Bernie Kosar will be celebrating his birthday at home -- the Cleveland Browns legend was released from the hospital just days after his successful liver transplant.

The former NFL quarterback celebrated the milestone in his recovery on Monday -- a day before his 62nd birthday -- and one week after undergoing the procedure at University Hospitals in Cleveland, Ohio.

"Today’s discharge was the best birthday gift I could ask for," Kosar said.

Bobbi Althoff made a name for herself by being open with her fans about her personal life ... but even she feels the pressure sometimes.

The influencer posted a video on her TikTok account Sunday and got very candid about dealing with the public's view of her relationship with Tyler Hawkins, which involves dealing with a lot of what she described as "hate comments."

Bobbi says sharing content featuring Tyler means having to read through comment after comment about how she's "ran through."

Bobbi says she wishes she had thicker skin about the comments, but she wants to be realistic with her fans and admits she's only human and can only take so much.

She then pointed out many of the comments were focused on the end of her marriage with her ex-husband, Cory Althoff ... she says she's happy he's moved on with someone else -- and wants her fans to accept her new relationship, too.

ICYMI ... Bobbi and Cory were married from 2020 to 2024, and they welcomed a pair of daughters named Isla and Luca.

Jake Haro -- the man sentenced Monday to 25 years to life for murdering his 7-month-old son, Emmanuel -- just had his first state prison mug shot snapped, showing him looking as cold as the killer he is.

The 32-year-old is now locked up at California’s Wasco State Prison -- and he won’t see a parole board until December 2044.

Jake’s sentencing comes after he pled guilty to second-degree murder, child endangerment and filing a false police report.

Anna Kepner was murdered on a Carnival Cruise ship ... at least that's the conclusion reached on her death certificate.

The document, obtained by ABC News, says Anna died as a result of "mechanical asphyxia" on November 6, and it notes the 18-year-old "was mechanically asphyxiated by other person(s)."

As you know ... FBI agents found two bruises on the side of Anna's neck, and she was thought to have died from a "bar hold" -- an arm placed across the neck.

Tara Reid says she was at a hotel outside of Chicago early Sunday morning, when somebody slipped a drug in her drink and she was rendered unconscious.

We obtained this video, showing Tara splayed out on a stretcher as paramedics took her to a nearby hospital.

Tara tells TMZ ... she checked in to her room at the hotel in Rosemont late Saturday and went downstairs for a cigarette and a drink. She says she went to the bar, ordered a drink and then made her way outside to smoke a cigarette. She tells us she ran into a bunch of YouTubers in the lobby, and one of them went outside with her to smoke.

Jill's daughter Emma Curtis announced her death Monday, posting ... “My beautiful 98-year-old mum has taken her final bow. After a loving evening -- where we knew she was on her way -- surrounded by children, grandchildren and pizza, she told us all to f*** off so she could go to sleep. And then she never woke up. Her final words were ‘I love you.’”
