Nigel Lythgoe’s L.A. dream house just got voted off the market -- snagging a show-stopping $4.4 million!

Real estate sources tell TMZ West Coast Customs boss Ryan Friedlinghaus is the new owner of the 5-bed, 8-bath stunner -- taking it from the former "American Idol" and "SYTYCD" EP after being on the market for a while.

Nigel first put the place on the market last year, but had to trim the price down to $4.599 mil in October -- and still ended up selling it for less. He scooped it up for $4.7 mil in early 2023, so selling it for less probably wasn’t the Hollywood ending he had in mind.

Mark Geragos and Harvey Levin sound like an old married couple ... bickering over what really went down in chambers with the judge in the Diddy case.

As we reported, Geragos was called on the carpet for his comment on last week's "2 Angry Men" podcast, referring to prosecutors as a "six-pack of white women." Judge Arun Subramanian essentially said if he crosses the line again, he'd be open to citing him with contempt.

Judge Arun Subramanian will be an integral part of the Diddy's trial -- which should kick off in earnest Monday with opening arguments ... but, before he became a judge, he was just a civil attorney who really cared about his clients.

We spoke with Mary and Joel Rich -- a couple Arun represented in a lawsuit against Fox News after the network ran a story claiming their son leaked thousands of Democratic party emails to Wikileaks in 2016.

After they settled their lawsuit with the network, Mary and Joel say they wanted to take their legal team out to dinner in New York City to thank them for all their hard work ... and, Arun immediately agreed to come -- with one caveat.

The courthouse at the center of the Sean "Diddy" Combs sex trafficking trial got a noticeable facelift over the weekend as crews prepared for the intense continued media spotlight in the coming days.

TMZ obtained video which shows workers repainting security barricades outside the Federal District Court in Lower Manhattan on Sunday. The crews were touching up areas all over the property, giving the site a cleaner, sharper look ahead of trial proceedings.

A fresh coat of black paint was applied to the front-facing barricades, where much of the media has been and will continue to be staged as the world watches.

Blake Lively's lawyers are asking a judge to force Justin Baldoni, Wayfarer Studios and others to hand over financial records ... claiming that if they want to sue for $400 million, they have to prove they really lost that much.

Simon's spouse, Natalie Fuller, beelined it to court Friday and filed for divorce after more than 16 years of marriage.

But we spotted a bunch of red flags pointing to this being a phony correspondence, including the claim Johnson works for a JB Law Firm in Palma, Spain. We've found no record of any such firm in that town ... there is one in the Canary Islands, but a website link for that firm doesn't work, nor does the phone number.

A retired United Airlines pilot has some serious safety concerns regarding a busy airport in New Jersey ... and he's got a message for the federal government.

As you know, Kim and Kanye got divorced in 2021 after 7 years of marriage and 4 kids. As part of their divorce settlement, they have joint custody of the kids and Kanye pays $200K every month in child support.
