Gunna guarantees his next album "One of Wun" will be nothing short of classic ... and get its just rewards reigning atop the Billboard charts!!!

TMZ Hip Hop linked with Gunna at LAX on Monday, and the Atlanta rapper was in high spirits ... having recently popped the lid off his album cover art and deets of his upcoming tour with Flo Milli.

Gunna's album from last summer "A Gift & a Curse" revived his career amid the Young Thug RICO trial and debuted at No. 3 ... a departure from his previous project going No. 1, but it also wasn't the career ender many predicted.

Gunna says the quality of the new music has been upped and fans can expect his best project ever, hence the emphasis of #1 in the title.

The last time we spoke to Gunna, he promised his tour would be a must-see event.

Britney Spears is in "serious danger" on both the mental and financial front and is doing way worse than she was under the conservatorship ... sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ.

As for her mental health, our sources say Britney is "completely dysfunctional." Since the conservatorship ended, she has no supervision and, according to sources, has radical mood swings that we're told are "shocking."

We're told she's almost totally isolated and, as it was put to us, dangerously unstable.

Rudy Moreno -- a veteran L.A. comedian who's huge in the Latin comedy scene -- is currently hospitalized in the ICU ... but his spouse tells us she can't even locate him.

The stand-up's wife, Arlene, tells TMZ ... Rudy's been in the intensive care unit at a local hospital here in Los Angeles since last Tuesday -- this after she says he was admitted following a bout with pneumonia and receiving dialysis treatment.

The problem ... Arlene herself is also on the mend, telling us she's also been in the hospital lately following a lung transplant ... and now, she says the hospital Rudy was supposed to be at is apparently telling her they can't find him in their system.

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann could be out on their ass soon -- their lender is letting them know loud and clear that they plan to foreclose on their house ... unless they make some moves in court.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Truist Bank's attorneys sent a clear and decisive message to Kim and Kroy -- as well as to the court -- and they say they're finally ready to take back ownership of their Milton, GA mansion.

Per the paperwork, Truist is giving notice that it plans to initiate a non-judicial foreclosure proceeding on or after May 3 ... which is literally a few days away. It doesn't necessarily mean Kim and Kroy have to be out by that date -- but that's certainly when the ball gets rolling officially on the legal side of things.
