Charity Pierce -- best known for her appearance on TLC's "My 600-lb Life" -- has died ... TMZ has learned.

A family source tells TMZ ... Charity died Tuesday at 1:20 AM, surrounded by her loved ones. Our source says Charity had been in hospice care for a month or two due to ongoing medical conditions -- including lymphedema and fluid buildup in her lungs -- adding the fluid in her lungs may have contributed to her death.

The reality TV star's death was also confirmed by her daughter, Charly Jo, who shared an emotional post on Facebook announcing her mother's death. In the message, Charly said she was by Charity's side when she took her last breath ... and that Charity is now "finally at peace."

"I wasn't going to post about this," Charly wrote, explaining an influx of calls and texts prompted her to share the heartbreaking news publicly. She wrote Charity is reunited with deceased family members and closed the post saying how grateful she was to be by her mom's side before taking her last breath.

Charity rose to national attention in Season 3 of "My 600-lb Life," where viewers watched her battle severe obesity, health complications, and emotional trauma. At her heaviest, Charity weighed nearly 800 pounds, before she sought professional help.

Ray J says his health is failing ... and doctors aren't even sure he'll live to see 2027.

The rapper took to social media to directly address his fans after his recent hospitalization ... telling them point-blank "2027 is definitely a wrap for me" -- while waving his hand in front of his throat like he's telling someone to cut the music.

His friend tries to argue with him, telling him to stay positive ... but Ray J just replies by saying that's what the doctors told him.

Bruce Willis hasn't a clue he's got dementia ... and his wife, Emma Heming Willis, says she's thankful for his ignorance.

Emma opened up about the "Die Hard" star's frontotemporal dementia diagnosis and how he's handling it on Wednesday's episode of the "Conversations With Cam Podcast" ... and she explains he simply "never connected the dots" and she's "really happy about that."

There’s a troubling update on Quinton Aaron’s health after his recent hospitalization ... TMZ has learned doctors have found a rare cyst on his spine.

Family sources tell TMZ the cyst was discovered after a series of tests, and doctors are now running more exams to determine whether it’s benign.

We’re told back surgery is now on the table ... and if that happens, the 40-year-old actor will face extensive physical therapy and could be confined to a wheelchair for some time.

3:20 PM PT -- Quinton Aaron's wife Margarita tells TMZ ... "He opened his eyes today and gave a thumbs up."

Quinton Aaron -- the actor who played Michael Oher in "The Blind Side" -- is on life support after being hospitalized following a collapse at his home ... but there are some positive signs for his recovery.

Quinton's wife, Margarita, tells TMZ ... the medical devices helping keep Quinton alive aren't doing all the work, and he's partially breathing on his own, which gives the family hope.

We're told Quinton's been hospitalized for 4 days now ... and with each passing day, he shows more signs of improvement.

Quinton's wife says he has a blood infection and doctors are still running a battery of tests to determine the source of the issue.

Buffalo Sabres captain Rasmus Dahlin's fiancée, Carolina Matovac, announced on Monday she was pregnant amid her health battle that resulted in a heart transplant ... and heartbreakingly, today was the child's due date.

Carolina -- who got engaged to the defenseman in 2025 -- shared the tragic news on her Instagram ...  with a photo of the couple on a plane as she received medical care.

"Today was meant to be the day we finally met you," Carolina said. "You will always hold a special place in our hearts as our first baby, even though we never had the chance to meet. Our love for you is endless."

11:51 AM PT -- We’re getting more details about Corey’s frightening incident. A rep for Corey’s father, Rick, tells TMZ ... the injury stemmed from a motorcycle accident and Corey was the only person involved.

We’re told Rick visited Corey in the hospital Sunday, and Corey is expected to be “off his feet” and confined to bed for the next six weeks.

As for Rick, he’s getting married today on the beach in Cancun. His Las Vegas wedding a couple of weeks ago was simply to “take care of the paperwork.” Corey, who lives in Tulum, had been planning to attend the ceremony.

Jéssica Daugirdas -- a popular social media influencer -- died Saturday after a 3-year battle with cancer.

Jéssica's family announced her passing on Instagram, saying she had "infinite wisdom" and was a warrior of God who fought "bravely until the end with strength, faith, and courage."

In 2023, Jessica was first diagnosed with colorectal cancer after she noticed blood in her stool. Initially, she thought it was hemorrhoids or something else, but it turned out to be her worst nightmare.

Quinton Aaron -- the actor who played Michael Oher in "The Blind Side" -- has been hospitalized after collapsing at his home .. TMZ has learned.

A manager for the actor tells TMZ ... he's been hospitalized in Atlanta for the past three days. We're told Quinton was walking up the stairs in his apartment last week when his legs suddenly stopped functioning, causing him to collapse. He was rushed to the hospital.

According to a GoFundMe page, organizers claim Quinton is "on life support due to a severe blood infection." However, his manager tells us he's stable, communicating with his family and team, and receiving precisely the care needed at this time.

His manager tells us doctors are still running tests and evaluating Quinton's condition, and at this time, there's no definitive word on what caused the fall.

Flyysoulja is getting help -- checking into rehab months after suffering a drug-induced psychotic episode ... TMZ has learned.

The Island Boys rapper tells us he's heading into detox to address his substance issues and focus on becoming "a better version" of himself and a better dad.

Flyysoulja tells us ... "I'm going to detox right now to get the help I need. I can't wait. I've been here before, but this time I’m going to take it a lot more serious."

Smotherman says he didn't cut that much weight, and isn't sure what went wrong ... adding he's going to be going through additional tests with doctors to try and nail down what happened after he left the scale.

Cam apologized to his opponent (their fight was canceled), and expressed a desire to return to the Octagon in the near future.

2:40 PM PT -- There's good news ... Cam Smotherman is doing well after the scary collapse, according to his teammate Adrian Yanez, who spoke with Ariel Helwani. His CT scan and X-rays also came back clear, and he only needed stitches on his chin after suffering a cut from the fall.

Terrifying moment at the UFC 324 weigh-in on Friday ... when fighter Cameron Smotherman collapsed on stage after stepping off the scale.

The concerning situation played out minutes ago in Las Vegas ... when all the fighters on the first-ever Paramount+ card showed up to make weight for Saturday's fights.
