Illia "Golem" Yefimchyk -- known by many as "The Mutant," and dubbed the "Most Monstrous Bodybuilder" -- has sadly died following a heart attack.

According to local media in Belarus, "Golem" suffered a heart attack on September 6 while at home with his wife, who tried all she could to save her husband ... performing chest compressions while waiting for first responders to arrive.

Yefimchyk was flown to the hospital by helicopter, where he slipped into a coma. His death was confirmed on Wednesday on social media by @whoisthebestbb.

While Tom Brady is gearing up for his first season as an NFL announcer ... his ex-wife, Gisele Bündchen, is enjoying herself by water-biking with her man, Joaquim Valente -- and interestingly enough, they rode right by the former quarterback's house!!

The 44-year-old model was spotted out on the Miami waters alongside her jiu-jitsu instructor-turned-boyfriend ... and their route led them through the waters near TB12's pad.

Of course, the exes are neighbors of sorts ... as Gisele's $11 million home is pretty close to Tom's. It's unclear if Brady was home during their water-biking fun ... but we're hoping for his sake he was elsewhere.

Fitness guru Richard Simmons' falls while at home contributed to his death ... something the coroner reportedly shared with Richard's brother.

Lenny Simmons says he got a call from the L.A. County Medical Examiner's Office, and they told him, "Richard's death was accidental due to complications from falls and heart disease as a contributing factor" ... according to Simmons family spokesperson Tom Estey.

TMZ confirmed the info with Estey -- lining up with the story we broke last month about Richard's final days. As we reported, he fell in his bathroom the evening of his 76th birthday, and when his housekeeper came to help him up .. he refused medical care.

Richard Simmons’ family is fuming over Pauly Shore trying to cast doubt on the authenticity of the late fitness guru's most recent posts ... and they're coming out swinging.

RS' team dropped a statement from his brother Lenny on X Wednesday -- clearing things up, writing ... "Dicky absolutely wrote his own posts. He worked on them a week in advance, going over and over them to get the right message."

Lenny added Richard would usually show his posts to him and his wife Cathy before they went live. So they’re saying it was definitely Richard behind those messages ... despite Pauly recently saying he wasn't so sure.

The polluted Seine River, or absolute exhaustion (or perhaps both), got the best of some of the triathletes at the Paris Olympics -- especially Canadian competitor Tyler Mislawchuk -- who threw up at the finish line on LIVE TV!!!

The Paris Olympics received a bunch of criticism for the Seine River's cleanliness, with reports of high levels of E. coli and other bacteria present ... but officials believed the quality was good enough for Wednesday's triathlon, which in addition to the swim, also includes cycling and a 10km run.

The triathletes battled it out on both land and in the water ... and it all took a toll on Mislawchuk, who looked very unwell at the finish line.

Pauly Shore is still gung ho on making a Richard Simmons biopic happen ... even though the beloved fitness guru is now dead.

The actor-comedian was at LAX Monday when a photog asked him the latest on Pauly's pet project ... which he's been trying to film for a while now.

Pauly says the biopic is still moving forward despite Richard's recent death ... though there is a holdup in terms of financing.

Khloe Kardashian's bad eating habits aren't coming back to haunt her ... as she learned an impressive fact about her overall health.

The Good American founder discovered her biological age after taking a test alongside mom Kris Jenner and sister Kim Kardashian on the season 5 finale of "The Kardashians." Khloe said she was seriously worried about her results, since she was an avid junk food junkie.

Yet, the test results showed Khloe -- who's now 40 -- has the biological age of a 28-year-old... which prompted her to jump for joy.
