TMZ obtained the audio dispatch calls from the October 2 incident in Utah ... and, as you can hear, cops sprang into action after driver Carl Reynolds reported what allegedly happened to him while driving the rapper to his tour rehearsal. with his GF, Giovanna Ramos.

Investigators responded to an intersection in Park City, where Carl had pulled over after Carti allegedly socked him in the face during a heated argument with Ramos.

Lori Loughlin has separated from estranged husband Mossimo Giannulli, but if she thinks she's going to get a chunk of the fashion designer's fortune in the split, she might have to think again.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... a prenuptial agreement Lori signed when she married Mossimo in 1997 provides their assets are separate property. We're told it's something Mossimo insisted on before they married.

We've obtained documents that show the Secret Service paid ARCUS Group, LLC -- a full-service event management and disaster relief aid company -- was paid $2,677,416.19 to protect the perimeter of the ceremony at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona.

ARCUS has experience with perimeter protection at high-profile events. Their website touts their past perimeter protection jobs which include President Donald Trump's 2021 inauguration ... so, clearly the administration feels confident in the services they provide.

Once at the ranch, Deuel claims Post and Tyla asked him to take part in the video ... and he alleges they told him he'd be "taken care of" if he did.
