Quincy Jones III plans to serve as the executor of his late father's estate, according to a new court document ... this after his sister Rashida and his uncle Richard Jones turned it down.

According to Friday's filing, Jones named Richard Jones as his first choice of executor ... but Richard decided he didn't want to do it.

His second choice was with either Quincy III or Rashida ... and, ultimately, Quincy III stepped up while Rashida stepped back.

CNN ran the interview Friday afternoon ... hiding the woman's face to protect her anonymity while she told a story about meeting up with Swalwell for a drink in 2024.

This woman says she went to the bathroom at one point in the evening and completely blacked out ... only remembering a snippet of the night's events -- during which she says she remembers trying to force Swalwell off of her and telling him she didn't consent to sex with him.

Cardi B is asking for the judge to order sanctions against blogger Tasha K for allegedly violating a non-disclosure agreement by speaking about her and her exes, Offset and Stefon Diggs … TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Cardi claims Tasha has engaged in a “relentless course of conduct designed to target and harass [Cardi] and her family through thinly veiled commentary and strategic provocation all while knowing that her audience of over one million social media followers will immediately identify [Cardi] as the subject.”

Cardi said that when her legal team, led by attorney Lisa Moore, notifies Tasha of offending posts, she quickly deletes them, only to post another soon after. The rapper said she is tired of the “cat and mouse” game.

Ice Spice totally wigged out when she refused to ante up $20,000 for more than two dozen custom wigs she ordered from a company -- at least according to a lawsuit from the wig company -- and now the rapper is now facing a deposition in the case.

According to new court docs, obtained by TMZ, Spice is set to be deposed as a defendant in a lawsuit brought by Thee Bella Brand, which is owned by Gabrielle Alexis.

The legal drama started in 2025 when Spice was first slapped with the suit for allegedly reneging on a discounted $20,000 deal for the 25 custom-made wigs.

The docs say Spice signed a contract for Alexis to create the one-of-a-kind wigs, but Thee Bella Brand claims Spice didn't make good on her promise to pay or take delivery of the wigs ... and then went on to tarnish the reputation of Alexis and her wigs on social media when things went awry between them.

Lindsie Chrisley's boyfriend has been arrested in Georgia ... TMZ has learned.

According to Woodstock Police, David Landsman was booked in the Cherokee County jail on one count of aggravated assault-strangulation.

Sources tell TMZ … David called the police himself -- we're told Lindsie confronted him about a lie she caught him in, and an argument erupted. That's when Lindsie tried to leave ... and he allegedly "went berserk." When officers arrived, the source claims, they saw visible injuries on Lindsie.

This comes just a couple of weeks after David posted a pic on Instagram of him holding Lindsie's hand, with an engagement ring on her finger.

President Donald Trump's staff apparently doesn't have to worry about breaking federal law at all ... because a new report says he's offered to pardon them en masse, repeatedly.

The Wall Street Journal released a new report Friday ... claiming POTUS has repeatedly promised top administration officials he will pardon them before he leaves office in January 2029 -- usually jokingly, like when he reportedly said recently, "I'll pardon everyone who has come within 200 feet of the Oval."

Unnamed administration officials told WSJ Trump often jokes about matters he later pursues seriously ... and the frequent references have led some to believe he might be genuinely considering the pardons. It's unclear why they'd need them.

'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star Drew Sidora was ordered to vacate the Georgia home she shares with her estranged husband, Ralph Pittman ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Drew must be out of the home by May 31. The judge said due to the "current financial circumstances of the parties," until Drew leaves the home, they will continue splitting the expenses.

Drew and Ralph will share joint legal custody of their kids. Ralph -- who currently lives in the basement of the home -- is allowed to go upstairs in the home to prepare the kids for school.

University of Idaho Murders TikToker Who Falsely Accused Professor Fighting $10 Million Judgment

The TikToker who was ordered to pay $10 million to the college professor for falsely accusing her of playing a role in the University of Idaho murders is fighting back in court ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, social media personality Ashley Guillard -- who goes by Ashley Solves Mysteries on TikTok -- compared the judgment entered against her to the “Salem Witch trials.”

Ashley claims she conducted a tarot card reading after the murders to get “information on who killed the students and why.”

She said her cards revealed to her that one of the slain students had a relationship with University of Idaho professor Rebecca Scofield and that Scofield "ordered the murders of the four students."

TMZ obtained a court order issued in Cardi and Offset’s divorce case on February 25, 2026 ... and in it, the judge denied the ex-Migos rapper's request for a DNA test on the baby, but the paternity request he wanted for another child of Cardi's was granted.

The dates of birth of the children are redacted in the order, but one is described as a "newborn," so that's gotta be Stefon's kid, who was born in November. The last child Offset and Cardi had together was born in 2024.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, a L.A. judge denied a request by a debt collector company, Creditors Adjustment Bureau, to go after Denise’s money.

The debt collector sued Aaron in 2022 over an unpaid loan. Two years later, the judge granted Creditors Adjustment a default judgment totaling $228,000.
