The guys over at BetOnline.ag tell us ... there are double-digit topics gamblers can place wagers on -- including whether or not a contestant will vomit.

"Yes" odds for the throw-up were set at 6/1, meaning if an upchuck happens, fans can get $6 for every $1 they bet. Meanwhile, those in favor of "no" will be getting 1/12 odds.

Eric "Badlands" Booker has chugged just about everything under the sun ... but there's still one liquid he REALLY wants to down at an insane rate -- telling TMZ Sports it's a drink you can't find just anywhere!!

We caught up with Booker as he prepares to defend his title at the Nathan's Famous Lemonade Chugging Contest this July 4 ... and he revealed a non-alcoholic apéritif called Beverly -- a Coca-Cola product -- is atop his wish list.

"I think it's from Italy or somewhere in Europe," he said. "There's only one place that I know has it, at the Coca-Cola factory down in Atlanta. So one day, I'm gonna bring my boot and just put it under the fountain and just try to chug two liters of Beverly."

When Jim Ross announced he was cancer-free last week, he credited Tony Khan for being "amazingly wonderful" throughout the process ... and the love is mutual, 'cause the promotion's president called the wrestling legend "an indispensable part of AEW."

Caitlyn Jenner's longtime friend and manager, Sophia Hutchins, is dead following a tragic ATV accident near Caitlyn's home ... TMZ has learned.

Sophia was pronounced dead Wednesday morning in Malibu, according to law enforcement and family sources. We're told Sophia was riding the ATV on the road where Caitlyn lives when she struck the bumper of a moving car -- that impact forced the ATV over the shoulder ... sending it, and Sophia, plummeting 350 feet down into a ravine.

Our sources say the first responders who reached Sophia, pronounced her dead on the scene. Two people in the car Sophia struck were not injured. It's unclear if Caitlyn was home at the time, or if she witnessed the fatal collision. We do know no one else was harmed on the ATV.

Clayton Howard, one of the male escorts prosecutors say Diddy hired, is dragging Diddy and Cassie to court ... and he says Cassie gave him a sexually transmitted disease and got an abortion after he got her pregnant.

Howard, who says he went by "Dave" when he was hired for freak-offs with Diddy and Cassie, makes the salacious claims in a new lawsuit obtained by TMZ.

The escort claims he contracted an STD from having sex with Cassie ... and he says he impregnated her and she aborted the pregnancy without telling him  ... and he alleges she then continued having unprotected sex with him.

Michael Madsen's health was cleared by doctors just days before his sudden death -- this according to his longtime friend and assistant, Dougie Smith.

Dougie tells TMZ the 'Kill Bill' star was doing a routine hospital visit at UCLA last Friday to get his rotator cuff looked at, citing complications from a fall off a horse about 2 years ago. Michael was apparently considering getting surgery ... but due to his upcoming schedule, he decided to put it in a brace for the time being.

Julio Cesar Chavez Jr., days after sharing the ring with Jake Paul, is locked in a jail cell ... after ICE agents arrested the former champ over a warrant in Mexico for alleged weapons trafficking and connections to a cartel.

Officials from the Department of Homeland Security tell TMZ Sports that 39-year-old Chavez Jr., the son of boxing legend Julio Cesar Chavez Sr., was detained Thursday in Studio City over an active warrant out of our neighbors to the south.

The warrant, according to the U.S. gov, stems from Chavez's alleged involvement in organized crime and trafficking firearms, ammunition, and explosives.

Nancy Grace says Sean "Diddy" Combs is getting off easy for one major reason -- the cross-examination of Cassie Ventura and "Jane" ... but she's absolutely disgusted and "shattered" by the jury's decision to acquit him of sex trafficking.

Make no mistake, Nancy firmly believes jurors in Diddy's federal trial got it wrong, and they should've convicted him on all 5 counts -- not just the 2 counts of prostitution -- but she acknowledges Diddy's lawyers did their jobs when they showed both of his exes frequently consented to freak-offs.

What's enraging to Nancy is that she sees the verdict as another case of "rich man's justice," ... saying Diddy only got off because he can afford high-powered attorneys, and because jurors frequently hesitate to convict famous people.
