Blake Lively says she's lost a boatload of money as a result of Justin Baldoni's alleged smear campaign against her ... and now she's asking a judge to award her $161 million in damages!

According to new court docs, obtained by TMZ ... Blake's attorneys claim the actress lost a whopping $56.2 million in earnings -- past and future -- from her acting and producing gigs, as well as speaking engagements and endorsements.

The lawyers also claim Baldoni's reported mudslinging financially hurt Blake's haircare brand, Blake Brown, to the tune of $49 million ... along with her drink company, Betty Buzz/Betty Booze, which lost $22 million. They also say Blake took a $34 million hit to her reputation after she found 65 million negative impressions about her on social media.

A Virginia teacher who was shot by her 6-year-old student just scored $10 million in court ... after a jury decided a former assistant principal ignored warnings the kid had a gun.

Abby Zwerner sued school administrators and the school board in 2023 -- including ex-assistant principal Ebony Parker -- claiming the Richneck Elementary shooting in Newport News could’ve been completely avoided. After six hours of deliberation, the jury of 3 men and 4 women agreed Thursday ... awarding her $10 million in damages, plus interest.

Zwerner’s team argued Parker had one main job -- keeping the school safe -- and that multiple teachers raised alarms the boy was carrying a weapon in his backpack. But nothing was done ... until after Zwerner was shot in her first-grade classroom.

The late Tom Petty's Malibu estate just sold for $11.2 million ... TMZ has learned.

The buyer snagged the property at a considerable discount. The estate hit the market over the summer at $15.49 million after it was previously listed for $19 million with another brokerage in 2024.

While the price may have been marked down, it still yields a considerable profit from the $3.75 million Petty initially bought it for in 1998.

Justin Baldoni isn't seeking to restart his lawsuit against Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds and the New York Times -- for now at least -- because the deadline to amend that suit has passed, and the final judgment dismissing the case is now official.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the final judgment in the case has just been entered and all of Justin's claims against Blake, Ryan and the NYT have been thrown out of court.

The ruling first came down in June and Justin could have appealed ... but a deadline came and went without him putting up a fight.
