Detroit Lions star Terrion Arnold just caught a huge break in his kidnapping case -- he will NOT remain behind bars as he awaits his trial, a judge ruled on Monday.
Arnold appeared at a pretrial detention hearing in Hillsborough County, Florida ... where both sides broke down the serious allegations made against the 23-year-old.
While the judge believed there is certainly probable cause, he did not agree with the prosecution that Arnold should be held until trial.

A Pennsylvania man is under investigation in the disappearance of at least one woman after federal authorities arrested him on gun charges and found a letter referencing the late notorious serial killer Ted Bundy.
Eugene Horsch was taken into custody Friday after FBI agents and local police stormed his home in Philadelphia and found hazardous chemicals, several firearms, ammunition, and an alleged handwritten note mentioning Bundy ... Philadelphia Police Deputy Commissioner Frank Vanore announced at a news conference.
Vanore says investigators also discovered a 55-gallon drum, a bunch of urns, and secret compartments inside Horsch's home. The probe was triggered on June 19, when a U.S. Park Ranger said they overheard a heated argument between Horsch and his girlfriend in a parked car.

RAPPER TWISTA PLEADS GUILTY IN FEDERAL TAX CASE, OWES $440K
Chicago rap veteran Twista has pleaded guilty in federal court after prosecutors accused him of dodging hundreds of thousands of dollars in income taxes over multiple years.
According to court docs filed this week, the 52-year-old, born Carl Mitchell, entered a guilty plea last month in U.S. District Court ... admitting to five counts of willfully failing to pay income tax.
Federal prosecutors say Twista failed to pay income taxes from 2019 through 2023 despite earning income from performances, streaming royalties, album sales, and music licensing.
Missing Marly Kinney Case Boat Captain Charged with BUI, Search Continues
23-year-old Cameron Conley has been arrested and charged with Boating Under the Influence after 19-year-old Marly Kinney went missing during a boating outing on a Kentucky lake -- with authorities now conducting an active search for the teen.
Officials with the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife say Marly was last seen on June 24 at Grayson Lake. According to local outlets, authorities were called to a boat ramp on the lake after 23-year-old Cameron Conley reportedly told marina staff he could not locate a woman who had been on his boat.
According to the reports, responding state troopers said Conley showed signs of impairment, including the smell of alcohol and bloodshot eyes ... officers had then questioned him about possible drinking while operating the boat.

Our sources say Victoria's focus during that time wasn't her rocky relationship with Tom, but her grandfather's declining health.
Our Victoria sources claim Tom watched Victoria grieve, offered little comfort beyond a condolences text after her grandfather died, and left her feeling abandoned. They also say Victoria rented the home after Tom told her he wanted a future together and let her dad stay there while he dealt with the family crisis.

Victoria Lee Robinson and her father showed up at Tom Sandoval's house Friday ... the day after they were kicked out of the house by a judge.
It's unclear if they were packing up their belongings, but Victoria and Will were seen at the reality star's Los Angeles abode the same day Will filed his own restraining order against Sandoval following an explosive argument around a backyard fire pit. The judge immediately denied Will's request for a restraining order.
Victoria was later spotted walking out of court ... holding what appeared to be documents in her hand while talking on the phone. To be clear, she has not filed any sort of restraining order at this moment.

TMZ has received yet another email from the person claiming to know the identities of Nancy Guthrie's kidnappers, and this time he says he has video of the "main guy" and Nancy the day she died.
We have authenticated the new email is from the same person who sent us the previous ones. He references an old Bitcoin address, which matches, as does his alias in the email.
He seems to scoff at our report the FBI believes the person who wrote the email might be a woman. He goes on to say ... "I am not the idiot who recently called in a tip about her burial site in Mexico."

Security footage in Big Tigger's home appears to capture part of a fight with his wife, including his alleged assault of her ... TMZ has learned.
TMZ obtained footage from a Ring camera that captured the alleged May 9 incident, where the former “Rap City” host’s wife, Alicia, claims he attacked her.
In the video, you can hear Alicia telling someone to take a picture … that’s when it looks like Big Tigger approaches her, grabbing her by the neck and telling her to stop.
