Matthew Perry's mom Suzanne and stepdad Keith Morrison absolutely poured their hearts out in a victim impact letter to the judge ... who today will sentence the doctor who pleaded guilty to supplying their son the drugs that killed him.

Dr. Salvador Plasencia is the man "most culpable" for Perry's 2023 drug-related death, according to the letter.

They wrote ... “How do you measure grief? Can you possibly provide any rational accounting? The bottom falling out? Yes, that."

12/4 9:28 AM PT -- The footage of the drunken raccoon inside the liquor store was just released ... and ya gotta see it.

Surveillance video shows the raccoon climbing on some liquor boxes before falling to the ground ... and later, the animal is stumbling down an aisle, walking around broken bottles and puddles of booze.

A raccoon broke into a liquor store and ransacked the joint, shattering bottles of liquor and slurping up the booze until it passed out drunk near a toilet and got apprehended.

You might think this is all a tall tale ... but it's actually a true story and it happened at Ashland ABC Store in Hanover County, Virginia.

The mischievous critter did its little breaking and entering routine at the liquor shop over the weekend, falling through one of the ceiling tiles onto the floor, according to the Associated Press.

There was double trouble on the red carpet last night as blonde bombshells Sydney Sweeney and Amanda Seyfried heated up the scene for the premiere of their new flick, "The Housemaid."

Rapper POORSTACY's death in Florida was a suicide ... TMZ has learned, but some of his family members feel it was something more nefarious.

Multiple sources with knowledge of the investigation tell us POORSTACY shot himself Saturday morning in a Boca Raton hotel room, but initially survived. He was transported to a local hospital, where he died Monday, after being taken off life support.
