Bill Cosby admitted under oath he refilled a recreational prescription for quaaludes he got from a gynecologist at a poker game 7 times with the intention of giving the pills to women in hopes of having sex with them ... and he says he never downed a single pill himself.

The bombshell admission is part of a deposition Cosby gave in a lawsuit filed by one of his rape accusers, Donna Motsinger ... and parts of his testimony are included in new legal docs obtained by TMZ.

Cosby said in the deposition, which is sealed, he was prescribed quaaludes by a freaking OBGYN, Dr. Leroy Amar, at a poker table. Talk about some shady business dealings!!!

The docs say Dr. Amar is a "disgraced" gynecologist who was Cosby's friend ... and the poker game where Cosby got the quaaludes prescription was hosted at Cosby's Los Angeles house prior to 1972, which is significant.

Looks like Barron Trump really saved the day!

A man reported to police by Donald Trump's son in the savage beating of a woman in London, England, has been convicted. According to the Associated Press, 22-year-old Russian citizen Matvei Rumiantsev was found guilty of assault and perverting the course of justice on Wednesday following a trial in East London.

As we reported ... in January 2025, Barron received a FaceTime call from the woman whose ex, Matvei, was in the process of using her as a punching bag.

Zac Efron’s name just got pulled into an explosive federal sex trafficking trial against the wealthy Florida-based Alexander brothers ... with prosecutors claiming they used ties to famous people to lure victims.

In a Manhattan courtroom Tuesday, the government’s first witness -- testifying under the pseudonym Katie Moore -- told jurors a dream invite to a 2012 party at Zac's NYC apartment spiraled into a nightmare hours later ... when Alon Alexander -- the brother of of real estate moguls Tal and Oren -- allegedly raped her repeatedly at their home, and mocked her afterward.

Katie testified she was offered alcohol at Efron’s place and later took what she believed was Molly with Tal and her friend ... from there, she says they hit a nightclub, where she was given another drink -- and said she remembered little until waking up naked in a different apartment with Alon, also naked, standing over her.

Ryan Reynolds' camp is defending his unsealed texts from the Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni legal war ... and their position is he's a good husband sticking up for his wife.

A spokesperson for Reynolds tells TMZ … "Yes, Ryan got involved -- what husband wouldn’t support his wife and the mother of his children? He saw his wife fighting daily to stand up against sexual harassment in a private and respectful way, only to face retaliation for doing so."

The rep adds ... "If anything, Ryan feels like he wasn't angry enough. He passionately believes in and will stand up for the basic right to a safe workplace free of harassment and retaliation for his wife and others. Then, now, and always."

Denise Richards wants a judge to stop ex-husband Aaron Phypers from getting half of her hard-earned OnlyFans money ... and she says he missed an important deadline that could blow up in his face.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Denise is begging a judge to deny Aaron's request for half of the $200,000-$300,000 he says she makes every month on OF.

Denise says Aaron's request should be denied because he failed to file an updated income and expense declaration with the court. She says Aaron missed a Friday deadline and hasn't filed anything as of Tuesday.

Djimon Hounsou's baby mama, Ri'za Marie Simpson, was arrested for alleged assault earlier this month ... but Ri'za just told a judge she's the one who needs protection from Djimon.

In court documents, obtained by TMZ, Ri'za says she was wrongfully arrested and has suffered financial abuse and an attempted illegal eviction at the hand of Djimon.

Ri'za also claims Djimon slammed a vehicle door on her left side, screamed in her face and called her names during an incident in December ... and says there was a separate incident in October when Djimon got in her face in front of their children. Ri'za claims Djimon began to "come at" her, yelling and standing nose-to-nose with her in the heated exchange.

The judge ended up granting the temporary protective order, which requires Djimon to not have any contact with Ri'za and stay 200 yards from Ri'za and the children ... at least until a hearing in early February.

Ryan Wedding made his first court appearance following his arrest last week in Mexico City ... with the alleged international drug kingpin pleading not guilty to all 17 felony charges against him, and his attorney urging the public to keep an open mind.

Wedding appeared before Judge John D. Early on Monday afternoon in a Santa Ana courtroom. On top of his not guilty plea, he was ordered jailed without bond and will remain in U.S. custody.

Speaking with TMZ Sports outside the courtroom ... Wedding's attorney, Anthony Colombo, fired back at FBI Director Kash Patel's claim that the Canadian Olympic snowboarder is a modern-day El Chapo and Pablo Escobar.

6:18 PM PT -- Sydney just posted additional footage on her Instagram showing her sneaking up an L.A. mountainside to the Hollywood Sign, where she's seen lacing the iconic landmark with bras from her new lingerie line, Syrn. The newly released video also shows Sydney and her production team loading a van with black duffel bags and driving up dark, winding streets toward the hillside beneath the famous sign to carry out her new project.

2:18 PM PT -- The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce just responded to TMZ's question -- would they file a police report for vandalism and/or trespass. The Chamber answered this way ... "We are still investigating how and under what authority (if any) the Sweeney production accessed the site of the Sign." Translation -- a police report could be filed if circumstances warrant.

