TMZ has learned Rachel Uchitel has signed a deal to get naked for Playboy Magazine -- but there's a full-frontal catch.
Rachel hedged when we asked her about a Playboy offer on TMZ Live on Friday -- but we found out that Tiger Woods' #1 mistress has already struck an agreement. A source close to the mag tells us Rachel has the right to pull out any time before the shoot goes down -- which is in three weeks.
We're also told Rachel won't be baring it all -- just the backside ... and the topside.
No word on when the spread will run in the mag.

Rima Fakih was a big winner wayyyyy before she took the crown for Miss USA 2010 last night -- the 24-year-old beauty queen is a former "Stripper 101" pole dancing champion!
Back in 2007, the sexy pageant queen won a stripper contest for local Detroit radio morning show Mojo in the Morning.
We're told Fakih earned some fabulous prizes for the victory -- which included "jewelry, gift cards, adult toys and a stripper pole for home use."
And despite the fact that she kept her clothes on during the pole riding, she still managed to walk away with a bra stuffed with dollar bills!

Sarah Palin was a featured speaker at the Rosemont Theater in Chi-town last night -- but the real tea party was blocks away, at a Palin-alike stripping competition!
It all went down at Chicago's Admiral Theatre -- where a 21-year-old Palin doppelganger named "Bia" (above) won $2,500 after proving she has nothing to hide on some very hot button issues.
According to the organizers, a portion of the the proceeds went to a "legitimate tea party organization," and while Sarah was invited to judge ... we're told she never got back to them on the offer.
