Bode Miller Off The Hook After Idaho Arrest ... Drug Charges Dismissed

Bode Miller just skied right past a criminal case ... because prosecutors are dumping all charges against him.

Attorney Jeromy Stafford tells TMZ that Fremont County Prosecutor Lindsey Blake has agreed to dismiss the misdemeanor drug possession and paraphernalia charges that stemmed from Miller's June 6 arrest following a traffic stop in Idaho.

Prosecutor Blake tells TMZ ... "I can confirm our office is dismissing the misdemeanor charges against Mr. Miller. Although the deputy had sufficient probable cause to arrest Mr. Miller at the beginning of June, we recently received information which resulted in our office determining it is in the interest of justice to dismiss Mr. Miller's misdemeanor charges. I will not be discussing the specifics of this recent information due to it being related to another active case."

The amount that Nicki Minaj’s mom is set to receive as a settlement of the wrongful death lawsuit over her late husband’s death was revealed in court.

TMZ obtained court docs in which the rapper’s mom, Carol Maraj, broke down the settlement between her and the man who fatally struck Nicki’s dad, Robert Maraj, in 2021.

Carol says she agreed to $400K ... $300K from Charles Polevich -- the driver who struck Robert -- and another $100K from an insurance company. In her paperwork, Carol said she agreed to pay her legal team around $133K in fees and another $9800 in reimbursements ... leaving his estate with the remaining $234K.

"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" alum Kim Zolciak is asking a court to set an emergency hearing in her bitter divorce from Kroy Biermann ... claiming she has serious concerns about the current custody arrangement and her ex's alleged anger issues.

Kim filed new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, claiming the guardian put in place by the court for their four minor kids recommended Kroy undergo anger management therapy.

Prosecutors have decided not to retry Harvey Weinstein for allegedly raping Jessica Mann ... this after a jury was deadlocked for the second time.

The third-degree rape charge was dropped Thursday because prosecutors say Jessica doesn't want to testify in a fourth trial ... multiple outlets report.

As you know, she accused the producer of raping her in a hotel room in 2013 when she was an aspiring actress.

The prosecution made it clear that they believe Weinstein's accuser and the dismissal is not a question of her credibility ... but they also respect her decision not to want to continue going to court.

The suspect in the Planet Fitness Peeping Tom case is still walking the streets ... and it's all because of a technicality in California state law.

Jeremy Burns -- a spokesperson for the Arroyo Grande PD -- tells TMZ ... police haven't been able to arrest Kyle L. Combs yet because his alleged crimes are considered misdemeanors in California.

According to Burns, officers can only make a misdemeanor arrest when they witness the offense firsthand ... the alleged evidence in the case isn't enough.

Bailey Zimmerman Dodges Criminal Charges ... After Paying Restitution For Trashing Hotel Room

Bailey Zimmerman is off the hook in his criminal case after prosecutors dropped charges against him for allegedly trashing his New Mexico hotel room.

The country singer's attorney tells TMZ ... Bailey immediately took responsibility for his mistake and, as a result, the Bernalillo County District Attorney quickly resolved the case.

The DA's Office told TMZ that the charges were dropped because Zimmerman paid full restitution to the hotel.

Savannah Guthrie Calls Cops on Streamers Outside Nancy's Home

Savannah Guthrie contacted law enforcement earlier this month after she says she learned a controversial YouTube personality was streaming outside her mother's home.

According to police records, obtained by TMZ, Savannah reached out to authorities on June 11 and told them she received information that a YouTuber known as "Criminal Network" was livestreaming and parked in front of the Arizona residence where Nancy Guthrie was abducted.

The report says authorities identified the individual as Alex Zabel from previous investigations.

Police documents state Savannah is one of the responsible parties connected to the property and said she'd been dealing with several internet-based "true crime" vloggers, including Zabel ... and she was "extremely upset" upon learning he was back outside the residence.

Cops say a Peeping Tom filmed dozens of women without their knowledge at a Planet Fitness in California ... and now police are putting the suspect on blast.

The Arroyo Grande Police Department identified the suspect in the "electronic peeping" case as 40-year-old Grover Beach man Kyle L. Combs.

Multiple outlets report cops were able to ID him from surveillance video and witness reports.

The Olympic skiing legend posted a statement to Instagram on Tuesday, saying he was pulled over for "accelerating while passing another vehicle on a highway" and claims a friend riding with him was the one carrying marijuana and a cannabis pipe.

Bode claims he was unaware his friend had the weed and pipe and said everyone in the vehicle cooperated with law enforcement during the traffic stop. He ended his statement by saying he's hopeful the charges will be dropped.

Christina Ricci's ex-husband went to court to complain about his custody arrangement with the actress after she allegedly boozed it up on a plane next to their son, Freddie.

James Heerdegen filed a request for an emergency hearing over their custody arrangement after he says their son, Freddie, contacted him recently and claimed Christina drank alcohol during their June 16 flight to Canada.

Thing is ... when Freddie spoke with his legal representative, he "advised that he 'overreacted' in sending those text messages to his father" and "that the description of Ms. Ricci's alcohol consumption and behavior thereafter was not as he had described" ... this according to documents filed by the minor's counsel in the case and obtained by TMZ.

The docs say Freddie added he had "no fear in continuing to be" in his mother's custody.
