It was the meeting of the former prime ministers Thursday when Justin Trudeau and his girlfriend Katy Perry had lunch with Fumio Kishida and his wife Yuko ... as Katy winds down the Japanese leg of her world tour.

Fumio -- who was Prime Minister of Japan from 2021-2024 -- posted pics of the double date along with the caption ... "We met many times during my time as Prime Minister, and we worked together to strengthen bilateral relations, including formulating the Japan-Canada Action Plan when he visited Canada."

Seeing as how the 2 former national leaders were already well-acquainted, it seems safe to say they may have been more excited about meeting Katy. Look at those smiles!

Kylie Jenner can finally breathe again ... 'cause she just revealed she turned to stem cell therapy after dealing with nonstop back pain for three years following her son’s birth.

In an IG post from a hospital bed Wednesday, Kylie said nothing she tried ever touched the pain -- until she took inspo from Kim Kardashian’s success with a similar treatment, and he linked up with Dr. Adeel Khan ... and says she couldn’t be more grateful.

She also dropped a couple of extra pics -- one showing two bandages on her lower back post-procedure, and another posing with Dr. Khan at Eterna Health.

The L.A. Clippers played their first game after Chris Paul's surprise departure on Wednesday ... but the future Hall of Famer was on the home crowd's minds -- with Atlanta Hawks fans hurling chants asking where the heck CP3 was during the game!!

A group of Hawks backers broke out in the jeers while Ivica Zubac was at the free-throw line for L.A. ... with "Where's Chris Paul?" clearly ringing through the arena.

Luckily for Zubac, it didn't have much effect ... as he made both shots from the line. The biggest news of the day also didn't hurt the Clippers' play ... as they went on to get the 115-92 win against Atlanta.

Tyler Herro's nuts took a hit during Wednesday's game -- but it wasn't from an aggressive opponent ... it was courtesy of a referee!!

The low blow took place in the second quarter of the Miami Heat and Dallas Mavericks matchup at the American Airlines Center ... when Herro was about to shoot a technical free throw.

Kim Kardashian got emotional as she claimed her ex-husband Kanye West accused her of faking her traumatic 2016 Paris robbery on the latest episode of "The Kardashians."

Check out the clip -- the SKIMS founder says the rapper called her out in front of a room full of people, alleging she faked the terrifying incident "for a TV show." She compares the situation to being stabbed with a knife to the heart.

She goes on to explain the disappointment she felt as tears well up in her eyes, noting ... "Just to think that someone wouldn't believe you that's so close to you, that should know you, that should know how much that affected your life ... it just really bothered me."

If Jesus comes to the U.S., he'd better have a valid visa ... at least that's the worry of an Illinois church that's installed a controversial Nativity scene depicting the baby messiah zip-tied in a manger.

Lake Street Church of Evanston -- just north of Chicago -- reimagined the Nativity with masked centurions wearing green vests labeled "ICE" surrounding the Holy Family. Mother Mary and Joseph wear respirator masks to shield themselves from tear gas, according to the church.

In a Facebook post, the church explained the scene is meant to draw "direct parallels between the Holy Family's refugee experience and contemporary immigration detention practices." The book of Matthew claims Jesus and his parents fled to Egypt in order to escape King Herod's order that every boy in Bethlehem under 2 be executed.

Prince Harry wasn't afraid to come for the "King" during his appearance on "The Late Show With Stephen Colbert" ... taking a few swipes at Donald Trump that sparked a mixed reaction from the crowd.

The Duke of Sussex surprised fans Wednesday, popping out during Colbert's monologue to a standing ovation. Colbert had been riffing on "problematic" Christmas TV movies and the fantasy of bumping into a prince at work.

More drama in the Fat Joe civil case ... his accuser's attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, is getting called out for blaming a legal mistake on artificial intelligence software.

Here's the deal ... Fat Joe's attorneys filed legal docs claiming Tyrone cited cases that didn't exist in his opening brief, and then Tyrone blamed the mistakes on a LexisNexis AI feature.

He says he didn't like having two people -- not including Princess Love, who lives in her own house down the street -- being in his private space near his child ... calling them aggressive and belligerent. Ray J says the three were invited guests to prep Thanksgiving dinner, but he didn't love that the extended family were up in the bedroom area.

A former Sacramento County Sheriff's deputy fired for drug use was killed at the end of a freeway police chase Tuesday after allegedly stabbing his 11-year-old son at home that morning.

According to the Elk Grove Police Department, a woman in Elk Grove, California -- located about 15 minutes south of Sacramento -- called 911 Tuesday morning to report seeing her son lying unresponsive on the ground ... she said she was at work and was viewing surveillance video at the house.

Responding officers found the boy with multiple stab wounds ... he was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Cops responded to a call for a verbal dispute at Iman Shumpert's home last week ... in which a woman claimed the ex-NBA star hit her -- but a separate witness told officers that never happened.
