Alix Earle's season on "Dancing with the Stars" might be over, but her training is just beginning!
The 24-year-old content creator posted a clip Tuesday showing her working up quite a sweat with a ton of crunches and planks in what looks like a sauna.

She captioned the video, "Can't lose the abs that 'DWTS' gave me." We hear ya!
Bump into these two belly shots and see if you can deliver the star in question ...
She's a professional dancer who you may see on "Dancing with the Stars." She met her hot hubby while struttin' her stuff on the Hough tour ... if you're still unsure, just take a look at Daddy Derek in the background ...
Whitney Leavitt and Mark Ballas were one of the least liked duos on this season of "Dancing With The Stars" ... they say online trolls sent them tons of nasty messages, and they're sharing some gems.
"The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" star and the dance pro sat down with Alex Cooper on her "Call Her Daddy" podcast and opened up about some of the heat they got during season 34.
Whitney was branded the villain on 'Mormon Wives' and lots of 'DWTS' fans had it out for her and Mark this season ... for numerous reasons.
The high-pressure finale came down to Dylan Efron and Daniella Karagach, Olympic gymnast Jordan Chiles and Ezra Sosa, influencer Alix Earle and Val Chmerkovskiy, Robert Irwin and Witney Carson and actress Elaine Hendrix and Alan Bersten.
Robert Irwin and Xochitl Gomez are doing little to dispel rumors they're dating ... in fact, it's quite the opposite ... because they were spotted hanging out before his big "Dancing With The Stars" finale.
Check out these photos from backstage on the 'DWTS' lot Tuesday ... looks like Xochitl paid her rumored man a little visit.
Robert's one of the four finalists and he and Xochitl look pretty comfortable together ... they chatted, hugged from the side and she brought him a flower bouquet.
Robert Irwin has been killing it on "Dancing with the Stars" ... but now his fate is in jeopardy, as his pro partner Witney Carson revealed he's suffered an injury ahead of tonight's finale!
Witney posted a video on TikTok Monday, saying ... "Today at [camera] blocking is a little stressful because we just have to make the freestyle all come together. Robert’s ribs have been killing him, and more will be revealed on Tuesday, and you guys can get a better idea of what we’ve been dealing with all week.”
Clearly, the 11 weeks of grueling dance rehearsals have taken a toll ... but despite this, Witney said Robert is "going to want to practice until the very last second."
Dyan Efron's stellar looks over the years will make you wanna DANCE!
Here is a 17-year-old version of a shaggy Dylan rockin' curls in Aspen, Colorado for an Audi dinner back in 2009 (left). This was long before he broke through the media as Zac Efron's younger, hotter brother!
And, 16 years later, the shredded star unbuttoned for the cameras at a music festival earlier this year (right). Dylan has brought his chiseled looks to this season of "Dancing With The Stars," and although he's only rang in a couple of 10s ... he's always a 10 in our eyes!
Dylan Efron lit up the stage on "Dancing with the Stars" Tuesday night -- but it was his brother, Zac Efron, who stole the show while sitting in the audience!
zac efron was finally able to get to dwts to support dylan 🥹 we love these iconic dancing brothers #dwtspic.twitter.com/te2xHxPhjG
That's right ... Dylan's big bro Zac made it to the ballroom to watch him perform an energetic tango to "I Would Die 4 U" with his partner, Daniella Karagach. Zac sat with the bros' baby sister Olivia on his lap in the audience.
The hunky actor also had fans cracking up online after the judges gave Dylan an impressive 27 out of 30 score ... and he appeared to ask his mom, Starla Baskett, if those were good numbers.
Winning the top prize on "Dancing with the Stars" is usually a big deal for celebs ... but not forBobby Bones, who revealed Wednesday he sent the Mirrorball trophy back to ABC.
FYI ... the radio host competed on the show's 27th season back in 2018, when he was paired with Sharna Burgess, and they ended up winning the top prize at the end of the season.

