The legal battle between Justin Baldoni’s team and his former publicist Stephanie Jones is heating up, with a federal judge ruling Baldoni's production company's claim of defamation can move forward ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, a federal judge ruled the defamation claims filed by Wayfarer against Stephanie can proceed.

Wayfarer claimed Stephanie made statements to persons -- including Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds and Blake’s publicist Leslie Sloane -- that Wayfarer had retaliated against Blake and others for reporting alleged sexual misconduct and spearheaded a smear campaign against her.

Rebecca Liquori -- a surviving passenger on the Air Canada plane that collided with a fire truck on the runway at LaGuardia Airport this week -- can't get the sound of people screaming out of her head ... as she focuses on healing from the near-death experience.

TMZ caught up with Rebecca Thursday, just days after the pilots of her plane were killed in the crash ... and she walked us through her thoughts, from the moment the plane came to a crashing halt, to the moment she deboarded to discover its entire front had been torn off.

Watch the clip ... she tells us it was chaos when the plane hit the truck -- passengers were screaming and they had no instructions from the crew -- one of whom was ejected, landing on the tarmac.

Rebecca is a nurse, and her instincts quickly took over as she opened the emergency door and helped fellow passengers out. She notes despite the panic, passengers came together with a "herd mentality" to help everyone exit the aircraft safely.

'Real Housewives of Salt Lake City' star Mary Cosby is back to work on the Bravo show, weeks after her son Robert Cosby Jr.’s death, TMZ has learned. 

Sources close to production tell TMZ that Mary started filming for the show recently. As TMZ first reported, the show was briefly paused following Robert's death. 

In early March, the show resumed filming with all of the cast -- except for Mary. As we reported, Mary told producers she planned to film for Season 7, despite still dealing with the loss of her only child.

SCP Auctions tells TMZ Sports the historic baseball -- crushed by Ohtani in the 7th inning of Game 1 of the 2025 World Series -- could fetch $250,000 or more when bidding wraps Sunday.

The guy Alan Ritchson beat up on video tells us he dropped charges against the actor ... without any money being exchanged between them.

Ronnie Taylor -- Alan's belligerent neighbor who confronted him for tearing through their quiet neighborhood on a motorcycle -- tells TMZ he dropped charges because he had zero interest in going to court.

Matthew Perry’s drug dealer, the "Ketamine Queen," is being supported in court by rock star Slash’s ex-wife, Perla Hudson ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, "The Ketamine Queen" -- AKA Jasveen Sangha -- asked a judge not to throw the book at her in her upcoming sentencing.

Jasveen is pushing for leniency based on her lack of criminal history, and says she has remained sober since her arrest. She's been behind bars since August 2024 and pleaded guilty last year to five federal charges related to Perry's 2023 death.

As part of her argument, Jasveen submitted a series of letters from family and friends to push back on prosecutors' effort to persuade the judge to sentence her to 15 years in prison.

'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star Pinky Cole scored a victory in her battle to regain possession of one of her rental homes seized by a creditor ... TMZ has learned.

A hearing was held in federal bankruptcy court on Pinky’s motion for the judge to intervene and get the Georgia house back in her possession so she could rent it out for income.

As TMZ first reported, the reality star and Slutty Vegan owner rushed to court last week, claiming a creditor seized one of her rental homes and changed the locks on the 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom, 2,814-square-foot home in the city of Loganville ... despite her bankruptcy putting a pause on any collection efforts.

YNW Melly has been in jail for 7 years waiting for another trial in his Florida murder case ... and he wants out on bond pending that trial.

In court docs, obtained by TMZ, the 26-year-old rapper -- legal name Jamell Demons -- is requesting a release from custody pending trial, through his attorney Drew Findling.

The papers go in depth about the purportedly "dehumanizing" living conditions in the Broward County Jail and their impact on Melly.

According to the docs, Melly started solitary confinement way back in December 2021 on a 23 and 1 schedule -- which means Melly is locked alone in a small cell for 23 hours a day while being allowed out for 1. And he says during that 1 hour, he's not allowed to interact with other detainees.

Ne-Yo gets his breaking news from TMZ, because our photog clued him in to the fact one of his music labels signed an A.I. artist ... and he told us why it could be a good thing for humans.

We got Ne-Yo at LAX, and our photog asked him about his Pan-Asian music and entertainment company, Pacific Music Group, signing Timbaland‘s A.I. artist TaTa Taktumi.

Ne-Yo said he didn't sign off on the deal and didn't even know about it ... but he says it's cool in his book, as long as human beings are writing the lyrics and producing the songs.

Christian "King" Combs' L.A. residence was a target for an attempted burglary early Thursday morning ... and in dispatch audio obtained by TMZ, cops are heard rushing to the home.

According to the audio, the incident was first reported as a burglary in progress with the person who contacted authorities identifying themselves as the homeowner -- telling dispatch they were out of town at the time, but monitoring their Ring camera.

The caller -- who is identified as King Combs' girlfriend, Raven Tracy -- said suspects had attempted to break into the home ... and according to the dispatch audio, the caller's partner was inside the residence, as was as an employee who also called cops.

"As the World Turns" stars Cady McClain and Jon Lindstrom hashed out a divorce settlement that covers support and the division of their property ... TMZ has learned.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Cady and Jon informed the court of the deal this week.

The former couple wed on February 14, 2014, and separated on December 11, 2023. They did not have any children.

Shia LaBeouf has allegedly been terrorizing members of a tennis club near his home in New Orleans ... and now members are being told to steer clear of him.

TMZ obtained a notice that was sent out to membership at the New Orleans Lawn Tennis Club ... and it says they are writing to inform them of ongoing disturbances involving a "new neighboring resident whose continued outbursts have affected the club environment."

Our sources tell us Shia is the resident being referenced here, and we're told he sits on his porch across the street from one of the club's exits and has random outbursts when interacting with members coming and going. And that's not all ...

Musician Seth Binzer’s family is battling over the late rock star’s estate two years after his death ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ ... the musician’s ex, Tracy Shelor, asked to be appointed administrator of Seth’s estate, which she estimated to be worth $140K, back in May 2025. Tracy had a 17-year-old son, Gage, with Seth.

Tracy said Seth -- AKA Shifty Shellshock -- died without a will and was survived by his adult son, Halo Binzer, and two younger sons ... Gage, who lived with Tracy ... and another son, Phoenix Lennard, whom Seth had with ex Jasmine Lennard.

In July 2025, Halo filed his own docs to take control of the estate, which he claimed was only worth $90,500. He later disputed claims brought by Tracy about him “somehow squandering” Seth’s royalties and hiding “personal effects under undue influence of his grandmother.”

We caught up with the singer and mother-of-three in New York City Wednesday ... and we asked her how she feels about Beyoncé's nephew Julez getting a ride from reality star Tommie Lee -- who is two decades his senior.

Shia LaBeouf allegedly got into another physical altercation outside a New Orleans watering hole ... and we got a photo from the aftermath, showing him shirtless inside a bar.

Check out this photo TMZ obtained, showing a shirtless Shia next to the bar at Le Bon Temps Roule in the Big Easy. The photo was snapped just before midnight on Monday, and folks who were there say Shia took his shirt off during a physical altercation outside the bar.

We're told some guys showed up in a golf cart and got into a fight with Shia because they were upset about something he did.
