Jessica Simpson kept herself to a strict Weight Watchers regimen in order to lose SIXTY POUNDS after her pregnancy -- a regimen filled with low-fat smoothies, protein, and veggies -- and TMZ has obtained her 4-month crash diet plan.

The plan -- crafted by Jessica's former private chef -- closely follows the WW point system, with fancy homemade menu items like egg white omelets, chicken satays, whipped chick peas, soba noodles, and shrimp skewers.

It all kicked off in July with a 15-day smoothie diet: 5 days of 3 smoothies a day (with 2 healthy snacks); 5 days of 2 smoothies a day (2 healthy snacks, 1 meal); and 5 days of 1 smoothie day (with 2 snacks and 2 meals).

For a while, it didn't look as if she'd lose any weight at all -- at least based on her terrible WW commercial -- so we gotta say ... we're impressed.

Hugh Grant knows ... it's rude to interrupt someone during a meal ... so he did his best not to bother this suckling baby during a photo with a fan.

The pic was shot this weekend at the Castle Inn pub in Dover, England -- which features "Pudding Day" on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Our sources say Lozada is also close to signing on to create her own brand of workout videos as well as a deal to become the face of a workout equipment company. Judging from the pic below she recently posted on Instagram ... it's easy to see why.

We're told she knows "Wives" won't last forever and wants to create a workout empire a la Jane Fonda -- who made millions on workout books and tapes.

Christina Aguilera has the chance to pump up a dating site that caters to BBWs ... and the men who love 'em -- all she's gotta do is accept one really, really BIG offer.

Christina Aguilera's Rubenesque physique could pay off in a huuuuge way -- TMZ has learned she's been offered $3 MILLION to be the face of a dating website for "big and beautiful" women.

The person behind the offer is former "America's Next Top Model" winner Whitney Thompson -- the first plus-size model to even win the show.

Whitney now runs TheBigandTheBeautiful.com -- and fired off a letter to Aguilera, saying she's extremely interested locking down Christina as the spokesperson for the website, which is "specifically designed for women with curves."

As part of the deal, Aguilera would agree to at least one TV commercial, one radio commercial, two photo shoots, and four public appearances. She also wants Christina to sing a jingle for the website.

When God closes a door, he opens a window and in Kate Gosselin's case ... that window is a job offer that would involve her hosting her own show in the nude!!!

Gosselin was axed this week from her gig as a blogger for the website CouponCabin.com after the CEO said she was no longer "a good fit" for the company.

But the mother of eight might not be out of work long because everyone's favorite porn company, Vivid Entertainment, wants her to serve as a Naked Host for their new cable division, VividTV.

In an offer letter to Gosselin obtained by TMZ, Vivid honcho Steven Hirsch says the gig (which wouldn't be all-nude all the time) would allow her to have a flexible schedule so she could spend plenty of time with her brood.

Gosselin is at the top of Vivid's list, with Hirsch saying, "We have binders of women who would love the job, but you're definitely our first choice."