Bobby said he decided to let go of the Mirrorball trophy after former "DWTS" host Tom Bergeron spoke to Parade earlier this month and said he was "shocked" when Bobby came out on top of the other contestants. Tom felt other contestants' performances were superior to Bobby's.
Robert Irwin had everyone talking about his 'DWTS' chemistry with Xochitl Gomez ... everyone except the Aussie himself, who just sidestepped the romance questions like a pro!
We grabbed Robert as he rolled into practice Wednesday in L.A. ... and when we asked if he and Xochitl are a thing, he swerved hard, launching into a lil’ monologue about how they had the best time and how their two dances were so much fun. Cute answer ... but not the answer.
TBH, his non-answer doesn’t shut down the rumors at all -- 'cause if there was nothing going on, he could’ve just flat-out denied it. Instead, he left the door cracked wide open, which is exactly how a showmance is born ...
Jen Affleck -- 'Secret Lives of Mormon Wives' star and recent "Dancing with the Stars" contestant -- is sharing her thoughts on costar Whitney Leavitt's performance in the competition ... telling us her money is actually on hunky wildlife expert Robert Irwin.
We caught up with the cast of Hulu’s hit show as they gear up for a fiery Season 3 -- and when asked if Whitney could take the crown, all eyes were on Jen ... who reveals to us that even though Whitney is the best dancer on the show, she chooses to root for Robert.
Jen unfortunately got booted from this season -- sparking some beef with remaining 'SLOMW' contestant Whitney -- so her choosing the Australian sweetheart rather than her own costar remains on brand.
Braxton Berrios and Alix Earle are celebrating a milestone in their relationship -- Tuesday marks two years since they became a couple -- and they commemorated the big day with some cute Instagram content!
The lovebirds took to their respective Instagram accounts to acknowledge 730 days around the sun. Berrios posted three pictures to his account ... writing, "2 years of laughter, happiness and loving every piece of you."
Derek Hough’s celebrating 'Dancing with the Stars’ big 2-0 -- which just so happens to line up with TMZ’s own 20th birthday -- and he’s spilling the secret sauce that’s kept both of us swinging strong all these years!
The pro dancer helped us shake off the Monday blues ... chatting at LAX about how both the dance competition and our celeb news site have kept fans hooked for years -- thanks to one thing we share in common: authenticity.
Derek says people love a no-holds-barred look at others in totally different settings -- and that’s exactly why both 'DWTS' and TMZ have thrived ... keeping it real and raw, no filter needed.
It's a big deal to fans that Danielle Fishel was just voted off "Dancing with the Stars" ... so much so, even adversary Maitland Ward was super bummed!
We got MW outside Kings Road Coffee and Café on Wednesday ... and she says that even with the super bad blood between the two "Boy Meets World" stars ... she thought it was super awesome Danielle kicked so much ass this season on the celeb competition show.
Listen for yourself ... Maitland tells us DF had eye on the prize -- and women must support women, especially in Hollywood ... that said, Maitland did have some minor suggestions how DF could have avoided being knocked out.
"Dancing with the Stars" fans, hold onto your seats ... because Tom Bergeron's coming back for the show's 20th anniversary episode!
The former host of the long-running competition series will return as a guest judge for November 11th's episode ... appropriately titled "The 20th Birthday Party," according to TV Insider.
Just don't expect Tom to hop back into his old hosting role ... he says he's happy to see Alfonso Ribeiro running the show these days.
Tom said his old habits as the show's host, which he described as "somewhat loose and unpredictable," will probably end up influencing his judging style.
Oh, and Tom didn't hold back about his excitement to see competitors battle it out for the Mirrorball, affectionately describing the show's environment as his "happy place."
Tom was "Dancing with the Stars'" host when it debuted in 2005, and he headlined the show for a whopping 28 seasons.
He ended up departing the show in 2020 after the show's producers brought in former White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer as a contestant -- which he felt was a bad move, according to Entertainment Weekly.
