The program raised more than $1.3 MILLION last year -- but now that Devon Still has been cut by the Bengals, there will be no "Round 2" of his jersey fundraiser ... this according to the team.

The Bengals stepped up in a big way last year -- participating in a program where a majority of the money brought in from Still jersey sales went to the Cincinnati Children's Hospital.

No question, the Bengals did a very cool thing -- and props to them for it.

But now that Still has been released -- we asked the team if there were any plans to continue the program in some form ... possibly involving Still, since he's so beloved by the Cinci community.

The short answer -- no.

A rep for the Bengals explained the 2014 program was a "unique opportunity to help Devon’s efforts to help others ... but as he is no longer with us, there is no ongoing program."

Hayden Panettiere is a dream daughter, helping both her mom and dad who are locked in a bitter divorce fight ... seemingly without taking sides.

Hayden's mom says she's virtually destitute with no place to live in L.A., and were it not for the generosity of her daughter she could be homeless. Lesley Panettiere claims in legal docs her estranged husband Alan has paid her only 4 months worth of spousal support since 2012.

Lesley says Hayden is letting her stay in the actress' West Hollywood condo for free, until she can get back on her feet.

But Hayden's generosity doesn't stop there. According to the docs, Hayden gave Alan a $100,000 gift just this year.

Lesley was making money by managing Hayden when she was a minor, but when she turned 18 she got a professional agency. That left Lesley without work, though she's trying to become a producer.

Beyonce and Jay Z are doing just fine in the wake of losing their LA mansion ... they're living it up on a boat.

The two were in Italy Thursday with Kelly Rowland and daughter Blue Ivy cruising around on the small vessel. They don't seem too concerned with the shared space -- something they might have to get used to.

TMZ broke the story ... Jay and B have 60 days to move out of the mansion they were renting after someone else bought it.

If you're worried ... don't be -- the little boat was on its way to a huge yacht where everyone will have plenty of room to spread out.

The obvious was confirmed Wednesday night, when Silas Timberlake was revealed to the world ... and he's king of cute.

DMX is indignant and hurt over what he considers supreme betrayal by his own son, who is selling the rapper's platinum records while he sits in jail.

X's son Xavier wants to jump-start his own music career with cash, and the cash cow was laying right in his closet. DMX lived with Xavier and his mom until 2007, when the woman threw X out. He left lots of stuff behind, including the platinum records.

Xavier put precious platinums for the albums "And Then There Was X" and "Flesh of My Flesh, Blood of My Blood" on eBay for a total of $3,000.

X is livid, telling us it's his stuff and not Xavier's. What's more, DMX says it shows supreme ingratitude ... he says he took his baby mama out of the projects and got her a house next to Martha Stewart's.

Rob Kardashian not only looks like he's lost a lot of weight, there's a not-so-subtle message he seems to be telegraphing.

Rob posted this Saturday, presumably at a restaurant where he was eating a salad.

The phantom Kardashian has resurfaced this week after a long absence, and it's clear he's ready to show the progress he's made in the weight department. Rob's been working with trainer Gunnar Peterson, with the goal of losing 100 lbs.

The drink on the table's interesting ... could be an ice tea, but maybe a red bull and vodka or a margarita. Door number 1 would be the wisest choice.

Kim Kardashian, Kanye West and North West made their way through security and a gaggle of photogs Saturday as they left LAX, and the challenge was to keep the kid sound asleep.

The Kanye for Prez questions were white noise ... way more interesting is how to keep a 2-year-old counting sheep in the middle of chaos.

Damon Wayans is drawing fire for comments he made about Bill Cosby's accusers, some of which sounded like he was making a joke but there also seemed to be an underpinning of seriousness.

Damon was talking to Charlamagne Tha God on The Breakfast Club Friday, when he unloaded on the accusers, musing that some of them waited 40 years to lodge complaints and saying, "How big is his penis that it gives you amnesia for 40 years."

But the biggest criticism emanates from his comment that some of the women were "un-rapable."

Tyler Perry just released a tribute he produced for Bobbi Kristina's private funeral, and it's extremely touching.

It contains footage of a montage featuring Whitney Houston's daughter through the years, pictured with her famous mom and Bobby Brown.

The Houston Estate wanted the tribute released. It's worth watching.

It's a good thing Eric Decker signed that $36 million contract last year, 'cause he's got a brand new mouth to feed.

The New York Jets WR's famous country singer wife Jessie James Decker has given birth to their son -- their 2nd child.

Decker tweeted about the situation saying, "Thanks for all well wishes! Mama and baby boy are doing great!! Vivi is the sweetest big sister!"

It appears Decker was at the hospital for the birth -- which is pretty amazing considering the Jets are finishing up training camp and gearing up for the season.

Evander Holyfield's son Elijah Holyfield -- one of the top high school running backs in the country -- just announced he'll be playing his college ball at the University of Georgia!!!!

Elijah just made the announcement during a news conference at Woodward Academy in Georgia, where he plays his high school ball.

To hammer home the point, he brought two bulldog puppies up on stage ... it was adorable.

FYI -- Elijah is 5'10", 204 pounds and scored 24 touchdowns during his junior year while racking up 1,735 yards on the ground.

We spoke with Evander about Elijah's success on the gridiron earlier this year, and he told us he's very proud of his son's accomplishments.
