It wouldn't surprise Brett Favre if Deion Sanders is the next head coach of the Dallas Cowboys ... the Hall of Famer tells TMZ Sports he thinks the move is certainly possible.

America's Team, of course, is currently managed by Mike McCarthy ... but with the squad floundering at 4-7 and his contract slated to end following the season, there's been a whole lot of speculation Jerry Jones could be looking for a new sideline guy in 2025.

And, with Sanders' ties to Dallas and his impressive résumés at both Colorado and Jackson State -- Favre says he could see a situation where Jones taps Prime Time to be that man.

Niko Moon -- a prominent country music star -- is being sued by his former PR rep ... who says the singer cut him out of a very lucrative business deal.

Zack Teperman is suing Moon for breach of contract ... saying the two cofounded Happy Himalayan Water Company -- explaining Moon had the public stature to promote the projects while Teperman had the connections to get the business up and running.

He claims the two worked on everything -- from the taste of the water to the design of the bottle -- and even cohosted a launch event together back in May.

Jesse James is being sued over a custom firearm he agreed to make for a customer ... but Jesse says the guy taking him to court is refusing to pay the rest of his bill and is trying to back out.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, a man named David Chace claims he entered into an oral agreement with Jesse and his company Jesse James Firearms Unlimited in 2018 for the construction and purchase of a custom-made pistol set and gave Jesse a $5,000 deposit.

Chace claims he put the project on hold in 2020 and when he resumed it in April 2020, Chace says he tried to change his order from a whole set of pistols to a single custom firearm ... and says Jesse agreed to the change.

Kroy Biermann's trying to rebuild his life as he goes through a messy divorce and massive financial troubles ... and, what better way than to work with a company that builds stadiums!

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Kroy's got a new job -- joining Superior Rigging & Erecting Co. as their Crane and Rigging Coordinator.

Kroy's overseeing logistics ... working hard at "enhancing workflow efficiency" and "reducing operational bottlenecks." Translation: Kroy's gone full corporate -- obsessed with synergy and other white-collar buzzwords.

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann are saying farewell to their family home in Georgia ... moving trucks are camped out in front of the estate as the auction looms.

TMZ broke the story at the time ... Songz was accused of misconduct while in Sin City for his 37th birthday back in Nov. 2021. The "Bottoms Up" artist allegedly brought a group of women back to his hotel room at The Cosmopolitan ... which is where Dunn alleged in his lawsuit that his wife screamed for help and said she was being held against her will.
