Two weeks after getting smacked in the head with a baton by an opponent during a meet, causing a brain injury ... sprinter Kaelen Tucker is set to make her return to the track at an upcoming meet!

Tucker's father, Keith Tucker, tells TMZ Sports that doctors have cleared his daughter to run again ... following a concussion she suffered during the VHSL Class 3 State Indoor Championships in Virginia on March 4.

The injury occurred during the 4x200 relay race ... as Tucker, a junior track star, and senior Alaila Everett rounded the corner ... when Everett swung the baton, hitting Kaelen's head.

Nate Diaz Nightclub Battery Charge Dismissed ... Lawyer Says

Nate Diaz is off the hook in his nightclub battery case ... according to his attorney, the misdemeanor charge the fighter had been facing was dismissed this week.

The MMA star's lawyer, Ross Goodman, tells TMZ Sports ... after Diaz completed an impulse control class online, prosecutors dropped the battery count against him ahead of Thursday's scheduled trial.

The case, of course, stemmed from a run-in Diaz had with a Las Vegas nightclub employee back in August 2024.

Erik and Lyle Menendez's family members held another rally to support the incarcerated brothers ... and, it touched on many of the same points they've been making in recent months -- and provided another forum to challenge L.A. County District Attorney Nathan Hochman.

Family representatives for the Justice for Erik and Lyle Coalition spoke outside Hochman's office in Downtown L.A. According to a press release, the group was set to discuss Hochman's "relentless fixation on the past, as he continues to dismiss who Erik and Lyle are today" ... and, they certainly hit on that.

Before the press conference even began, citizens gathered on the street overlooking the area to show support for the brothers ... bringing signs and wearing shirts calling for justice for Erik and Lyle. One even showed a picture of D.A. Hochman with the words "you're the liar" scrawled across his face.

Eugene Henley Jr., AKA Big U -- an ex-manager of Nipsey Hussle and a high-ranking member of Rollin' 60s Neighborhood Crips street gang -- is now charged in a federal RICO complaint that includes allegations of murder, human trafficking and extortion.

Officials from the U.S. Attorney's Office in L.A. held a press conference Wednesday confirming 10 people have been arrested, including part-time rappers Bricc Baby and Luce Cannon ... who've been frequent guests on the 'No Jumper' podcast.

Big U is listed in the docs as the Rollin' 60s kingpin and is accused of murdering an aspiring Las Vegas rapper in January 2021 in Las Vegas after the unnamed rapper allegedly recorded a diss track taking shots at Big U.

8:51 AM PT -- Lily Stewart's attorney Stephen Morris tells TMZ ... he just got the speeding charge against Lily dropped. Morris says he informed the prosecutor that Lily was being targeted by online trolls who made a slew of vile comments after her mug shot went viral.

As a result, the prosecutor dismissed the case out of concern for Stewart's safety. Morris says he's now calling media outlets and asking them to take down Lily's booking photo since the case is no longer active. Still, Morris says Lily is facing some punishment for driving 84 miles per hour in a 55 MPH zone. She has to do community service and take a defensive driving class.

Lily Stewart -- a 20-year-old university student from the University of Georgia -- was arrested earlier this month and booked on a speeding in excess of maximum limits charge, a misdemeanor in the state.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Buzbee is moving to withdraw as a representing attorney in 15 cases filed in the Southern District of New York.

Buzbee says he's backing out of the lawsuits until he is admitted to practice law in SDNY.
