Taylor Frankie Paul's ex-husband Tate Paul just got denied on his bid for an emergency restraining order ... a move her side believes was masterminded by her other ex, Dakota Mortensen.

According to legal docs obtained by TMZ, a judge found many of the allegations being used in Tate's temporary restraining order request listing concerns for their two children were based on hearsay and lacked corroborating evidence ... leading the court to rule there was no "immediate and irreparable harm" that would require an emergency change to the custody arrangement.

In denying the motion, the judge also noted Tate had left the children with Taylor for about a week in June while he traveled to Iceland.

'The Wire' Actor James Ransone Didn't Leave Suicide Note

"The Wire" actor James Ransone had a history of suicidal thoughts, but he didn't leave a suicide note when he took his own life ... this according to the Medical Examiner's report.

The report, obtained by TMZ, says James stated he "wanted to kill himself" and needed to go to the hospital.

The M.E. says prescription medications were found at the scene of his death ... but no drug paraphernalia, and no note.

Sources familiar with the court proceedings tell TMZ ... the 2023 incident in which Taylor was captured on video attacking then-boyfriend Dakota Mortensen and throwing a metal barstool that struck her daughter, Indy, is being cited by Tate in court documents he filed Tuesday as part of his bid for sole custody.

We're told Tate did not seek sole custody back in 2023 because he says he was never allowed to see the video. According to our sources, Taylor repeatedly told him the barstool never hit Indy, and she also publicly stated on multiple podcasts that the child was not struck. Our sources say Tate only viewed the footage days before TMZ published it.

Dead Baby at Electric Forest Autopsy Completed After Body Found In Porta-Potty

A baby found dead in a porta-potty at Electric Forest music festival in Michigan underwent an autopsy ... but the investigation is hitting roadblocks ... TMZ has learned.

Lieutenant Patrick Agema of the Michigan State Police tells TMZ ... police have not yet received a final autopsy report, so they're unable to determine whether the baby was born alive.

Agema says more information on the tragic death will come out, but it has to be made "by the forensic pathologist following a complete review of the autopsy findings" ... and until that report gets submitted, police don't want to speculate on the cause or manner of death.

We're told the increased presence isn't about clearing the area for Taylor and Travis Kelce's wedding festivities. Instead, it's driven by the dangerous heat expected to blanket New York ... with temperatures forecast to climb into the 90s -- and possibly hit 100 degrees.

"The Young and the Restless" star was booked on two DUI charges on May 15 after cops say she drunkenly crashed into a parked car in front of a Tommy Bahama store in Naples.

Police say a witness at the scene told them Zenk initially tried leaving the scene, but she was stopped a few feet down the road. The witness told cops Colleen was stumbling when she exited her vehicle.

Taylor says she told Reagan she didn't know how to get to the baby ... with Reagan's only response being, "Get her out of me!" after the two women went at it, shoving each other around, according to Taylor's side of the story.