Sydney Sweeney snuck up an L.A. mountain a few days ago, climbed the iconic HOLLYWOOD Sign, and laced it with bras ... and she may have gotten in trouble with the law.

TMZ obtained video of the "Christy" star scaling what appears to be the "H" with a handful of bras. A production team is filming as Sydney makes her way up under the cloak of darkness.

Sydney and her crew made their way to the top of the letters and strung up a clothesline of bras. Sweeney is gleeful as she surveys her handiwork.

As for why she did it ... sources say it's a video to promote the launch of her new lingerie line. As TMZ reported, Jeff Bezos is one of its investors, so it's well-funded for sure. This is the Bezos connection that got her an invite to the Bezos/Sanchez wedding last summer.

Now the problems ... we've learned Sydney got a permit from FilmLA to shoot the Hollywood Sign, but she did not have permission to touch or climb the sign itself ... and, like the bras, the permit had strings attached.

Paul Pierce has been hit with a paternity lawsuit from a woman who says he is the father of her unborn child ... and now she's asking for a DNA test to back up her claims.

Princess Santiago, who works as an event director in L.A., filed the suit on January 12 and TMZ Sports has obtained a copy. In the docs, Santiago is asking the court to compel the 48-year-old to take genetic testing to determine whether he is the father of the child.

"I filed for paternity papers after multiple attempts to resolve this privately," Santiago said in a statement. "Paul Pierce is the father of my son, King, and I am simply asking for a paternity test so the truth can be confirmed."

2026 is off to a crazy rough start for Timothy Busfield and his wife, Melissa Gilbert, but Melissa took to Instagram Monday to thank their supporters ... while acknowledging the "heaviness" the whole country is going through right now.

As you know ... Busfield was charged with inappropriately touching 2 boys who were part of the cast of "The Cleaning Lady" in 2022. The actor denies any and all wrongdoing, and was even released from jail pending trial in New Mexico.

While it would be easy to focus on the bad parts of current life -- like the impending trial, the deadly winter storm sweeping the country, and the fatal ICE shootings in Minnesota -- Gilbert is choosing to look at the good.

Zac Brown scored a major federal court victory ... a judge just ordered his estranged wife to return the documents she took when the country star fired her from his company.

A Georgia federal judge ruled in Zac's favor last week ... finding Kelly Yazdi breached her employment contract by taking and retaining more than 170 confidential business emails and files possibly containing info the judge said she could use to publicly attack Zac.

According to the ruling, obtained by TMZ, the judge granted Zac Brown Collective a permanent injunction, ordering Yazdi to return all confidential materials within seven days, certify under oath that she's done so, and permanently stop using or further disclosing any of Zac's business information.

Justin Baldoni's dad Sam is still proud of his son, despite the sexual harassment allegations plaguing the 42-year-old director ... which Sam seemed to refer to as "injustice."

Sam posted a tribute for Justin's 42nd birthday Saturday, writing, "I am so proud of my son for the man he has become and how he never stops learning about life, about love, about family and friendship and about how to show up for the people he cares about most."

This paints a sharp contrast from the man Blake Lively and others say they had to work with on "It Ends With Us."

Lively claims the man Baldoni's become is actually something of a predator.

But none of the claims over the last year or so are dimming Sam's view of his son.

Florida Congressman Maxwell Frost was assaulted during a private CAA party at the Sundance Film Festival, and the alleged attacker has been arrested.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Park City Police responded to High West Saloon just after midnight Saturday following a report of an assault at the invite-only event. Police say Christian Young unlawfully entered the party after being turned away earlier for not having an invitation.

Once inside, Young allegedly assaulted Rep. Frost and a female guest. Authorities say Young crashed the party by sneaking in through an alternate entrance while CAA was hosting its annual Sundance kickoff for filmmakers, agents, and industry executives.

Amber Heard says her voice has felt drowned out since the Johnny Depp trial ... lamenting the loss of her story in a new documentary.

The actress appears in the new doc "Silenced" which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival Saturday ... and she reflects on her legal battle with her ex-husband in the clip -- including the impact it's had on speaking her truth.

Heard said, "I didn’t understand it could get so much worse for me as a woman, using my voice. I have lost my ability to speak. I am not here to tell my story. I don’t want to tell my story, In fact, I don’t want to use my voice anymore. That’s the problem."

The U.S. citizen shot to death by federal agents in Minneapolis has been identified.

Alex Jeffrey Pretti -- a 37-year-old man -- was the individual killed by feds, according to the Associated Press, which cites Pretti's parents. AP says Pretti is an ICU nurse.

Pretti's family also told the AP Alex was an avid outdoorsman who'd taken to protesting in the aftermath of Renee Nicole Good's death earlier this month. His parents told him to be careful while protesting in a recent conversation

Timothy Busfield is a victim of unethical, out-of-control prosecutors who are more interested in headlines than justice ... so say attorneys Mark Geragos and Harvey Levin.

Mark and Harvey -- hosts of the "2 Angry Men" podcast -- are outraged that criminal charges were filed against Busfield, and both couldn't make their opinions clearer -- prosecutors will NEVER get a conviction.

As M&H point out ... prosecutors have an ethical duty to file charges ONLY if they have a good faith belief they can prove guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
