7:27 AM PDT -- Law enforcement officials say Jenna sustained minor injuries in the crash ... but refused medical treatment.

Cops say Jenna has been released from custody.

Jenna Jameson was arrested on suspicion of DUI early this morning in Orange County ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the porn queen was involved in a single car accident at around 1:30 AM after her car struck a light pole.

According to our sources, Jameson showed signs of possibly being under the influence of alcohol and was given a field sobriety test . We're told she was subsequently arrested for misdemeanor suspicion of DUI.

She is currently in custody and she will be cited and released.

UFC champion Jon "Bones" Jones says he's "truly sorry" for letting down his fans when he was arrested for DUI this past weekend ... saying, "I screwed up, big time."

TMZ broke the story ... the 24-year-old was arrested Saturday morning after totaling his Bentley in Upstate New York.

But yesterday, Jones reportedly posted a message on his Facebook page saying, "I screwed up, big time. Just needed to say thank you to all you guys for being amazing friends/supporters."

He continued, "Although the hell that will come with this hasn't even started yet, I want you guys to know how much better you've all made me feel, not only about this situation but about life, everything."

"It's good to feel that people are there and care. With that being said, I felt I should apologize to you first."

"I'm truly sorry to those of you that I may have embarrassed in any way, to those of you with kids that I may have let down. I will prove to them as well as to myself, that no matter what is happening in life, we can always work our way back and make things even better than before."

UFC Light Heavyweight champ Jon "Bones" Jones was arrested early this morning for DUI after he totaled his Bentley in upstate New York ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Jones was involved in an accident at around 5:00 AM in Binghamton, NY. We're told the car -- which Jones crashed into a pole -- was totaled and cops arrested Jones on the scene for DUI.

According to our sources, Jones was taken into custody by Broome County Sheriff and bailed out a few hours later ... by his mom. Jones is from nearby Ithaca.

How's this for irony? Jones filmed a video earlier this year about going through police training -- and he did it with the Broome County Sheriff ... the same agency that arrested him!

Jones last fought on April 21, defeating Rashad Evans by unanimous decision. His next scheduled fight is on September 1 in Las Vegas against Dan Henderson.

Jones's manager, Malki Kawa, released a statement saying, "I can confirm that Jon Jones was arrested early this morning on suspicion of DUI. While the facts of this situation are still being gathered and situated, First Round Management fully supports Jon, and we are asking for fans and media to respect the privacy of Jon and his family during this time."

Cops DO arrest hot chicks -- in fact, the hottest teenager in Arizona in 2010 (at least according to the Miss Teen USA competition) was arrested just last weekend in L.A. ... on suspicion of DUI.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, 18-year-old ex-Miss Arizona Teen USA Tori Vance was pulled over last Saturday night around 9:15PM after making an illegal U-turn in Hollywood.

The officer approached her Mini Cooper (duh) and law enforcement tells us Tori showed signs of intoxication -- so the cop asked her to get out of the car.

According to law enforcement sources, the officer administered a field sobriety test -- and Tori PASSED WITH FLYING COLORS.

Just kidding, Tori bombed ... so she was arrested. Tori was then taken to a nearby police station and booked for misdemeanor DUI.

Oakland Raiders wide receiver Darrius Heward-Bey was charged with DUI in San Francisco this morning ... after cops say he was driving while drunk on the Bay Bridge back in April.

According to the San Francisco Chronicle ... DHB was busted around 2 AM on April 7th after a California Highway Patrol officer noticed the 25-year-old speeding and weaving in his lane.

After he was pulled over, cops performed a field sobriety test ... which he reportedly bombed. He was cited for drunk driving and later released.

Cops say the former 1st round draft pick was "very cooperative" during the stop.

If convicted, DHB faces up to 6 months in jail.

Calls to the Raiders have not been returned.

Disgraced former Miss USA Rima Fakih has managed to avoid the slammer in her DUI case ... as long as she can stay out of trouble for the next 6 months.

A Michigan judge sentenced the 26-year-old beauty queen to 6 months probation and 20 hours of community service ... after she pleaded no contest last month to driving while visibly impaired back in December. Fakih must also complete an alcohol education course.

As we previously reported, cops say Fakih was disoriented and was slurring her speech after she was pulled over for speeding and weaving through traffic.

"Lost" star Matthew Fox was busted for DUI Friday in Oregon ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us, Matthew was arrested at 3:23AM on suspicion of driving under the influence. We're told there was a passenger in the car.

Matthew was taken into custody and released later that day.

Details surrounding the arrest are unclear -- but sources tell us, it was alcohol-related. We're told Matthew was en route to a fast food restaurant for some late night eats at the time of his arrest.

Matthew lives in Bend, Oregon with his family. Calls to Matthew's reps were not returned.

4:40 PM PT -- A rep for the Bend PD just released a statement, claiming Matthew was pulled over for failing to maintain lane and failure to signal. Matthew was arrested on the scene after the officer decided he was intoxicated.

So far, there's no mug shot -- we're told the camera at the police station was broken. Matthew will have to return to get his photo taken. He's due back in court in June.

"I Like That" singer Houston -- who famously suffered an emotional breakdown in 2005 and gouged his own eye out with a fork -- was arrested this week in L.A. for DUI ... and TMZ has obtained his mug shot.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, 28-year-old Houston -- full name Houston Summers -- was driving erratically near Malibu Wednesday in an older-looking SUV ... so cops pulled him over.

