"Since they share the stadium with the Chargers, if they build a statue of anyone, or they like put them in the stadium, the Chargers have that same right to do that for their player as well. So I don't think they kinda wanna do that," Gurley said. "From my understanding."

Shia LaBeouf didn't waste time dwelling on his overnight arrest ... TMZ has learned the actor hit up a local pub for his first meal right after court in Louisiana.

Sources tell TMZ ... Shia showed up at The Jimani in New Orleans roughly 50 minutes after his 3 PM court appearance, making the sports bar-style spot his first stop post-hearing. We're told he kept it simple ... chowing down on a burger and fries while throwing back a glass of ice-cold water.

Ironically, the pub is known for its "Hang Ova Burger" -- though we're not told whether that specific burger is what landed on Shia's plate.

Sydney Sweeney and Scooter Braun look like a seriously fun couple ... because we got video of them singing karaoke ... and their duet had the whole joint rocking!!!

Shia LaBeouf bought a house for just over a million dollars in New Orleans months after his split from Mia Goth -- a fresh start he hoped would mark a new chapter -- TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... following the breakup last year, Shia packed up his Los Angeles life and relocated to the Big Easy in December. We're told he purchased a 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath Uptown cottage for just over $1 million, about 20 minutes from the French Quarter. Our sources say the move was intentional ... he told people locally he wanted to "reset and refocus."

Family played a major role. Shia is extremely close with his dad Jeffrey, who lives in the area, and we're told the two regularly hit local bars together. Our sources say being closer to him was a priority.

Addison Rae's parents are fighting over custody of the pop star's younger brother ... after her dad was arrested for felony obscenity, TMZ has learned.

Addison's mom, Sheri Eastering, filed court docs as part of her divorce from Monty Lopez. The exes originally settled their divorce in 2022 ... in her filing, Sheri listed the date of marriage as January 18, 2018. The couple were previously married in 2002 and re-wed in 2017.

In the documents, Sheri said they share one minor child, born in 2013 ... her petition asks the court to rule Monty is the biological father and appoint her the primary caretaker with sole custody of the child. She suggested Monty have supervised visitation.

In the custody petition, Sheri listed several alleged incidents of abuse committed by Monty. She claimed that in 2005 Monty "began degrading her, using foul language," telling her she was "worthless trash" and that "no one f***ing likes her."

Shia LaBeouf was apparently looking for a fight before he got his butt kicked early Tuesday ... and we have video of what may have instigated his epic beatdown.

Watch the video ... Shia appears to be talking to a guy on the street, which seems normal ... but for some reason, Shia has his arms tucked inside his T-shirt.

Then, he suddenly starts shouting obscenities at the guy -- an older gentleman who stays cool the whole time -- and lunges forward to deliver a headbutt straight to the guy's face!

Pop star Addison Rae’s dad was arrested for allegedly exposing his genitals ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, Monty Lopez -- birth name Manolito Juan Lopez -- was arrested on July 27, 2025.

The Lafayette Parish Sheriff’s Office in Louisiana accused him of "exposing his genitals, pubic hair, in a public place or place open to public view, or in any prison or jail, with the intent of arousing sexual desire or which appealed to the prurient interest or was patently offensive." The incident allegedly occurred nearly a year earlier, on August 31, 2024.

Shia LaBeouf apparently messed with the wrong people in New Orleans ... we have video of the actor getting the ever-living hell beat out of him before cops arrived at the scene.

Watch the video ... while Shia struggles to get back to his feet -- apparently already having been knocked to the ground -- a man warns him to stay down as he delivers 2 huge blows to Shia's face.

"We gon' beat the f*** out you, boy. Chill!" the man yells.

While "Selling Sunset" star Jason Oppenheim and Jessica Vargas are no longer together, they did NOT break up over a disagreement about starting a family ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the former couple tell us ... the breakup had nothing to do with kids.

According to our sources, there was no single important reason for the split, but rather "a combination of small but eventually relevant compatibility issues" which led them toward friendship instead of marriage.

10:47 AM PT --  The Sheriff just announced there is no DNA hit from CODIS.

The glove authorities found 2 miles from Nancy Guthrie's home has been DNA tested in Florida, but there's still another step before the DNA profile can be entered in the CODIS system ... sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ.

Under federal law, the FBI cannot use the CODIS system unless the item in question is tested in the state where it was found -- in this case, Arizona. Our sources say the glove has already been sent back to Arizona. As for why the Pima County Sheriff decided to send the glove to Florida in the first place, knowing the glove would have to be re-tested in Arizona ... our sources have no idea.

We're told the type of DNA testing -- a PCR test -- typically only takes a day to get results. Our sources say the process should go quickly, and there should be results from CODIS in the next 24 hours, and maybe sooner. There are almost 27 million DNA profiles in the CODIS system.

Tyler Reddick had no interest in revisiting the viral Victory Lane moment involving his son and Michael Jordan -- with a member of his team shutting down the question before it ever got off the ground.

With the controversy still swirling on social media, TMZ Sports asked the NASCAR star directly on Tuesday about the interaction involving his 6-year-old son, Beau, and MJ following the Daytona 500 victory … but his camp immediately deflected.
