Victoria Gotti's Son Prosecutors 'Skeptical' Of New Request to Delay Prison Check-In to Give Mom Kidney
Gambino family crime boss John Gotti's grandson is asking a federal judge to delay his prison sentence a few more months so he can donate a kidney to his mom ... and federal prosecutors are amenable to it -- though they're also a bit skeptical he'll actually go through with it.
Here's the deal ... Carmine Agnello -- the son of Victoria Gotti, one of the Teflon Don's 5 children -- is scheduled to surrender to federal authorities on Monday to start a 15-month sentence for scamming the federal government out of $1.1 million in COVID relief funds.
Carmine asked a judge to push his reporting date back by 60 days so he can donate an organ to Victoria -- who suffers from chronic kidney disease -- and recover outside of prison.

Craig Melvin Addresses 'TODAY' Intruder Live on Air
Craig Melvin -- live on air -- has addressed the shocking "TODAY" show incident that saw a man bypass security and lunge at the NBC host while spewing a racial slur.
Craig briefly brought up the scary situation during Friday's broadcast, saying the man was "thankfully" apprehended quickly, and he and his colleagues are fully cooperating with the New York City Police Department as the investigation continues.
He added, "We are just very happy everyone is safe."

11:05 AM PT -- NBC News' TODAY tells TMZ ... "There was a security incident this morning at the TODAY show studio. An individual entered an unauthorized area in a vestibule near Studio 1A. The person approached anchor Craig Melvin, who alerted security. The individual was detained and taken into custody by law enforcement without further incident. There was no altercation, and no one was injured."
They continue ... "TODAY is cooperating fully with law enforcement as they investigate the matter. NBC and TODAY take the safety and security of our employees, talent, staff and guests extremely seriously. We are reviewing the incident and our security protocols and remain committed to providing a safe and secure environment for everyone who works at and visits our studios."
A terrifying security breach rocked the "TODAY" show Thursday morning ... a stranger breached security and stormed inside the building from the plaza before allegedly lunging at NBC host Craig Melvin.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the man was asking for Al Roker after somehow slipping past security. We’re told he couldn't find Roker and turned his attention to confront Craig in a restricted area and allegedly lunged at him while yelling the N-word at him.
We’re told the incident happened around 9 AM ET and that staff and security rushed in -- and the intruder was ultimately detained and arrested. The man, who we're told is white and was unarmed, had entered a stairwell and made his way backstage -- we're told near the dressing room, though where exactly is unclear.

Karmelo Anthony Attorney Slams Trial Judge
A new judge has been assigned to oversee the ongoing proceedings in Karmelo Anthony's murder case ... as the convicted murderer's new lawyer calls foul on his trial judge.
The new judge, Sid L. Harle, was assigned to Karmelo's case Tuesday, per court records obtained by WFAA. Harle will preside over Karmelo's motion to recuse trial Judge John Roach from handling post-trial proceedings.
Karmelo's new attorney, Russell Wilson, is blasting the trial judge ... claiming Roach made comments following Karmelo's conviction that showed he could not be fair and unbiased.
Wilson also claims "gentleman's agreements" made between attorneys about what testimony would be admissible weren't completely followed, and that impacted Karmelo's decision not to testify and therefore impacted the outcome of the trial.

The Massachusetts mom accused of brutally murdering her three young children wants a group of mothers who say they've battled postpartum depression and psychosis to help with her insanity defense ... saying numerous women have come forward offering to testify at her murder trial.
According to new court docs, obtained by TMZ, Lindsay Clancy's attorney says the mothers contacted him to share their own experiences with postpartum mental illness -- including thoughts of killing themselves or others, hearing voices, and feeling ordered by those voices to act.
Lindsay's defense is now asking the judge for permission to present testimony from the women at trial ... arguing such testimony would show jurors the symptoms are very real and not simply "made up" to dodge responsibility for a crime.

Two teenagers allegedly failed to report an 18-year-old's drowning death at a North Texas lake ... and they have now been arrested for tampering with physical evidence.
19-year-old Lucas Roper and a 17-year-old juvenile were arrested by police on Monday ... almost three months after the death of Daniel Erving. Cops say the three teens jumped off a railroad bridge into Lake Ray Hubbard in Dallas, and Daniel drowned.
The arrest affidavit alleges the teens fled the scene in Roper's car ... throwing Daniel's clothing into a tree line near the bridge, and chucking his phone out the window.

According to sources, Jordan's legal obligation to continue making restitution payments expired on April 28, 2026 ... bringing to a close more than two decades of court supervision tied to the case.
Jordan tells TMZ ... "For nearly three decades, I've lived with the consequences of my past and worked every day to take responsibility for it. Today, I can finally say that I completed my court-ordered restitution. It's hard to put into words what that means.