According to law enforcement, officers approached the vehicle and it smelled of marijuana. When police asked Houston questions, we're told his answers were incoherent.

Houston was then placed under arrest on suspicion of DUI. Sources tell TMZ, cops believe Houston was driving under the influence of drugs ... not alcohol.

The singer was released from jail Thursday. Calls to Houston were not returned.

As for Houston's 2005 breakdown -- the singer reportedly first attempted suicide by jumping out of a window while under the influence of PCP. His friends stopped him, but when they locked him in a first-floor room, Houston gouged his eye out with a plastic fork.

UFC fighter and "Ultimate Fighter 9" winner Ross Pearson was arrested on suspicion of DUI this weekend in Vegas ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us, Ross was pulled over around 4AM early Sunday morning when police noticed his car swerving on the road.

When police approached the vehicle, we're told they observed signs Ross had been drinking and asked him to get out of the car -- where they administered a field sobriety test.

According to law enforcement, Ross performed miserably on the test and was placed under arrest on suspicion of DUI.

He has since been released. Calls to Ross were not returned.

Katrina Darrell -- the girl who infamously auditioned for "American Idol" back in 2009 wearing just a bikini -- has been charged with hit-and-run while driving under the influence ... TMZ has learned

According to the charging docs, obtained by TMZ, Katrina has been charged with one count of DUI, and two counts of misdemeanor hit and run.

If convicted on all counts, she faces up to 2 years behind bars.

TMZ broke the story -- Katrina was arrested last month after allegedly running a red light and smashing into another car. According to police, Katrina attempted to flee the scene ... but was pulled over down the street by a cop who heard the crash.

Back at the police station, an officer administered a breathalyzer -- and Katrina blew a .15 and a .17 ... roughly double the legal limit in California.

Bobby Brown won't face any additional jail time for his DUI arrest last month -- after copping a plea deal with prosecutors.

Bobby pled "no contest" today to one count of driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 or higher. In exchange, prosecutors dropped the DUI charge.

Bobby was sentenced to 36 months of summary probation and one day in county jail -- which he already served after his arrest.

Bobby must also complete a 90-day alcohol program.

"Scarface" actor Angel Salazar -- the guy who played Tony Montana's cocaine-retrieving amigo Chi Chi -- was arrested for DUI in Brooklyn last week ... TMZ has learned.

According to court records ... Chi Chi was behind the wheel of a 1999 Volvo Sedan which was seen swerving all over the road just after midnight on Thursday.

When cops approached the Volvo, officers say Chi Chi appeared hammered and reeked of booze.

Chi Chi eventually took a breathalyzer test ... which showed his blood alcohol level was a .121 ... well above the .08 limit. The actor was arrested on the spot and hauled to a nearby jail ... where he was booked on 3 counts of DUI.

TMZ spoke with Chi Chi ... who admitted he had been drinking earlier that night ... but says he simply didn't believe he was too intoxicated to drive.

Chi Chi says he thought he may have gotten off the hook when one of the officers recognized him from the movie ... and pulled up the actor's photo on his cell phone -- but no cigar.

He is currently out on bail and awaiting his court date.

Porn star Lucy Lee took a serious pounding Friday morning after another car smashed into her Mercedes -- but law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Lucy was wasted ... and the accident was all her fault.

Sources tell us, Lee was driving in L.A. around 1AM when she pulled an illegal maneuver, causing another vehicle to plow straight into her ... car.

When police arrived at the scene, we're told they detected a strong odor of alcohol on Lee's breath -- so they administered a field sobriety test ... which she bombed.

Lee was arrested on the scene and brought to the police station -- and according to sources, she blew over twice the legal limit on a breathalyzer.

Bobby Brown just pled not guilty to driving under the influence, but the judge threw in an extra condition to his bail -- he can't consume alcohol.

Bobby also pled not guilty to driving on a suspended license.

TMZ has obtained Amanda Bynes' mug shot ... taken moments after she was arrested for DUI in West Hollywood this morning.

Bynes appears to be in full makeup ... sporting an ashy pink dye job ... and a black blazer.

As we previously reported, Bynes allegedly swiped a cop car as she was trying to pass. Cops believe she was in no condition to drive.

Bail has been set at $5,000. She's still behind bars.

10:30 AM PT: Amanda has been released from jail in West Hollywood. On her way out, we asked if she's learned her lesson -- she doesn't say a word.

Amanda Bynes was arrested for DUI in West Hollywood early this morning ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us, Bynes was attempting to pass a cop car in her black BMW ... when she sideswiped the right rear panel of the vehicle. She was pulled over and cops determined she was not fit to be behind the wheel.

We're told the 26-year-old actress was busted at 3 AM ... she's still behind bars.

According to her booking sheet, Bynes is 5'7" and 125 lbs. Her bail has been set at $5,000.

Bynes has been frequenting the Hollywood party scene recently, hitting up several clubs over the last few weeks.

Just last month -- on St. Patrick's Day -- TMZ cameras saw Bynes leaving Greystone Manor, and thought she appeared to be extremely intoxicated. One of our cameramen even warned the valet not to let Amanda drive, but she got into the driver's seat anyway ... and took off (below).

A week before that, Amanda bolted from a cop while he was writing her a ticket. She was pulled over for talking on a cell phone, and while the cop was writing her up ... she drove away.

Amanda later swung by the police station and signed the ticket. So far, she hasn't faced additional charges stemming from that incident.
