Drake Von -- an award-winning gay porn star -- is cooling his heels in a Las Vegas jail cell after getting arrested for allegedly trying to strangle his partner ... TMZ has learned.

Court records, seen by TMZ, show Von, whose real name is Dawson Bacon, was busted Tuesday by police and charged with two felonies -- domestic battery by strangulation and coercion constituting domestic violence with threat or use of physical force. Von was also charged with misdemeanor domestic battery.

A rep for the Las Vegas Metro PD tells TMZ ... Von is accused of attempting to strangle his partner at a palatial million-dollar home in Vegas. The rep did not provide additional details.

Carl Radke says the drama rocking "Summer House" has had one unexpected side effect ... it's actually brought him closer to ex-fiancée and co-star Lindsay Hubbard.

We caught up with Carl at LAX -- as fans continue dissecting Part 2 of the explosive Season 10 reunion -- and we had to ask where things stand these days between him and Lindsay, as they've been seemingly closer than ever, after their very public split in 2023.

According to Carl, the tension caused by castmates West Wilson and Amanda Batula has ended up uniting some of the show's longtime veterans ... saying the drama has pulled him closer not only to Lindsay, but also fellow OGs like Kyle Cooke.

Diddy’s longtime assistant, Kristina Khorram, is firing back at the disgraced mogul’s male accuser in court -- claiming the man doesn’t have evidence to back up his claims against her ... TMZ has learned.

In court docs, Kristina, who another accuser called a “Ghislaine Maxwell” type, claims the lawsuit brought by Phillip Pines was BS. She says he has presented no proof that she knowingly participated in or benefited from a sex trafficking venture.

She says there is nothing to back up Phillip’s claims, including that Diddy, with her assistance, forced Phillip to have sex with a female guest.

Steve Shirilla's contract for his teaching job has not been renewed, TMZ has learned. And Steve tells us he's the one who wanted out.

Steve also says, "I’m done talking about this or anything that’s not about the injustice my daughter has been put through my only focus is her."

At this point, John is unable to walk and can't talk, and his health is on the decline. We're told one if his last conversations was with his daughter.

Caitlyn Jenner's late friend Sophia Hutchins is at the center of a new court battle from beyond the grave ... with a judge ordering Apple to turn over access to her private email accounts.

According to court documents, obtained by TMZ, a Los Angeles County judge granted a request from Hutchins' mother, the administrator of her estate, to recover information tied to her Apple accounts and directed Apple to assist in the process.

The judge authorized Hutchins' mom, Amy L. Andrus, to seek access to data tied to Hutchins' accounts.

Duane Ollinger, the star of Discovery Channel's "Mystery at Blind Frog Ranch," has died at 68, TMZ has learned.

A family source tells TMZ Duane died yesterday at a Texas hospital following a battle with ALS.

TMZ obtained a court declaration dated May 1, 2026 and filed by Cassie in her ongoing lawsuit against male escort Clayton Howard where she states, "I reside outside of the United States. I do not intend to move back to the United States."

Cassie, who was pregnant and living in New York last summer when she testified in Diddy's federal criminal trial, also states in her declaration, "I am a citizen of the United States. I am not a resident of the State of California."

Chris Brown continues to deal with scary situations at his L.A. mansion … with yet another person arrested at the property, TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, LAPD was called to the entertainer’s $3.8 million 6-bedroom, 10-bathroom home at 5:55 pm on June 2.

Sources tell TMZ the initial call to police came in as a burglary suspect at the home. The caller told the 911 operator that a female had broken into the home.

Betty Broderick infamously killed her ex-husband and his new wife, but there was no foul play in her own recent death, TMZ has learned.

In early May, Betty died at a hospital in Chino, California, after she fell down in prison while suffering from several health issues, according to her son, Daniel Broderick.

Now, the San Bernardino County Coroner has completed its autopsy on Betty and confirmed that her death was an accident.
