Donald Gibb will be cremated following his death ... a final wish his family is now preparing to honor ... TMZ has learned.

His son, Travis Gibb, tells TMZ ... his dad made it clear he wanted to be cremated. We're told the family is keeping it private as to where his ashes will be spread, and service arrangements are still being worked out.

As we first reported ... the "Revenge of the Nerds" star had been battling throat cancer leading up to his death, and he also suffered a heart attack just a couple weeks ago ... though ultimately, it was the cancer that took his life.

Britney Spears' youngest son continues leaning into the spotlight, and he's doing it in serious style.

Jayden Spears made an appearance Wednesday night at the Dior Cruise 2027 show, held at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art in L.A.

Gibbs' son, Travis, tells TMZ ... Donald passed Tuesday evening due to health complications. He says he died at his home in Texas, where he was surrounded by family, including his kids, who loved him deeply.

We're told his death was not sudden, as Donald had been battling ongoing health issues.

Travis and his family tells us ... Donald loved the Lord and his family, friends and fans with all his heart, and they ask for prayers and privacy during this difficult time. They add that their father will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

Tiffany Haddish says her Georgia DUI case has been stuck in legal limbo for so long, it's now messing with her ability to travel the world and cash checks ... so she wants the whole thing tossed out.

According to new court docs, obtained by TMZ, Tiffany has filed a motion to dismiss the case ... claiming the court violated her constitutional right to a speedy trial after letting the matter drag on for more than 4 years.

The comedian was arrested back in January 2022, but she claims the case has stalled because the judge still hasn't ruled on key motions -- including her motion to suppress certain evidence that was argued in court way back in May 2024.
