Lindsay Clancy was guilty of murdering her three young children right from the start ... so says the lone juror whose vote triggered a mistrial in her murder case.

The juror, known only as Michael, sat down Tuesday for an interview with Ray Marcel on "Fugitive TV" to finally tell his side of the story after other jurors spoke out on his behalf and, according to him, gave wrong information.

On Wednesday, Marcel appeared on Chris Cuomo's show on NewsNation, telling the host that Michael believed Clancy was guilty from the moment she walked into the Massachusetts courtroom.

Lindsay Clancy's ex-husband Patrick Clancy says he still maintains a relationship with his children Cora, Dawson and Callan even though they're dead ... claiming he communicates with them every day.

In a teaser for his upcoming "60 Minutes" interview ... Patrick revealed he asks his late children for "help" ... and says he talks to them "all the time."

As you know ... Lindsay's murder case has led to some online users creating conspiracy theories that Patrick allegedly framed Lindsay for their children's murders.

Lindsay Clancy's ex-husband testified in her defense during her murder trial, and now he's sitting down for a big TV interview with "60 Minutes."

The popular CBS program shared a teaser for the interview Wednesday afternoon ... showing members of the "60 Minutes" team micing up Patrick Clancy before he sits for the interview.

Patrick looks nervous as he sits ... before the teaser cuts to black.

The program captioned the post, "Patrick Clancy. This Sunday. Only on 60 Minutes."

Lindsay Clancy's bringing in some big guns to try and get her case dismissed ... because it looks like she's tapped Karen Read's lawyer for the job.

Attorney Martin Weinberg filed a "notice of limited appearance" with Plymouth Superior Court on Tuesday ... to fight to dismiss her case on the grounds of double jeopardy, The Boston Globe reports.

Weinberg previously argued to have Read's case tossed after her first trial -- for the alleged killing of her boyfriend, John O'Keefe -- ended in a mistrial. The judge shot him down, but Karen was ultimately acquitted.

The brother of the Lindsay Clancy holdout juror is speaking out ... and he believes religion was NOT a factor in his sibling's decision to single-handly prevent a unanimous not guilty verdict.

He told The Post his brother didn't let his Catholic faith influence his judgment, saying ... "I don't think religion had anything to do with it."

The juror's brother insisted ... "He looked at the case, and he made the call. For me, that's how I would do it. I would just listen to the case with all the evidence, and go from there."

Corie Walsh rambled to police about McDonald's and started singing a tune from "The Wizard of Oz" after she allegedly killed her child while paying close attention to the Lindsay Clancy trial.

Walsh, the mother of four in Illinois who is charged with murdering her son, talked to cops after her 2-year-old was found dead in the basement of their family home earlier this month ... and she told them she went to Mickey D's for a breakfast sandwich in the afternoon ... her attorney, Robert Kerr, reportedly told the judge.

That doesn't make much sense ... McDonald's doesn't serve breakfast in the afternoon.

What's more, Walsh's defense says she started singing "Follow The Yellow Brick Road" while talking to investigators.

The biggest Lindsay Clancy jury revelation is the sole holdout on the panel actually did change his vote, and that could make it more difficult for Clancy to appeal the mistrial.

When Paula Devlin spoke to Gayle King on "CBS Mornings," she said the holdout juror refused to vote not guilty by reason of lack of criminal responsibility -- like the other 11 jurors -- because he doubted Clancy was having a psychotic break when she killed her 3 kids and attempted to kill herself.

She also revealed the holdout, a Black male, initially wanted to find her guilty of first degree murder. However, Paula says that changed after they reviewed video of Clancy's interview with investigators. She doesn't say where he landed, but presumably it would be guilty of either second degree murder or manslaughter.

A Lindsay Clancy juror is revealing more about the jury's makeup, including the approximate age and race of jury members ... while noting many had children of their own.

Juror Paula Devlin appeared Friday on "CBS Mornings," and Gayle King asked her to break down the 12 panelists ... by age and race.

Up to this point, the public has only known 3 men and 9 women made up the jury ... with their ages ranging between 22 and 70.

Lindsay Clancy's lawyer Kevin Reddington is clapping back at Ted Cruz after the Senator called his client a "monster" ... blasting Ted for rage-baiting and calling him "despicable."

The beef started when Ted told Newsmax's Rob Finnerty last week that Clancy "didn't just murder" her 3 children ... she "slowly, deliberately, systematically used exercise bands to strangle the life out of one after the other, after the other."

As you can guess, Reddington ... who publicly implored President Trump for a pardon even though it's a state case, not federal ... wasn't going to take this lying down.

In a statement released Thursday to the New Haven Register, Reddington tore into Ted ... "Senator Cruz, you, sir, are despicable. You clearly do not come close to understanding the basic concept of postpartum psychosis. Quite frankly, that is not surprising."

Corie Walsh's former high school friend says she's struggling to reconcile the woman she knew as a teenager with the disturbing allegations now surrounding the Illinois mom accused of killing her 2-year-old son.

The former classmate tells TMZ she knew Corie during their high school years at a small Catholic school, although they hadn't been in contact since -- but says every interaction she had with Walsh was positive, remembering her as "beautiful, kind, intelligent, talented and giving."

The woman says Corie was involved in the school's poms team, Helping Hands club, senior Powderpuff games and liturgy through Mass. She says Walsh seemed to know everyone and was friendly with people from all different groups.

One of the jurors in the Lindsay Clancy trial is speaking out about the lone holdout ... saying he didn't show "a single piece of evidence" to justify his vote.

Juror Nick Dargie told ABC News ... "There was several times I would ask him to show us evidence or, you know, describe a witness testimony that helped to prove what he was saying, and he couldn't."

Dargie explained ... "There wasn't a single piece of evidence or witness testimony that he used to prove why he was thinking the way he was, which is why we ultimately sent in that note."

Corie Walsh planned on killing her husband when he arrived home after she killed her son ... at least according to prosecutors.

The 40-year-old charged with murdering her 2-year-old boy made another court appearance Wednesday ... where new details about the alleged crime came to light ... including some startling new allegations.

Three jurors from Lindsay Clancy's murder trial are breaking their silence after the case ended in a mistrial ... and they're ripping the lone holdout who kept them from reaching a verdict.

Three female jurors sat down with NBC10 Boston for more than an hour in the first interview from any juror since the mistrial ... saying they believed Clancy was not criminally responsible for killing her children and praised defense attorney Kevin Reddington -- with one saying she'd hire him herself if she ever needed a lawyer.

They were much harsher on the prosecution, saying they felt prosecutors showed no compassion ... but their biggest issue was the lone holdout juror.
