We caught Cardi heading into court in Alhambra, California -- just east of L.A. -- dripped down in a bold black-and-white polka dot dress combo, which she accented with a big red bow Tuesday morning.

The "Imaginary Playerz" rapper hopped out and made sure her hair and outfit were straight, and then slowly made her way to the courthouse steps with the assistance of her bodyguard and manager, Shawn Holiday.

Bad look for “Succession” star Nicholas Braun -- the actor got busted for DUI in New Hampshire, TMZ has learned.

Cops in Moultonborough pulled him over Friday night ... he landed in Carroll County lockup for about an hour before walking free on his own recognizance. No bail, just a court date coming up.

Andrew told WABC News his dad is in lots of pain, but there are "few tougher than Rudy Giuliani.” Andrew also said he initially thought the worst after hearing about the accident, but now he's encouraged by the fact that Rudy is “up and moving around” and starting physical therapy.

Cops say they arrested the man who allegedly stormed Macklemore's house in a terrifying home invasion -- and the bust blew the lid off a pawn shop stash of stolen celeb goods.

According to KOMO News, Patrick Maisonet was taken into custody this week after a two-month investigation into violent robberies in the area. His arrest triggered a raid at a pawn shop where cops found thousands of dollars worth of alleged stolen items linked to multiple stars -- including former Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman.

The pawn shop owner was hauled off on suspicion of trafficking stolen property.

The Chuck E. Cheese mascot couldn't desert his place of employment fast enough when cops came rushing in the door ... taking him into custody in newly released body cam footage.

The video taken back in July captures the cops taking down Jermell J. Jones ... wearing the full mouse get-up like we told you about last month.

In the clip, police rush into the restaurant and arcade to grab Jones ... telling a woman "Chuck E. is a little busy" before grabbing his arms and pulling them behind his back.

Cops have released hundreds of photos of what looks like Bryan Kohberger's home and his office ... and, we've put some of the most shocking in a gallery for you to see.

Numerous pictures were taken in the aftermath of the quadruple homicide Kohberger pled guilty to earlier this summer ... including one from an office bearing his name on the door and showing a message scrawled on the whiteboard.

He continues, "We filed a timely appeal (30 days) of the judge’s decision, and I’m sure opposing counsel is aware that a higher court has to rule on the merits of the appeal before a lower court would entertain any 'new' court filings. Until then, those filings are tantamount to toilet tissue for the public’s consumption."

The 'Real Housewives' star filed legal documents Thursday claiming Simon Guobadia -- the man she married in 2022 and recently finalized her divorce from back in June -- owes her marital residence expenses, alimony payments, attorney's fees and property taxes.

Williams calls Guobadia's nonpayment "a knowing, intentional, and ongoing disregard for this Court’s authority and the Final Judgment it issued."

Joe Exotic is trying to save some tiger bloodlines from behind bars ... 'cause he's suing to keep an animal sanctuary away from the tigers' reproductive organs!

The "Tiger King" star -- who is still locked up in a federal prison in Texas -- has filed a lawsuit against Black Pine Animal Sanctuary in Indiana ... claiming the sanctuary spayed and neutered the animals in unnecessary procedures which "prevent them from their natural ability and behavior, namely reproduction, thereby wounding, harming, and harassing them."

Exotic says the sanctuary is not complying with federal laws and regulations with respect to caring for and exhibiting these endangered species of tigers.

Bryan Kohberger looked like he swallowed one too many burgers when he was younger ... because he was a lot beefier back then compared with his much slimmer frame now.

The mother of the Minnesota church shooter is reportedly lawyering up after her kid went on a shooting spree, killing 2 children and injuring 18 other people.

According to FOX News, Mary Grace Westman -- the mother of Robin Westman, who died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound after the bloodbath -- has retained criminal defense attorney Ryan Garry.

FOX News asked Garry why Westman hired a criminal lawyer, and Garry responded that she's "completely distraught," but is not complicit in the shooting, and needs someone to deal with all the media calls.

Kim Kardashian has taken the final big step to become a lawyer -- TMZ has learned she took the California bar exam and is in the nail-biting period, waiting for results.

Kim took the exam in late July. It's a grueling 2-day test, consisting of 5 one-hour essay questions, one 90-minute performance test, and 200 multiple-choice questions.

The test is administered at a large convention center, but we're almost certain she did not take it with the masses ... otherwise, the word would be out. During COVID, provisions were made for proctors, who could administer the exam more privately, so it seems that's what went down with Kim.

Bhad Bhabie's mom could be facing legal trouble after getting into it with one of her daughter's friends, and calling the cops .. and now, that friend's thinking about pressing charges.

According to the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office, Barbara Bregoli got a security alert earlier this month indicating someone was in the master bedroom at Bhabie's Florida house.

Hulk Hogan's widow, Sky Daily, is "planning" to file a lawsuit against at least one of the WWE legend's doctors and others for medical malpractice she says led to his death, sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ Sports.

The suit, we're told, would center around the neck operation Hulk underwent back in May.

The prosecutor was questioning Cardi about her and Emani Ellis' social media posts in the aftermath of an alleged altercation at a Beverly Hills obstetrician's office in 2018.

Cardi said her fans got wind of Ellis "posting lies" about the incident at the time, and she told the prosecutor she blew it off ... claiming Ellis is just trying to get money from her. When asked why she thinks the civil suit is a ploy for payment, Cardi bluntly said "because she's suing me for $24 million."

Investigators have issued an update in the search for missing 7-month-old Emmanuel Haro ... a day after the boy's parents, Jake and Rebecca, were hit with felony murder charges.

The Haros appeared in court in Riverside, California Tuesday ... and now, Riverside County District Attorney Mike Hestrin, San Bernardino County Sheriff Shannon Dicus, and Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco are speaking out -- sharing new details of the now-national case.

Hestrin said investigators have a "strong indication where the remains of Baby Emmanuel are" ... alleging the missing child was a victim of extended abuse and succumbed to injuries from that abuse. He noted no confession was made by either Jake or Rebecca in jail.
