The police investigating 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' alum Kim Zolciak's son Kroy Biermann Jr. for an alleged sexual battery say they went out to the scene of the alleged crime to obtain evidence ... and they saw him and the alleged victim on video.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, the Alpharetta Police drove to the gym where Kroy Jr. allegedly forced a girl from his school to put her mouth on his penis. She also claims he digitally penetrated her despite telling him no numerous times.

The officer says he reviewed security footage from the gym ... showing the alleged victim arriving and later hanging out with Kroy Jr.

'Real Housewives of Atlanta' alum Kim Zolciak is firing back at allegations that her son Kroy Jr. sexually assaulted a classmate inside a gym ... claiming he even took a lie-detector test to prove it never happened.

The reality star tells TMZ ... "The allegations being made against my son are nothing short of reckless and deeply troubling. He categorically denies ever being involved with this woman or engaging in the conduct she has alleged."

Kim claims her son "voluntarily took a polygraph examination regarding these allegations and passed."

Sean "Diddy" Combs was name-dropped during the Tupac Shakur murder trial when a former LAPD detective testified Diddy tried, but failed, to pay for Tupac's execution ... a wild allegation folks in Diddy's camp call bogus.

In response to the bombshell testimony, sources close to the imprisoned mogul tell TMZ ... "Diddy had absolutely nothing to do with the Tupac murder. He did not pull the trigger or set it up. It would be a waste of time if prosecutors ever called him as a witness."

Here's the backstory ... on Wednesday, ex-LAPD detective Daryn Dupree testified in court that he interviewed Duane "Keffe D" Davis regarding the 1997 murder of rapper Christopher "Biggie Smalls" Wallace in L.A.

Dupree testified Davis said he had nothing to do with Biggie's murder, but instead offered details about the Tupac fatal shooting ... including an allegation about Diddy.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's youngest child, Vivienne Jolie-Pitt, is one step closer to dropping her father's famous last name ... making legal moves to become Vivienne Jolie.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Vivienne has completed one of California's required hurdles for a legal name change ... publishing notice of her petition in the Los Angeles Daily Journal once a week for four consecutive weeks and calling for anyone opposing the change to submit a written opposition before the final hearing.

Vivienne ran the notice from July 24 to August 14 ... she's requesting to change her name from Vivienne Marcheline Jolie-Pitt to Vivienne Marcheline Jolie.

Next up is Vivienne's November 2 hearing, where a judge can approve the request if no one objects.

Some of the money Chris Brown is pulling in from his uber-successful nationwide tour with Usher could land in his former housekeeper's pockets soon ... a Los Angeles judge ruled she has a right to collect her judgment from what he's bringing in on tour, TMZ has learned.

Court docs obtained by TMZ reveal the judge presiding over Maria Avila's lawsuit granted her request to assign money Chris gets from royalties and tour income to her to satisfy the $13 million judgment she won in her dog attack case against him.

Chris objected to the request, but the judge apparently wasn't swayed.

Unclear if Chris will ask for reconsideration or appeal the ruling.

As TMZ first reported, Chris was ordered to pay Maria the 8-figure sum after she won her lawsuit over a vicious dog attack at his L.A. home in 2020.

A federal prosecutor in California was found dead inside an office this week -- and police are now investigating.

The San Diego PD tells TMZ ... Assistant U.S. Attorney Andrew Haden's body was discovered Wednesday inside an office at a federal building in San Diego, which is home to the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of California.

Cops say officers received a report of a man who possibly disappeared Wednesday evening, and then they responded to the Edward J. Schwartz Federal Building, where they found Haden's body.

Police said they do not suspect foul play ... but the medical examiner will determine the exact cause and manner of death.

Laken Snelling has pleaded guilty to a first-degree manslaughter charge for the August 2025 death of her infant son after previously entering a not guilty plea in April.

The former University of Kentucky student-athlete was emotional as she appeared before the judge Friday morning while explaining what led to her actions. She explained, “I was [under] a lot of stress, and my baby came unexpectedly, and instead of helping him I ended his life"

She admitted specifically to having "deprived him of oxygen" ... and then cleaning up the mess of the birth by throwing him and towels in a plastic bag, and not telling a single soul afterward.

Daveigh Chase's father wants a judge to deny her mother's request to be appointed as the administrator of her 6-figure estate ... TMZ has learned.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, John Schwallier opposes Cathy Chase's motion to be appointed the administrator of the 'Ring' star's estate.

Instead, the docs say Schwallier nominated a woman named Megan Boling -- who describes herself as a neutral licensed professional fiduciary -- to object to Cathy's petition and take on the job instead. If that's denied, the docs request the appointment of a public administrator.

The docs note Daveigh was emancipated from Cathy as a minor due to "allegations of financial irregularities" by Cathy ... and they were "separated" ever since.

The filing says Daveigh was actually "estranged" from both parents at the time of her death, which is why a neutral administrator should be in charge.

Donald Trump's frenemy and former fixer has been doing quite a bit of sucking up, especially now that he needs a presidential pardon.

In a new clip from his interview with Trump, Michael Cohen was acting all buddy-buddy with the prez, saying ... "Boss, you remember when I was by your side? I literally used to analyze the polls."

Karmelo Anthony allegedly sent his then-girlfriend a photo of a knife and talked about stabbing someone shortly before he killed Austin Metcalf ... according to evidence jurors never heard.

The alleged messages surfaced Thursday during a hearing on Karmelo's push for a new trial, according to multiple reports from Dallas-area outlets.

Prosecutors say Karmelo's girlfriend told a school administrator she was scared of him ... and Karmelo allegedly later texted her a knife photo and wrote, "I'm lowkey on the verge."

NBA star Anthony Edwards is now on the hook for $14K a month in child support to his ex, Alexandria Desroches, and the money is for a kid he claims he's never even met.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, the amount was determined based on the Minnesota Timberwolves guard's monthly income of nearly $4.8 million ... and the figure represents a massive increase over the baseline amount of around $3,200 per month. Alexandria was asking for a higher amount in child support.

The docs say Alexandria pulls in around $1,016 per month. She testified that she hopes to complete her college education to better support the child.

Summer Walker's new manager, Aubrey Banks, is causing concern in her world ... due to his history of alleged forgery and money problems, plus an allegedly bogus resume ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Interscope tell TMZ ... "There were concerns raised internally regarding a number of false claims made by Aubrey Banks, including that he had previously worked at Interscope Records, which was simply untrue."

We're told ... "The fact that he seemingly secured his role with Summer Walker based on numerous fabricated job titles and experience only deepened those concerns. Tupac Shakur's alleged killer, Duane "Keffe D" Davis sat for the fourth day of grueling and graphic testimony in his trial.

Keefe -- who is on trial in Las Vegas -- is accused of planning the legendary rapper's murder and allegedly producing the gun used to kill Tupac ... though prosecutors say he wasn't the trigger man that fateful night.

He has pleaded not guilty to all charges against him ... and sources close to him say his past admissions in an interview that he was involved in the slaying are simply empty brags.
