Aaron Phypers Charged With Injuring Denise Richards

Denise Richards' estranged husband Aaron Phypers was arrested outside of court Friday ... and now we have his official charges.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, Aaron was charged with 2 felony counts of injuring a spouse, and 2 felony counts of dissuading a witness by force or threat, with his total bail set at $200,000.

Michael Finley, Aaron's lawyer, previously told TMZ ... Aaron was not aware of the warrant ... and Finley accuses Denise and her legal team of "setting him up" at Friday's proceedings.

Britney Spears' ex-husband isn't the only one dropping bombshells about her, now Brit herself says she's suffered brain damage.

In a tirade posted Sunday evening, she wrote, "I do feel like my wings were taken away and brain damage happened to me a long time ago 100 percent ... I have of course moved on from that troubling time in my life and I'm blessed to be alive..."

There's no clarification on which "troubling time" she's talking about, but her "wings" seemed to refer to her shoulder blades -- the rambling post included a pic from behind of Brit on a horse, and a discussion of the movie character, Maleficent, having her wings clipped.

Gavin Newsom slammed the White House after a live-fire demonstration by the Marine Corps resulted in a California Highway Patrol vehicle being hit with shrapnel.

The demonstration took place at Camp Pendleton in San Diego Country on Saturday, and an explosive artillery shell was fired as part of the event, which was attended by Vice President JD Vance and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, according to The Hill.

Newsom had ordered part of Interstate 5 to be closed down prior to the demonstration after being advised by traffic safety experts from CHP.

Motocross Star Aidan Zingg Suffered Fatal Heart Injury In Mid-Race Crash ... Coroner Says

Young and up-and-coming motocross star Aidan Zingg died after suffering a traumatic heart injury during a mid-race crash ... a coroner's report, obtained by TMZ Sports, states.

Zingg sustained the fatal wound while racing in the 2025 Mammoth Motocross event in Mammoth Lakes, Calif. back on June 28.

It's unclear exactly how Zingg wrecked his bike, but the coroner's report states the teen was found "face down" by medics ... and "unresponsive with no pulse and not breathing."

Jane Goodall Died of Cardiac Arrest

Dr. Jane Goodall, the world-renowned primatologist and chimpanzee expert, died earlier this month ... and TMZ has learned the cause.

According to the death certificate ... Goodall's cause of death is listed as cardiopulmonary arrest -- which is just another name for cardiac arrest, an incident where the heart simply stop beating.

Risk of cardiopulmonary arrest goes up as a person gets older ... so, this cause of death isn't totally surprising -- and, it's considered natural.

Legendary Bass Player Anthony Jackson Dead At 73

Legendary bass guitar player and session musician Anthony Jackson died on Sunday.

The performer was best known for his work with the 6-string bass, and he was one of the first musicians to extensively use the instrument, according to CBS 42.

Jackson was born in New York City and initially focused on piano and guitar before switching to bass after hearing a Glen Campbell track in 1965.

The United States military blew up another boat off the coast of Florida ... and the vicious strike was captured on video which the Secretary of War shared to social media.

SecWar Pete Hegseth put the clip on X Sunday morning ... explaining the U.S. took down a ship allegedly associated with Ejército de Liberación Nacional -- a far-left guerrilla movement designated a terrorist org. in the United States.

The video is taken from above the ship on Friday when the strike took place. The vessel is carving through the ocean quickly before the aircraft fires at it -- completely decimating the target.

Oakland Police says officers were simultaneously told the suspected burglar was experiencing a medical emergency. A "brief struggle" followed, and the individual became unresponsive after being taken into custody.
