The post explains Zepa "passed away unexpectedly" ... and apologizes for having to deliver the disturbing news to fans.

A funeral for family members was held, the post states ... before finishing off by thanking Zepa's fans for their love and support during this difficult time.

"The Real Housewives of Orange County" star Gina Kirschenheiter’s boyfriend, Travis Mullen, is accusing his ex-wife, Meghan Mullen, of missing drug tests amid their custody battle, TMZ has learned. 

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Travis and Meghan, who split in 2016, are going back and forth in court as he tries to secure permanent sole custody of their three minor kids. The court battle has been “extremely contentious.” 

In early 2025, Travis accused Meghan of not allowing him to see one of their sons for over a month, and allowed the kid to miss a ton of school.

TMZ Sports has obtained the filing made by attorney Douglas Duncan ... which states Tiger was looking to leave America to "begin comprehensive inpatient treatment."

"Based upon the Defendant's treating physician, the out of country treatment facility recommendation is based upon the Defendant's complex clinical presentation and the urgent need for a level of care that cannot safely or effectively be done within the United States, as his privacy has been repeatedly compromised."

Newly released photos of Anne Burrell's death scene show dozens of pills and medicine bottles scattered across the bathroom floor, according to a new report.

The New York City Department released the photos to People, and according to the outlet, the images depict dozens of pills in a dish near the toilet bowl, as well as bottles of Advil, Zyrtec, Motrin, and a ValuMeds allergy-relief antihistamine lying sideways on the bathroom floor." There are also reportedly cigarette butts and a lighter on the floor.

In addition to the photos, People obtained videos of the late Food Network star walking with her husband, Stuart Claxton, through their Brooklyn apartment complex’s exterior gate and to the elevator hours before she took her own life.

Tiger Woods is one of the greatest athletes on the planet ... but cops say he was anything but coordinated and balanced during his DUI arrest -- with officials detailing his shaky field sobriety test.

According to the arrest affidavit, deputies say Woods showed multiple signs of impairment from the jump … sweating heavily, moving slowly, speaking "thick tongued" and even stumbling as he walked. At one point, authorities noted he appeared to be limping and needed instructions repeated during testing.

When law enforcement had him perform the standard eye test, they observed bloodshot, glassy eyes and dilated pupils -- along with a lack of smooth tracking, a key indicator investigators look for in DUI cases.

Michael Jordan’s son, Marcus Jordan, completed the terms of his DUI sentence, and the charges are set to be dropped, TMZ has learned. 

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Marcus has finished all requirements, including writing an apology to the arresting officers, and his case will be dismissed. 

As TMZ previously reported, Marcus reached a deal with prosecutors over his arrest in February 2025. 

Marcus was taken into custody for allegedly driving under the influence in his Lamborghini SUV and getting his car stuck on train tracks. Cops noted that Marcus smelled like alcohol during questioning and had slurred speech, along with bloodshot eyes.

Tiger Woods' latest DUI arrest may have stemmed from a deep case of denial over his addiction issues ... according to Dr. Drew.

The famous addiction specialist stopped by "TMZ Live" Monday, suggesting Tiger isn't accepting the seriousness of his addiction struggle and doesn't seem to have gotten the proper care he needs to handle it.

Dr. Drew says after Tiger's numerous surgeries for back and knee injuries, he's in an especially difficult situation of "chronic pain and addiction" and needs expert help in managing both.

Matthew Perry’s drug dealer, the "Ketamine Queen," is being supported in court by rock star Slash’s ex-wife, Perla Hudson ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, "The Ketamine Queen" -- AKA Jasveen Sangha -- asked a judge not to throw the book at her in her upcoming sentencing.

Jasveen is pushing for leniency based on her lack of criminal history, and says she has remained sober since her arrest. She's been behind bars since August 2024 and pleaded guilty last year to five federal charges related to Perry's 2023 death.

As part of her argument, Jasveen submitted a series of letters from family and friends to push back on prosecutors' effort to persuade the judge to sentence her to 15 years in prison.

Arrest records from the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office in Louisiana show not only was he nabbed for DWI -- he was also booked for allegedly driving on a suspended license, careless operation, and open container in motor vehicle.  We're still trying to find out additional details of the arrest.

TikTok Star Matthew Wurnig Arrested for DWI in Minnesota

TikTok star Matthew Wurnig -- known as the "50 Dates 50 States" creator -- has been booked for a DWI in Minnesota Saturday, TMZ has learned.

The 29-year-old was caught during a traffic stop when he was suspected of driving under the influence ... refusing to submit to a required chemical test -- such as a breathalyzer or blood test-- when requested by law enforcement, according to jail records.

Wuring was later booked into Crow Wing County Jail around 3:30 AM local time and hit with 2 DWI charges, one for refusing to submit to a chemical test and another for second-degree DWI.
