Josh Sanders went from fighting to win "The Voice" to fighting for custody of his kids ... in what's shaping up to be an incredibly messy legal battle with his estranged wife.

Josh and his estranged wife, Kendra, have been going at it over their three children after separating back in January ... according to court documents obtained by TMZ.

In his court filings, Josh claims he should have custody because his ex is trying to turn the kids against him ... and says she's keeping him from co-parenting. He also claims one of the kids has said she wants to live with him.

"90 Day Fiancé" star Thais Ramone is waging a child custody war against her ex Patrick Mendes.

Thais filed court docs, obtained by TMZ, objecting to Patrick being awarded primary custody of their kid ... and she's demanding he cough up monthly payments for child and spousal support.

In her filing, Thais admitted the marriage was over with no hope for a reconciliation. The reality star proposed sharing joint legal and physical custody of their daughter.

Ashley St. Clair is pulling back the curtain on how her whirlwind romance with Elon Musk first began ... and according to her, it all started with a direct message on his social media platform.

Ashley was on Don Lemon's podcast when she revealed Elon slid into her X messages for their first interaction. She said they eventually met in person for an interview for The Babylon Bee ... and from there, things escalated quickly.

Ashley says roughly a year later, the two decided to have a child together ... and in 2024, she gave birth.

Despite Elon's reputation for keeping things tightly controlled, Ashley claims she never signed a prenup, NDA, or any other agreement ... even though she says mutual friends had to sign paperwork just to visit his house.

Of course, the former couple's relationship has since gone completely off the rails, with Elon and Ashley now locked in a bitter custody battle over their son, Romulus.

Marlon Wayans is on a roll .... he has a megahit with "Scary Movie 6," and his ex is no longer dragging him to court for a custody battle over their daughter.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Marlon's ex, Brittany Moreland, filed papers to dismiss the child custody case she brought against him.

In her initial suit, filed in 2024, Brittany asked for primary custody of their young child, Axl July Ivory, with the actor getting visitation. Marlon quickly opposed the request and asked for joint custody.

Rumer Willis was awarded primary custody of her kid with ex Derek Richard Thomas in their bitter custody war ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, the parties agreed to undergo a custody evaluation and share joint legal custody, but the judge gave Rumer primary physical custody of the couple's daughter, Louetta.

The ruling also establishes a visitation schedule for Thomas. Beginning June 20, he'll have parenting time every other weekend, with visits initially monitored by one of Rumer's nannies. The order states the visits will later transition to overnight visitation with no monitor.

Soulja Boy emailed his baby mama's lawyer and told him "f*** you" ... at least according to new court documents.

The docs, obtained by TMZ, include an alleged email Soulja sent to Jackilyn Martinez's legal team ... and it's laced with profanity.

Per the alleged email thread, Jackilyn's team contacted Soulja after he called her to discuss the paternity suit she filed against him.

Her lawyer wrote Soulja, "Based on your conversation with Jackilyn, it sounds like you both want to resolve the [lawsuit] amicably, expeditiously, and privately." The attorney also told Soulja to have his lawyer call her.

According to the docs, the rapper replied, "F*** you" and then added ... "Stop emailing me, you dumb bitch. There will be no litigation or settlement idk who the f*** u think u talking to."

Soap star Kirsten Storms says she has no plans to return to "General Hospital" due to ongoing issues with her ex-husband, Brandon Barash, and an alleged phone hack.

Kirsten posted an emotional message on social media Sunday addressing the ongoing drama in her life, which includes Brandon obtaining a restraining order against her over concerns about her mental health. The drama erupted months after Kirsten left "General Hospital" in mid-2025 to "take a break" and to move to Tennessee with her family.  

In her social post, the actress says ... "Given what's been going on, I can't say I will feel comfortable heading back to Los Angeles and returning to work. This has been an eye opening experience about the downside of my profession."

Nicole Curtis' ex Shane Maguire is dragging the former HGTV star to court to try to change their custody arrangement … months after she was fired from the network for using the n-word.

In court docs, obtained by TMZ, Shane asks the court to modify the current custody plan from one that involves frequent exchanges to one that allows their 10-year-old son, Harper, to have one week with him followed by one week with Nicole.

