being thrown in the slammer last weekend.

Schauffele told Big Cat and PFT on Wednesday's episode of "Pardon My Take" that a group chat he had with Scottie and others like Gary Woodland, Jordan Spieth and Justin Thomas was full of jokes following the 27-year-old's run-in with cops outside of Valhalla Golf Club.

Schauffele insisted the trolling wasn't too bad -- it was "just enough," he said -- but he did reveal the dudes at one point changed the group chat's pic to Scheffler's mug shot.

The video showing Diddy's hotel assault of Cassie isn't only fueling public outrage -- high-ranking NYC politicians want him to suffer one immediate consequence ... TMZ has learned.

Leaders in Diddy's hometown are turning on him, with several NYC council members encouraging Mayor Eric Adams to revoke the Bad Boy Records founder's symbolic key to the city.

Council Member Sandy Nurse tells TMZ … "Mayor Adams should immediately revoke Diddy’s key to the city. As an abuser, Diddy lost his right to have such an honor and should be held accountable for his actions. Mayor Adams should set the example and take it away."

Cops have arrested two suspects allegedly involved in the biker brawl that left actor Ian Ziering seriously rattled … police have confirmed.

The LAPD shared the update Tuesday evening, saying the officers arrested Jacob Esteban Hernandez, a 20-year-old male resident of Rosemead, and Angie Teresa Guizar, a 40-year-old female resident of Los Angeles.

Hernandez was booked for felony vandalism, and Guizar was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon. Authorities credited videos taken of the incident as key pieces of evidence in their investigation … noting the footage helped officers identify the suspects.

Kathryn Dennis is facing some serious legal trouble after getting busted Monday night for driving under the influence in South Carolina ... TMZ has learned.

Cops in Goose Creek, SC booked the former "Southern Charm" star after they say she was involved in a 3-car collision. In documents obtained by TMZ, a responding officer described Kathryn's alleged state at the accident scene as appearing impaired with "glossy eyes and an odor of alcohol coming from her person."

This is her first offense with drinking and driving ... though it isn't her first run-in with the law.

Derek Chauvin -- the disgraced police officer convicted of murdering George Floyd -- is facing new troubling allegations that sound painfully similar to what the world witnessed nearly 4 years ago.

In documents obtained by TMZ ... a woman named Patricia "Patty" Dawn Welch Day claims Chauvin and Ellen Jensen, another Minneapolis police officer, used excessive force on her during a January 2020 incident.

Patty alleges Chauvin and Jensen "violently yanked" her from her vehicle without justification and threw her to the ground -- which she says caused her to fracture her tooth, injure her arm and shoulder, and sustain other injuries ... all before being handcuffed.

Rich The Kid just took a plea deal in his Miami Beach trespass and resisting arrest case from December that impeded a bomb threat investigation ... TMZ Hip Hop has learned.

Scottie Scheffler makes fast friends ... he wasn't in very long, but the world's number one golfer was a hit with fellow inmates -- and even law enforcement -- while behind bars!

TMZ Sports spoke to a man who was locked up with 27-year-old Scheffler Friday morning in Louisville ... and he told us the 2x Masters winner couldn't have been cooler during his couple-hours stay in lockup.

In fact, our witness didn't even know Scheffler was a star athlete, at the center of the biggest sports story in the world, until a police officer gave him the 411 ... saying, "You know you're talking to the number one golfer in the world, right?"

We asked Scheffler's fellow inmate about the golfer's demeanor while in custody.

"He kept saying it was bulls*** that he was there."

Scottie was seemingly popular among law enforcement behind bars, too. We're told he was drawing a crowd, with several jail staff and corrections officials popping out to take a peek at Scheffler.

Our witness even says he heard staff wondering how long Scottie would be held before being released.

Turns out his stay was rather fast. Scheffler, arrested during the 6 o'clock hour, somehow made his 10:08 AM tee time ... where the best player in the world proceeded to birdie the first hole (of course), and shoot a 5-under, 66 2nd round at the PGA Championship.

In fact, Scheffler's fast release (8:40 AM) has been the source of some controversy in Lousiville ... with some questioning how he was sprung so fast despite being arrested on 4 charges, including felony assault, for allegedly injuring (wrist and knee) an LMPD detective.

After he was released, Scottie addressed the incident, calling it a "misunderstanding."

"This morning, I was proceeding as directed by police officers. It was a very chaotic situation, understandably so considering the tragic accident that had occurred earlier, and there was a big misunderstanding of what I thought I was being asked to do. I never intended to disregard any of the instructions. I'm hopeful to put this to the side and focus on golf today."
