Cedric the Entertainer isn’t staying quiet over Donald Trump’s freakout about Trevor Noah’s Epstein Island joke at last night's Grammys ... he's calling out the president for dishing out insults, but not being able to take them!

TMZ caught up with Cedric at LAX Monday, and he says that factoring in the whole Jimmy Kimmel saga, Trump’s tantrum tracks -- pointing out DT has no problem calling people ugly or lobbing abuse left and right ... but the second someone throws that same energy back, he starts flexing his power and influence against them.

Cedric tells us that throwing money around and threatening to sue people into silence is flat-out bullying -- not the tough "Imma show you" take he thinks it is.

With everything that’s gone down in the Justin Baldoni vs. Blake Lively legal saga, it’s wild to think these two were once on very friendly terms ... and this audio clip obtained by TMZ proves it.

Take a listen -- in a voice note Justin sent Blake back in the early, pre-filming days of "It Ends With Us," he thanks her for sharing pics from her costume fittings, admitting he "legit got the chills" when he saw them and telling her she "looked beautiful."

CBS has concluded its reopened "Matlock" investigation into the sexual assault report that got David Del Rio canned from the series ... and the actor is eager to know the outcome.

TMZ broke the news ... Del Rio was booted from the hit show last October, after the star had been accused of sexually assaulting actress Leah Lewis on Paramount property days earlier. Del Rio vehemently denied the allegations, hiring high-powered attorney Shawn Holley ... and CBS reopened its investigation in November and more parties were interviewed -- including David himself alongside Holley.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... the investigation has concluded -- again -- but Del Rio feels the powers that be are dragging their feet after he claims to have submitted evidence that would clear his name. We hear he's instructed his team to request that CBS give them their findings, which we're told are expected by the end of this week.

Reverend Jordan Wells has been an NFL fan his whole life ... but he told us he's boycotting the Super Bowl this year -- and not because his beloved Kansas City Chiefs didn't make it ... it's because Bad Bunny's headlining the halftime show.

Wells stopped by "TMZ Live" to explain his boycott of Super Bowl LX has nothing to do with Bad Bunny singing in Spanish ... it has everything to do with the Puerto Rican superstar supposedly making himself an activist, who Wells says, is demonizing one half of the country.

Wells says ... "I expect this Super Bowl to be the most political Super Bowl we have ever seen, because of who they picked and because of how the NFL has handled that."

According to court documents we've obtained, Judge Hank Goldberg sided with Haney's desire to keep the couple's parenting agreement intact ... saying, "There is no argument as to why a one-year-old child would benefit from being exposed to the public and a subject of social media attention."