Shane claimed the current custody arrangement is creating "conflict" and “instability” for Harper and exposing him to “ongoing parental conflict.”

Dennis Quaid's twins are graduating from high school soon ... and he's going to court to make sure that means he's graduating from his child support obligations!

Here's the situation -- the "War Machine" star is currently paying $13,750 per month in child support -- plus additional amounts if his income exceeds a certain amount -- to his ex, Kimberly Buffington. Their 18-year-old daughter, Zoe, graduated from high school on May 23, and her twin brother, Thomas, is graduating on June 3 ... and Dennis wants to clarify that his child support payments should be terminated upon their respective graduations!

He is also asking the court that any additional payments based on his income are prorated to the date of his kiddos' high school graduation dates rather than his full-year income.

Gabbie Gonzalez is out of custody after posting $2 million bail ... TMZ has learned.

The influencer -- who was arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit murder -- was released from custody Friday just after 4 PM PT.

The judge set a series of conditions for Gabbie's release during her arraignment on Thursday on top of the $2 million ... including mandated GPS monitoring, an order to stay away from her daughter and the child's father, Jack Avery, and an order not to post about the criminal case on social media.

Gabbie Gonzalez was seen for the first time after posting $2 million bail and being released from jail ... following allegations she and her father plotted to hire a hitman to kill her baby daddy.

TMZ obtained photos of the 24-year-old influencer walking out of the Los Angeles County Jail Friday evening, where she'd been held for days.

Gabbie looked like she was headed off to war ... rocking a camo off the shoulder top with one side slipping lower, loose fitting camo cargo pants and flip-flops. The influencer appeared minimally styled after spending several nights behind bars.

We broke the story ... authorities say Gabbie, her father Francisco Gonzalez, and her ex-boyfriend Kai Faron Cordrey planned to pay a man to kill Gabbie's ex and singer Jack Avery.

Looks like Halsey and ex Alev Aydin may’ve quietly worked things out ... because she’s officially dropped her custody case against him.

According to docs obtained by TMZ, Halsey told the judge she no longer wants to move forward with the custody case she filed involving their 4-year-old son, Ender. The court dismissed the case after concluding her decision was made "knowingly, intelligently, and voluntarily."

Exactly what changed since she first filed isn’t clear ... but it's possible the former couple may’ve reached some sort of private agreement behind the scenes.

Djimon Hounsou is dragging his baby mama, Ri'za Marie Simpson, to court to fight over custody and child support ... months after she was arrested for alleged assault ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, the "Gladiator" actor filed papers in late January seeking joint legal and physical custody of their two kids -- a son born in 2022 and a daughter born in 2023.

In response, Ri'za agreed to shared legal custody but argued that she should be awarded primary physical custody -- given their respective employment and travel histories.

Gabbie Gonzalez, her dad, and her boyfriend wanted proof Jack Avery was dead, prosecutors claim ... and allegedly asked for it in the form of his pinky finger.

The influencer accused of conspiracy to commit murder appeared in court for her arraignment Thursday ... where prosecutors laid out the grisly claim.

As you know ... Gabbie and her father Francisco were arrested earlier this week after cops say they tried to orchestrate the murder of Avery, with whom Gabbie was locked in a nasty custody dispute.

Gabbie Gonzalez's father, Francisco Gonzalez -- an injury attorney -- may face punishment by the Florida Bar Association ... which opened a disciplinary file after he was charged with conspiring to have singer Jack Avery murdered.

A spokesperson for the Florida Bar tells TMZ ... "We can confirm that a discipline file has been opened on this matter" -- this after Gonzalez was hit with the criminal charge in Los Angeles County.

This begins a process which could lead to potential discipline down the road, including possibly disbarment ... though it could also end without any punishment should the review board decide punishment is unnecessary.

'Real Housewives of Orange County' star Gina Kirschenheiter’s boyfriend, Travis Mullen, was awarded primary custody of his three kids with his ex-wife, Meghan Mullen -- TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, an OC judge awarded Travis full physical and legal custody in an order signed on May 13.

Per the order, Meghan will have visitation with the two daughters and supervised visits with her son. Per the order, Meghan also has to submit to drug and alcohol tests.
